Why is Blizzard so disappointing? Only reason I was hyped for BFA is because I wanted a Jaina that was a bloodthirsty vengeful force that would clash with Sylvanas. Instead she sucks Thralls cock as soon as he shows up. And we get yet another expansion of the Alliance working with the Horde only to have the Horde fuck them over again.

WoW storyline feels like they want to copy the MCU, with the various faction leaders (Avengers) alternating between conflict and teaming up to fight a bigger threat. Seriously imagine the various faction leaders as comic superheroes and you can devise the next Marvel movie plot.

Blizzard is going to go and milk everything they can from their old franchises. They've already started with the Broodwar remaster and we have both Classic and WC3R coming. The only thing they won't touch is Diablo because they're still butthurt people didn't like the RMAH in D3. Instead they'll release Diablo Immortal to spit in the face of the community, make a shitton of money from Chinksects and promptly bury the franchise.

This pretty much. Back in vanilla and the first expansions you knew shit as real when important characters got involved. Now they show up in every fucking quest chain and normal NPCs are irrelevant.

A bunch of countries actually have laws that if you cohabitate long enough you can be basically considered as married in the eyes of the law when it comes to some things.

ON AN OPEN FIELD, JAINA

So, why do people cry so much about the horde when they lost the war really really hard? Somehow we stole important bodies from the proudmoore family. We raided their azerite stash, zandalari has the best navy. Then in one cutscene all the ships blow up because somehow and Jaina fucks everything up. "Bwonsamdi help me take a shit" dies but the alliance doesn't lose anybody. Not even shitters like Midget King. The first thing i see when i start the new quest line is the "might" of the horde running away in 3 ships.

They'll just blame white male gamers like everyone else.

The alliance has so many fucking nuclear options but they don't even use them. They're not even holding back on the whole innocents account either, as they fucking kill them when they want to.

WoW needs to either go into space after the fucking legion or into the core of azeroth to fight the fucking void

So far the alliance had 0 vengeance about that.
Navies is somehow relevant because the writers wanted it so. However Alliance lose their navy as well in 8.2

SB doesn't miss a beat with it's characters and gives you a great story with an end. WoW just keeps dragging you on again and again with terrible writing and character retcons.

Tehnology, flying bases, warframes,demons, Illidan coming back.BFA is weak shit in comparison to Legion and i hear people really hated Legion

No it doesn't when it's served to the player like they're in a singleplayer game. That sort of story based questing and player being the hero of the story doesn't belong in MMORPGs. It goes directly against the whole MMO part of the game.

Going from Legion to BfA felt as anticlimactic as if the LOTR films had actually included the Scouring of the Shire after the dramatic showdown at Mordor.

It feels so retarded that after the final battle with the Legion and meeting the Titans and being made the kings of our classes and taking up the most legendary weapons in the world that we walk away from all that and go back to faction squabbies.

I bet that next expac we are going to space. It would have been a nice followup to Legion but we are doing it after another local brawl

Wow is dead to me after WoTLK, the slaughter of the talent trees combined with the sharp decrease in the quality of writing has completely turned me away from it.
I liked some of the cinematics from BfA and the two tie-in novels on Blizz's website (which were surprisingly good as far as video games novels go), but it doesn't have the same magic.

What matters is the MAP EDITOR and whether we can see a revival of WC3:TFT's custom maps once again. They were so much fun. I still remember the time when the custom map server list was still less than 50% DotA Allstars servers. Good times.
