I completely agree that Game Freak is incompetent, lazy and complacent with making Pokemon and they know full well it'll sell better than anything not named Mario/Zelda with minimal effort but people are starting to get extremely entitled about this whole Pokedex business. Pokemon has been dropping in quality for years. Get over it and move to another series.

It’s the most comprehensive and well maintained wiki of the series, a series which has several wikis. It’s been going since 2001 too. As such the guy has some history with TPC directly as a member of the community.

He’s not particularly important beyond that, just well respected outside here for his contributions to the community.
