He has the habit of not liking his own comedy and deleting everything while also being an asshole to his own fans. Just based on his "too good for you" personality I feel like he's the type of guy who tries to call people out for being edgy and offensive while his own shit does just that. But I also think the whole Bob situation changed him.

Also he didn't get paid enough for the work he put in, according to his own words. Not getting any DVD royalties or anything despite being a huge part of the production and acting for most of Board James' run. I think feeling like you're not respected and not fairly compensated would be enough to piss anyone off, let alone having to also work with fucking Mike Matei on a daily basis.

His multi-parters have some of the best episodes, but his earlier stuff was probably the most consistent.
His current formula basically being a light version of Game Center CX with dirtier humor is a lot better than when he went full sketch though.

I feel that in most of the multi-parts, one of the parts is very weak and unnecessary. Usually the ones that weren't originally planned to be multiple parts like Superman and Sonic 06. I guess not so much Superman since it was only technically a 2-parter for the longest time then he just randomly decided to do a third part. But, for Sonic, the problem with all of them is apparent. The second part always makes the first part feel like a waste of time in retrospect. It's always funnier and it always covers what that people actually wanted to see. They could easily stand on their own but being even loosely tied to prior parts drags it down. All the planned ones like Castlevania and the hardware episodes are amazing though.
