Because PC has become so much more popular than Playstation that no devs want to lose out on sales by making third party exclusives unless Sony pays them a truckload of cash. That pretty much only leaves first party games and Sony-funded third party games like Bloodborne. And most of Sony's first party games are moviegames made in California.
