They are 1 of only two stands that can talk to you and have access to a couple of other things like each of the numbers can learn special attacks from other characters, beyond that I'm not to sure why. But yes it's a pretty good stand.

Really, what more could you expect? The first game was a labor of love done pretty much by one dedicated individual. The "sequel" is the exact opposite of this.

Half of there attacks have a special property that lower the enemies attacks by half, loney crowd and all out attack do it anyways, this is why they are so fucking good.

The second fight against Polnareff is incredibly infuriating because he keeps using that retarded skill that makes you lose your turn, I'm a couple of tries away from ganging up on him

so after a playthrough for some reason the down arrow key just doesn't work anymore in the game, works normally everywhere else but in 7th user, anyone know how to fix that?

Eh...Specials is a cool stand, but can be a bit lacking in parts compared to the others. I think it's popular in part because it's one of the two stands that has a personality and can talk.

Red Garland is the highest damage but he only shines in close range making him situational, ocean blue does good damage in all ranges, Red has a couple things like his attacks have a chance of berserking an enemy, making them lose a turn and something else I can't remember.

Yesterday and today, Joey 3 has been kicking my ass with ballistics and explosives. Now I have whooped his sorry ass, not having access to great Mid damage doesn't help, but Kakayoin certainly helps.

Control (Short Range)
Humanoid stand that looks like a red astronaut with hearts all over its body.
It has the ability to warp whatever it touches to a random place in the user's general vicinity. As it grows stronger, it will get the ability to warp heavier and heavier objects and have more precice control over where exactly the object warps to. The ability also works on the user.
Gameplay-wise, it can manipulate the positions the enemy fights in, by warping them back and forth (sometimes randomly). It can also attack with objects in the inventory by warping them directly on top of the opponent.
When used on the map, the user can warp to a location in the prison they've been to before like Pokemon's Fly, bypass a story obstacle, or even unlock prison sections early.
Some unique conversations might have other characters asking the user why they don't just teleport out of the prison and them responding by saying they don't have full control over the power yet.

I cleared him solo at level 14, but I think that was over kill. Use laser beam to bring the after images down. After the first time, a single laser beam should be enough to bring down any revived images. It becomes a matter of finding a balance between killing the images, attacking Polnareff directly, and using recovery items. Good luck, user.

i mean, the game is literally the 3rd arc of the series but with a player-character OC slapped on, so familiarity with the series is not required. however, knowing the series' first 2 arcs gives you knowledge about non-secret character's powers (i.e. wtf's is Joseph's ripple and why is his hand a prosthetic), and knowing the 4th arc gives you meta-knowledge on secret/new game+ characters and areas

You'll need the crusaders to carry you until you get ... afterwards your enemies will be so crippled that Miracles bad damage won't be a problem.

Just don't get in 1v1 boss fights, especially Polnareff, let Avdol face him.

Pretty good. It has an A in Power, Durability, and Precision. Normal attack hits all enemies on screen, and has 40% chance of poisoning them. It also has skills that have a chance to one hit enemies, skills that cause various status effects, and even bomb skills.

The game isn't getting my inputs sometimes, so my character walks a little then stops.
I remember having this exactly same problem when I used to make shitty RPG maker games when I was a kid, so halp.

Make sure to switch between them all. They all have their strengths, and specific FP events.

Probably would have something about controlling blood to induce attraction, make them bleed out faster, or stun them with a minor heart attack. Maybe something about making them hot-blooded/ berserk as well

Healing could probably be transferring blood to the recipient, and rezzing is forcing their stopped heart to beat and blood to flow again.

Is Miracles the most broken stand if you consider it powers inside the Jojo universe and not the game? It has an A in potential which means you could eventually do Aizen-tier levels of bullshit with illusions and controlling the human body.

Make sure to eat a cherry at least once per day.

Combination attacks are when you and another crusaders level/fp is high enough that a prompt called 'Sync your breathing' will show up, allowing the both of you to attack with major damage.

You can't do combination attacks in the colored version.

Get a high enough FP with a character, and you get the random chance to combine your Stand powers to decimate the enemy in battle.

Close range, can inflict certain status effects such as Berserk and Confusion. Can manipulate hormones and the chemical balance of the target's body. Basically a copy of Ivankov's powers from One Piece.

New game plus after buying a an item in the dev room you need atleast 30 fp to get there.

At the beginning of the game, answer every question exactly like Josuke would, afterwards select distinctive male and name yourself Josuke with Jojo as a nickname, the game will automatically give you Crazy Diamond when you start the game.

Honestly one could form the core plot design and overlay first, figure on various side-events along the way, THEN emphasize the player Stands. Since adapting a part already has shit laid out for you, it's not as integral for creating how OC Stands interact with things as the encounters aren't built with them in mind until you start doing original events. Adding the supplemental effects, alternate outcomes and the like should be the real focus once you do have your Stands planned out.

Abdul has, based on my personal experience, a small chance to just straight up use Crossfire Hurricane and do 130+ damage to all targets. It's a pain in the ass, honestly.
