Some people can more or less feel the touch. PSVR is kind of a normie VR. More of a consumer product, less of a nerds' toy, with software that's ready for simple enjoyment rather than weeks of getting into it (like vrchat). If that sounds appealing to you (which isn't wrong at all, fun is good), by all means go for it. Don't expect quality or capabilities worthy of PCVR though.
