Heres your thread bro
You forgot Bazinga and Nutshack.
Also where is the butter, this popcorn is terrible flavored.
And to answer the question, Laziness.
Does Yea Forums like Epic Store now that everyone hates it?
I don't care for it. It's just a store I used for certain games, like Origin and GOG. I just don't believe in Vidya boycotts.
:)
where's your ear, shilljak?
Exclusives are still anti-consumer, and I can't support a platform that doesn't endorse consumer choice. If Epic actually provided a product (the store) that was better than Steam/GOG, I might be on board. It doesn't, so that combined with my ethical concerns keeps me away.
I've been boycotting EA and Ubisoft for years for different reasons. Neither have produced anything worth playing to me. It isn't hard, there's always something else to spend your time and money on.
who cares
200k peak now barley 80k
JUST
meanwhile at the other more sucesful autobattler
So do any of you shills have a definite list of what data the Epic launcher actually collects from you? I remember Epic made a response to allegations but most of that was "oopsie, that's old code we'll fix it later"
devs got greedy
There's no way to conclusively know unless the launcher were open sores/free software.

Are you 12 or are you a chink shill?
Probably both lmao
Selling games from other companies and becoming the most dominant platform gave Gaben all the incentive to sell games instead of make them. Thats the real reason he can't count to three. If some thing else was to come and become a threat to Steam, we will be seeing TF3, L4D3 and Half Life 2 Episode 3.
NOOOOOO MY LIBRARY
Aren't there packet trackers and sniffer programs or something that can find shit like this out? There's even the EU privacy law that lets anyone ask a company for all the data they've collected on them.
It's true that you can do deep packet inspection, but assuming that they are encrypted, it could just be 'phoning home' (as all these dogshit platforms do).
If you expect Ebin or Valve to have integrity even in the face of a government agency, you're grossly misunderstanding the role of government in this business.
They collect what other storefronts collect. Nothing important
