What games have the highest skill ceiling?
What games have the highest skill ceiling?
Fortnite
Fpbp
Rhythm games
Fate/Grand Order
Real life.
Fighting games
fighting games are literally the only answer. As long as a game has rng it will be skewed.
What fighting games, specifically?
Starcraft Broodwar
Smash Bros
Any reason I should know this guy?
mostly any fighting games
sf, tekken, kof etc
Me personally I like Blazblue, if you REAAAALY want a character with stupidly hard inputs, try Naoto from centralfiction, he requires basically 1 frame inputs multiple times in every combo.
Or someone like Carl or Izayoi who is just difficult to play in general.
But generally speaking even easy characters like ryu in sf have hard and complex things about them like frametraps and all that stuff.
fighting games, rts games and action games like DMC, Bayo and the like
you can't compare skill ceilings if the skill cap hasn't been reached, which is the case with every decent competitive game. most people in this thread are talking about a steep learning curve
Underrail. If you can beat DOMINATIng on Oddity XP, you legitimately are good at the game.
>highest skill ceiling genre
>full of nigger monkeys
SHIGGY DIGGY
>skill
but ltg is trash tho
>has to be against human players because AI is limited challenge
>multi layer fight advantages
>positioning and tactics
>3 dimensional space
Unironically Fortnite
It's not hard to be an expert at Fortnite. The skill ceiling is medium, at best.
>rng dictates where your bullets go instead of precise aiming
in to the trash it goes
My friends and I play fortnite ironically at least I hope we are and literally all it takes for you to be a decent player is to just not sperge out and panic when enemies are spotted, that and there's not really much beyond that
Rocket League
Some really crazy shit can happen in that game

Yes. Second is chess. Third is Mahjong.
