Kikokugai: The Cyber Slayer is way more violent and depraved, and that's perfectly fine for Steam. The remake only changed the angles of the sex scenes (all rape, by the way), but still kept them in the game and it got a 15+ rating. The subject matter is also inherently more disturbing than Saya no Uta, though it'd be a major spoiler to discuss it.
