If you're happy doing that, then you do you. If you're not, then try something different. There's plenty of books out there you could read that might stimulate your brain. Or ask some friends if they'd like to do anything, see if they can suggest anything new for you to try. Or if you don't have many friends, try making new ones. You've got plenty of options, they just might not be readily apparent or easy. And falling into a rut is the easiest thing there is. But even if you don't think so, you can always pull yourself out of it so long as you're alive.
