It depends on you, there are 4 free characters that have different song genres, the total of free songs should be around 62. Then there are 8 paid characters that cost like 11€ each, although they do go on sale for half the price sometimes. I personally think that it's worth spending 2€ for ~62 songs, but then again the choice is yours

Temple Run 2, Crossy Road, Wordscapes. I have OSRS on my phone, but even with mobile the grind is pretty hideous and the paywalled content is most of it. PokemonGo because someone I know "plays" it.

I've tried a bunch of games that people have recommended in the past. Buriedborne, the like. Problem is that they take forever to load, then they take forever to update, and I'm really only ever looking for a "jump in and out" thing while I'm waiting somewhere.

DQV is pretty good actually. Obviously DS controls are preferred because of physical buttons but mobile has cloud saves and a better resolution.

Standalone emulators are severely outdated.

Some of the doodle-jump style microgames would be pretty good, perfect for phones really, if they weren't hamfisted with ads. The only reason I'd play these games though is if I was on the go and had no internet access.
