Don't get me wrong, I think Unleashed has great musical ideas and that Symphonic version of Endless Possiblities is a work of art. On top of that, I think Endless Possibilities alone is one of the best Vocal themes in the series. That said, those night stages, man. They're well performed and I like the styles outside of the game, but they just don't fit. Not to mention a lot of the music stylings either added to the slow pace of the stages or clashed, making them feel like they dragged even more.
That's not how music works in the slightest.

For series like Sonic, having these tier list is just silly to me. It's either good or its shit, and a majority if them fall under good. The only shit one I can think of is Lost Worlds. That game only had 2 good tracks. Everything else was just forgettable. The only one I can remember was the honeycomb stage, and I think that's because they reused it in Sonic Runners.
