What did you think?

Really really good. Was hoping for some DLC to other places. Can't wait for the sequel.

BOI

Shit. Game devs traded gameplay for their half baked story. You read all those interviews where they talk about taking out game so they can have more cutscenes. Fuck I hate that fucking faggot kid and I hate what a beta male bitch they turned Kratos into.

The game has TWO weapons (three if you want to count his bare hands and shield) and yet apparently they were close to cutting the Blades of Chaos even though they're the only fun weapon in the game. The axe fucking blows and feels weightless as shit.

Trash movie game, 0 gameplay, inferior BOTW

pretty good, cant wait for the next ones

Pretty damn good. Plays way more like the older games than all the trailers made it look.

The whole "the entire game is one continuous shot" thing still blows me away.

Pretty shitty

Boring and forgettable

Boring

It was OK, but I never ended up finishing it. The combat wasn't particularly fun after a few hours.

Casual fun but fuck them for holding off on all the more interesting god fights for inevitable sequels to milk the series dry

All those locked off areas are for the sequels they just added them because there's 9 realms and it wouldn't make sense to exclude the towers

Well it’s easy when they just throw you into a void to hide loading screens that turn into 3 minutes of walking and talking

That Yea Forums shit on it only because they actually dont play videogames.

It looks and sounds great
The gameplay is a repetitive slog that i couldn't finish
I'm too spoiled by Bloodborne to accept GOWs gameplay as fun

the hamfisted rpg elements and grinding for gear obliterated any replay value the game could have had

blades of chaos have always felt like shitty little ropes you flail around in all the games, at least the axe has impact

surprisingly good

>Kratos
>beta male
You need to lay off the shitty memes and actually play the game

it was interesting but I felt it was a bit longer than it needed to be. I think it coulda been 25% shorter

Nah I know that, I just mean more of the areas we had. We didn't explore much, I'd love to see more of where we were.

The game is literally like 40 hours long including side content, and it's horrifically padded with loading sections masqueraded by wall climbing or walking through a corridor, or simplistic puzzles that don't require an iota of brain power whatsoever.

I'm not sure why it needed to exist. I don't even find Kratos's character development hard to believe; I just don't know why we needed to see it in a sequel that's so far removed. Maybe if I liked it as much as the previous GoW games (I don't) I would tolerate it more, but I can't see it as much more than creatively bankrupt.

>Anything not combat is "padding"

Don't tell me you actually enjoyed holding Up + X for 3 minutes to move to the next area? Given how monotonous the combat becomes the game could have used some decent padding or something of actual substance to alleviate how repetitive everything becomes.

sony niggers will defend this interactive movie to the death.

I couldn't even watch footage of the game after finishing it, the mark of a good game.I traded it in the next day, 0 replay value.
