I honestly think Rockstar is just creatively bankrupt these days.
During the ps2 era they tried many things, GTA Red Dead, Bully, Manhunt, State of Emergency, The Warriors and so on.
Now what do they got?
Why take risks and be creative when you can just keep doing what you are doing and make a shitload of money?
