I can't help but feel the update being hyped will not live up to expectations, which would fall in line with the life of SFV. I remember S4 launch was hyped up as well. It is too late for opinion to change on the game, best they can hope for is something that stops players bleeding so fast. It being 2 or 5 characters doesn't matter much as they get figured out in a week, so I could see them going for some new modes and maybe fixing online. Maybe some type of online league system.

The new instalment, most likely the characters and if we are lucky a release date. Chances are it will be hitting arcades first, but if they are making the announcements in the west it does seem logical they'd want to get it in our hands quicker. If they are smart it will be an update, maybe a deal like USF4 where if you had AE it was a reduced price DLC. The game could see a massive boost if this happens.

I think they will skip EVO, but I hope they don't. They have their own event on at the same time and so far have not revealed anything in the west. But they really need to prove that they are serious about the game everywhere. They also need to up the number of reveals fast, game is going to have 13 characters at this rate
