in short, Hyperion wanted to come down and Open the vault, kill every MF around a get Rhys's Brain so Jack could come back as the new leader, taking control of the guy
a gang war sparks as 4 Factions The irish/The motor heads from the first episode/the Gang Moxxi was part of and the new Crimson raiders all wanted the vault open
Fiona and rhys fight to find out what to do, as rhys wants Jack to comeback so they can use Hyperion resources to get the vault out and put a stop to the fights in Pandora
Fiona wants the gangs to solve it, as it's "the Pandoran way" and makes Sasha and Vaugh fight to Support each side
The bullets she saved up were supposed to be one for rhys and the other for vaughn, or Rhys again once they reunite
the game never had a solid structure for the ending because it had to be reritten 4 fucking times but the idea was the same, make the MCs fight and make it bloody, but they went for the taletale way of "lol Choices matter" and fuck all is acomplished
Remains of these original ideas can still be seen on the trailer of "NEXT TIME ON TFTB"

Fiona was suposed to actively fight in the desert alongside these bandit bosses, wich inturn calls the Vault hunters to join into the fray and killing each bandit leader one by one, making fun of boss rushes
after the fght is over, one way or the other Both MC's woul've survived but knocked out of the fight in varying degrees of hurt, Rhys gets some help From hyperion to replace his damaged bits for new ones and gets an Echo device from Pandora, wich call him to come down to settle things, and thus reuniting with fiona now with a clear head
then the first episode happens and you know the rest
The guy in the suit was supposed to be a Rando-esque character who dreamed to be a Vault hunter and got his ass handed to him, and wanted to know what happened to improve for his "next quest" with a possible tease at the new borderlands game the pre-sequel and acting as one of the DLC characters
He was never more than an idea, albeit a cool one, but since plans change we got just2 extra characters when they wanted to beat their record in BL2 and add a third
