I would not get your hopes up about going to Kawakami's place. The P5 characters rooms were already modeled in P5D so they're just using those. Plus from what we've seen going to them is tied to unlocking their 3rd Personas so that could be the only thing they're used for. And if that's the case obviously Kawakami's would not be shown.
