why are so many Japanese games being released as Chinese to the English audience?
The titles are in Chinese
The subtitles are in Chinese
The description is in Chinese

And yet the game is about Japanese people.
The background in the game have Japanese text.
The audio in the trailer is in Japanese.

I'm starting to see more and more games like this on Steam.

A lot of VNs getting translated by chink companies too. And they're all machine translated garbage. Shame.

I often shudder to think at what my life could've been like if I didn't just sit down and learn Japanese a few years ago. The idea of just wasting away, day by day, begging for translations, whining about translations, and making excuses for why I'm so lazy just seems like a fate worse than death now.
