I've been replaying these games and the shift in tone is hilarious. The mute guy becomes a slightly less mute guy who only pipes up to say goofy edgy one-liners, while Daxter is still the exact same irreverent and annoying comic relief he was before, but now with 3000% more innuendo and scatalogical humor. The game overall maintains largely the same cartoony artstyle as the first, only now you've got Ashelin's ass bobbing and titties bouncing every time she breathes. Like who were they targeting with the sequels? It's bizarre but I guess to their credit I didn't notice or care much as a kid.
