You'd have a real tough time doing it free to play but it is probably, technically possible if you played for a very long time.

It's possible to get everything, but rolling for the purple gifts would be hell.

Yes, and whenever I manage to 1st or 2nd a game I immediately get -50k'd right after by some tryhard just barely able to enter bronze rooms anymore which completely invalidates any wins I got.

I tried some other short video thing before it but it just threw too much at me too fast and I got lost. After that I played a half dozen games verses AI on mahjong soul then went on to playing nothing but real players after that.

Easy steps to get a yakuman
1st play in the lowest possible rank room, bronze is really the best.
2nd is play only in East, good players are in South
then you'll get a yakuman fed to you soon by playing with baddies
