Well user, there exists a little thing called "parental controls" now, and in an advanced format that not only allows for remote control of a child's access to a console or game, but also of playtime and which games they play.
If a parent does not exercise even a slight bit of their power over what their children see despite the extensive, advanced tools they are freely given, or hell, even just looking at the little rating letter on the box that says "M for Mature" then they can't bitch about a tit in a game their kid sees.
