When the sample does 2D, they're right in front of the opponent. When I do 2D, there's a gap between us, so BR doesn't hit in time. Something's pushing me away.

GGs. Delay is bad because of how precise GG and fighting games require your inputs to be. It's less of a problem with Sol, but definitely at 19f you aren't really doing your combos properly either

He's Ky but worse. He has worse setplay setolay because you need gimmicks like crossup j.H>Vulture Seize or Voltaic Deign fuzzy overheads. Ever since they nerfed Elk Hunt, you cant play safe anymore. He's high commital too, and a lot of good players know to burst when you're at yellow hunger to out you in a bad spot where you cant use Beak Driver. Really? Machaboo dropped him the moment he saw the major nerf to Beak Driver and Elk Hunt. I used to main him back in rev1.0 but the amount of nerfs he got was staggering, granted he really needed those. Air Beak cant KD, j.K cant wallstick, IAD KSK loops were removed and those were his go to emergency combos when he has critical hunger

rev 2 is the latest and has the most stuff in it

The sad part is KoF is dead even in SA. I can find matches consistently in games like SFV and DBFZ, even MVCI somewhat, but in 8 months of playing GG Xrd I've never found a SA lobby.

I've tried everything but people say the best is player matches, right? I can find people there but the rooms are locked by ping and even when they aren't the delay is kinda annoying.

Probably not. GG is a very setplay and pressure heavy game with huge emphasis on studying matchups and character gimmicks to avoid getting cheesed. The defensive mechanics are very strong mind you, but it will probably not be your cup of tea.

All characters in Blazblue require big combos and they're easy to do.
Some characters in GG can do big combos, but it's more difficult.

Generally speaking, BB is more about combos, while GG is more about pressure.

It does, GG' s combos don't even bother me aside from Ramlethals, there's at least some stuff to take into consideration while you're stuck in a combo too. I prefer it to the likes of combos in UNIST or Tekken as well, even putting aside stuff like Blazblue.

I tried out Ky but I just wasn't having fun and it didn't help that everybody I was playing was also using him. I just wanted a character like Orie and Mai from BB, someone with good pokes and neutral. I think I might try out Sin. I don't like UNIST that much so I'd rather play GG as a second game.

HCL is a move I-no can perform. i don't know which one but from context it seems to be a mix-up projectile
YRC is Yellow Roman Cancel, a mechanic that allows you to pay quarter of the Tension meter to cancel out of the move's "backswing", but only when the enemy is not in hit/block stun
Stroke the big dick probably refers to her special move that has the widest range ever while also being relatively fast, but again i don't know the exact specifics
j.D = mid-air usage of a normal move accessible via the Dust button
