Go to Item Catalogue and get a laptop, then drop it in Inventory.

go in item catalogue, select computer from first list, captchalogue it, then go in inventory and drop computer so it's in your house, then you can connect to someone else in server.
if you check session mates you can actually see who is connected to who so you get an idea of who is available

I'm not talking about Overseer at this point, I mean Sburb in general. A Space player is all that's needed to create the "Win" condition for a session, breeding the Genesis Frog. A Time player is needed to ensure that the alpha timeline flows correctly and that inevitable mistakes are ironed out. Without a Space player, the session is void and cannot be won. Without a Time player, you have no do-overs, everything you do is final. And because it's so damn easy to fuck up in Sburb, a Time player is almost a requirement to ensure you CAN reach the "Win" condition at all.

But as far as Overseer goes, I dunno. Try it and see how far you can get with a two-man Space-only session.

you can either sacrifice one and use the 'wait' command at the cost of the others fatigue, or wait in real time for both to go down

A server helps a client get the things for entering the medium; in turn, that server must get somebody to get them into the medium. Ideally, this is maintained until everyone has a client/server and is in the medium.

depends on what your strife abstratus is and what kind of weapons you're going for, gotta look through and decide for yourself
fwiw i went with two random ones and have been pretty well off, as long as you have an active server player and can reach other lands you should have plenty of variety

Enemies from your land will only drop those types. But don't worry, you can visit others.
If possible, pick stuff that involves Jet, Lead, Shale, and etcetera.

Ye, bonus points for picking servers who don't have their own.

the two options in measure how offensive vs how defensive you are
the top option is where assault is most offense, least defense and aggrieve is least offense, most defense.
the bottom option is where abuse is most offensive and least defensive, and abstain is most defensive and least offensive
the two options in between the extremes are a mix of offense and defense, leaning more to one side depending on the extreme option they are next to.
combined they add up in total to your offense and defense, so assault and abuse is highest offense and lowest defense, aggrieve and abstain are highest defense and lowest offense, and assault and abstain average to about even offense and defense
its confusing but i just almost always go assault+abuse anyway

for the moon setting put derse or prospit. derse has you fighting dersites for cash and echeladder ranks while prospit has you doing community service and walking dogs for the same thing, so it doesnt really matter which one you pick

The Client is the one who is actually fighting ingame. The Server is the one that manages the Client like they're playing Sims. To complete the chain, each Server must also be the Client for the next person, until the very first person is the Server for the very last Client, completing the chain.

So in Homestuck it went
>John is the Client to Rose's Server, he enters the Medium first
>Rose is the Client to Dave's Server, she enters the Medium next
>Dave is the Client to Jade's Server, he enters the Medium next
>Jade is the Client to John's Server, she enters the Medium last

After Jade entered Dave duplicated his Server copy of Sburb and became Jade's Server as well instead of John, because the chain was already completed and John had other stuff to do.

This also works for void boys. You can also use the remaining aspect to boost your attack to ludicrous levels to help get that last hit in.

GristWire allows you to wire Grist types to other players

sends your grist to other people.
if you want better gear you can check the atheneum for weapons of your kind and alchemize their codes or look up the codes for your weaponkind using the spreadsheet posted earlier in the thread

Void is the aspect of, well, void, irrelevance, ignorance, the Furthest Ring...
It's one of Lord English's aspects and he used it to erase characters from existence, as well as break the Furthest Ring/Paradox Space itself. He also erased John from the story, metafictionally. But then again he's Lord English, your typical void player will probably not be able to do that so easily.
Roxy is able to passively (indirectly) "steal" void by bringing objects into relevance. She can also zap out of canon itself. Caliborn described the ring of void as allowing him to vanish from existence and appear again in other universes.
It's actually a pretty powerful aspect.
