How is having transgender options a problem? If any game should have them, a cyberpunk one should. It's a regular occurrence in cyberpunk media.
Cyberpunk itself is usually used to show the dangers of how people segregate into their own bubbles and lose the sense of overall community in a given population. I'm sure this game will stress that severely in the story considering how things are progressing in the world.
