Facepunch is making S&box aka gmod 2 on unreal with a fuckload of awesome shit.
You will even be able to write your own map importer if you want. Layla (one of the devs) posted a video where he imported the entire GTA 5 map to the game.

I personally don't think it will be made because GMOD does it so well. You can have custom everything, you already have all the other game's assets at the drop of a hat, it's stable, and you have a good base to work upon.
A DarkRP game would essentially end up either being Gmod2, or it wouldn't work.
