Enter ancient tomb no one has set foot in for centuries
>cursed ancient tomb sealed for thousands of years
>it's opened by a lever right next to the entrance
>fresh food still laid out on tables and in containers
>living creatures meandering inside, with no ecosystem to support them
>find legendary sword from ancient times
>its still sharp
If it's a magic sword like most legendary swords are why would it oxidize and lose its edge?
To be fair, this makes sense if it's a katana

>Tomb boss is a giant spider because people believe spiders like living in basements and caves
>Only a few species actually do this because they are adapted to very specific environments in the Mediterranean which happen to be similar to artificial climates produced by man-made structures, from which the proliferated throughout the entire world with humanity.

Always thought it'd be funny for an RPG to do this.
>zoomer who lives in an age of planned obsolescence cant conceive of anything being built to last
they dont make em like they used to
it would explain the current currency circulation in those tombs.
nigga find me a candle that burns for a thousand years.
>Being afraid of one of the most pathetic spiders in the animal kingdom.
If it moves too much it starves to death, it's a fucking sloth in spider clothing.
>there are more than 20 fucking dungeons inside a city, housing innumerable fucking monsters, estimating because of the high encounter rate
>each one also has a horrible fucking boss
>the city hasn't eradicated these dungeons at all and your party are the only people to have ever traversed every single one of them and defeated every single boss and the various monsters along the way

Happened in real life. Sword of Goujian. It was even under water for more than a thousand years.
Well how else are you going to see around, fucktard?
F-fuck you..

Fuck off

What's not to understand? We live in a world where people still drink poisonous water while others go out of their way to drink imported water from the other side of the planet.
Even worse:
>tomb was made by some genius fuckhead
>they die
>somehow no one was able to copy his techniques or creations
>Someone posts an MLP picture
>Barneyfag posts an angry reply
It's a meme that will never die because humanity has a hard time accepting that it has existed for longer than civilization has(Even with an IQ not much lower).
Rather than accept that civilization formed out a few key methods that were culturally preserved and refined, we like to believe it has emerged multiple times and then ceased to be at the height of decadence, over and over again.
This has been shown to occur, obviously, such as when the greeks discovered napalm and concrete and then said knowledge was lost and then rediscovered centuries later.
