Cyberpunk 2077 thread

Do you guys think there's a chance of having firefights inside those Dredd inspired megablocks?

There's seemingly police in those parts so maybe not or only as part of quests.

Either there will be, or someone will mod it in.

It's going to be exactly like every other open world game. You can even see it there in the screen shot. It will be a few staircases on the exterior, maybe a courtyard or two, and hundreds of locked doors. The elevators will go to 3 floors out of 600.

I don't get you. What do you want? For them to make every floor and every room accessible and have 1000s of copy pastes, or to spend 15 years designing and modeling those individual rooms?

kys

That sounds like shit holy fuck
>zuzuzuzu asha asha a zuzuzu
nice "music"

also cyberpunk = space guns

You could just start shooting and see what happens.

Yes.

JEEEZUS CHRIST
MUH LEGS

This, but I kinda like the animation at least.

Be sure to shoot all tranny's

Making levels with verticality. Commie boxes are boring. They should merge together above ground as well

Dredd 2012 was great

they said these building have few accessible floors with some activities

That's a neat idea but deasn't solve the issue with small number of accessible rooms

I see this game will need mods to nerf the guards like they did to TW3

Fucking Russian shill go die.

not excepting any more
its either a couple of handcrafted accessible floors or a dozen copy pasted ones

huh?

no modding tools

who told you these lies?

CDPR

>needing modding tools
amateurs

if you're referring to this article : pcgamer.com/au/cyberpunk-2077-wont-support-mods-at-launch/

then you need to actually read it, and take into account what CDPR has done in the past. Just because they say it isnt coming at launch doesnt mean things will change. If it is true, then its only temporary. Even if it did support modding on launch do you really think there would be any good mods anyway? It would take literal months before there would be any good ones anyway.

CDPR said they'd release tools for TW3 and didnt

CDPR said they'd release tools for TW3 and did

ftfy

I'm just being realistic.

Correction, they said they'd release REDkit like TW2. They released a crappy texture switcher.

Will they ever add the possibility to join Traumateam?
I know they initially said no but there's a fuckhuge demand, so they might change their minds about it.
Fuck I'd even be about it if it's a dumb system like Skyrim Radiant Fuckery, I just want to embark, disembark, ,kill everything and extract the patient.

doubt it

really hope the hud isn't going to look anything like this. reminds me of fo4 which isn't a good thing

if theres a high enough demand it could possibly happen.

time to start a petition.

I rather be a cop desu

CULO CULO PUTA PENDEJO AYAYAYAYAI!

COCKSUCKER CUNTS
CUNT CUNT SHITFUCK

You should be able to join trauma team
and the cops
and any of a half-dozen corps
and any of the dozen gangs
and psycho squad
and be a psycho
and the media organizations
and the janitors
and these should all be fully fleshed out with their own branching questlines instead of being skyrim-tier in depth this isnt unrealistic its just emulating the tabletop

Why couldn't they be Morrowind or New Vegas tier in depth?

>the 2018 version of Chippin' In won't be in the final game release
Absolutely disgusting.

Voice acting.

I want a mount'n blade like game with a cyberpunk setting.

> you should be able to do anything you can think of in real life in the game
Are you underage or just retarded because you're a fuckin' nigger?

Attached: image.jpg (480x480, 51K)

Good. It sucks dick.

Voiced protag was a mistake

Fuck, no matter how retarded the faces look, I fucking love Nihei Tsutomu's art

Please explain

>fuckhuge demand
From who? Children who hadn't seen the 5th element before? I remember those threads and several of us tried to call you kiddies down. Cyberpunk isn't just about stuff that looks cool to people who werent privy to the 80s or 90s.

The shooting and driving look fucking dreadful. Yeah, the setting and RPG stuff look cool but I don't understand the hype.

You can do that in Skyrim and is atrocious.
Wold be better for 1 faction per run, but not all the factions quest are good.

I want a sandbox cyberpunk, I'm okay with generic npcs generating random content.

Voice acting for every supposedly "deep" RPG was a mistake, you can't have long ass quest lines with multiples branches as long as it's around, because it just cost too fucking much and no matter how you look at it the prime goal of a company is to make money.

I don't give a fuck but they should at least release it to the public

Please explain why joining trauma team is bad

I know you just want to be a boomer but if you actually make the effort to look up the results on google you'd be able on various huge gaming communities that Trauma team is incredibly popular since their reveal in 2077.

I'm being satirical of all those fags who should just play the tabletop and instantly devalue this game because it's not their do-anything dream game that would take a billion dollars and another decade to make.

I'm excited for 2077 and its story and I think its OK if we dont have the option to do everything. It's gonna be Deus ex. A tight, linear and extremely well-done story

Hype is triple A company with good reputation (dont fuck me with W3 downgrade, it was consoles fault)putting effort and years into making a good game.
Imagine RDR2 but with stuff it missed like fucking prostitutes and not being jew in online.

It's not gonna be Deus Ex though. It won't have timeless conspiratorial plot. It'll have a shitty revenge Keanu Reeves story with this dialogue

>can get robot arms which let you rip-off doors and mounted turrets
>can hack into an enemy and force them to shoot themselves
>wide variety of guns
>can use that spider-robot to do shit for you if you go down the engineering path
>can non-lethal the game
It will certainly match Deus Ex in its gameplay and I do have hopes for the story since Witcher 3 was mostly good.

You've never actaually played a tabletop campaign, have you? I pity any DM or GM you try to play under. You're the type of player who mid campaign decides that he want to be on the bad guys side and either fucks over the other players or spergs out that you can't be a corporation cock fluffer in a campaign centered around your crew trying to take down said corporation. Structure is needed.

>wide variety of guns
Damn, it's like reading a back of the box blurb lol.

Listen, you're getting a casualized console shooter with Cowadoody sprinting, iron sights, "enhanced movement" and bullet time.
You are not getting an olden PC RPG that utilizes the whole keyboard like Deus Ex.

This.

Refer to He's making fun of people that have this mindset but he's too retarded to properly express his feelings.

Except he's right, games are capable of having branching paths and going heavily in depth with what you decide, devs just choose not to do this because "we want you to see it all in 1 playthrough", which results in the game being a narrative and not an RPG.
And i mean i can understand why some choose to do this because the spending a lot of time and effort on a super in depth quest line that maybe only 10% of the players will see in their first playthrough (perhaps only playthrough) because it's attached to a certain faction or chain of choices can be seen as a waste, but i argue that this should be done more since it's what makes a roleplaying game.
It's how to actually do "choices matter".

My bad.

Don't even pretend you cared until they announced it was changed you faggot.
