Puzzle and Dragons

For anyone interested, now is a really good time to start the game. As of right now starting the game gives you 150 stones which is good for 15 rolls in godfest or 30 rolls in the wedding rem where you can roll this cute waifu

Btw the game is getting a final fantasy collab really soon for anyone who's into that

Hage.

surprised I'm not the only one still playing PAD here
I'm Non-IAP, thought

I'm playing it less and less because all of the content they release is either an almost impossibly gimmicky dungeon that requires a hundred different answers for bullshit they throw at you or awfully bloated REM pools where it's designed to extort whales as much as possible. I'm not one of those players that enjoys spending 4 hours building the perfect team just so I can clear a retarded dungeon without stoning. I'd rather just not clear the dungeon since there's nothing of value in it except a stone for completion.

Attached: 1526383704762.jpg (640x640, 47K)

I've use to whale hard but ever since they introduce trading I've pretty much stopped whaling since I had so much trade bait. Now I only spend 20 each collab for the 100% diamond roll

Attached: Screenshot_20190518-041536.png (1440x2960, 3.2M)

yes, the current trend of every boss having resolve and damage void and 8 combo shield is strongly making me consider quitting

I mean it is called PUZZLES and dragons, there's a ton of easy content for people to do so it's nice to have something that is a actual challenge.

Attached: Screenshot_20190630-214723~2.png (1373x2221, 3.53M)

>pre-emptive changes your leader to something completely different
>pre-emptive status immunity for 99 turns
>pre-emptive 5 skill cooldown drain
>pre-emptive damage void shield higher than 30M
>500M HP
>4th turn (once you get your leader back) activates 99 turn

Attached: 1518565341684.jpg (720x725, 52K)

That's dishonest. It's not a challenge.
It's a "do you have this 8-star from the REM" check mark.
I'm trapped between content that I've cleared over and over already, and stuff that just can't be done until I get the cards the dungeons are designed for.

Requiring people to solve puzzles is one thing. Requiring people to spend money at getting a chance at finding the right monsters to deal with all of the new mechanics they continually introduce is another. I'm fine with having to full match a board to survive. I'm fine with having to sweep every floor to survive. That's difficulty that rewards skill and punishes laziness. If the difficulty in the game can only be mitigated by luck in finding the right monsters in the REM, the balance of the game is being channeled into a mechanism for making money. Instead of making the game challenging and fun they're making the game insanely frustrating for people who don't spend money.

But that's gacha so nobody is surprised. It's just a shame because the skill ceiling for actual matching is satisfying to increase.

That leader skill sound OP as fuck. I come from a simple time.

Attached: 50547735_p0.png (1200x1600, 1.38M)

I can't believe PAD is still alive tbqh.

I stopped playing when powercreep made my daughterwife Bastet useless

You anons DID crown the last ranking, right? You arent casual, right?

Next up is set team, hope you're ready

Attached: Screenshot_20190702-014107_PAD.jpg (1080x2030, 1.13M)

Gimme draconic orchestra already Gungho
I have 3 zelas and 2 reeches ready to trade in on day 1 for this trumpet goddess

on another note shame how you need to be using a x2 HP multiplier leader to have fun with boss fightes though, since they hit so hard nowadays

Attached: 5336 Phenon.png (640x388, 266K)

Heart cross almost killed it but the meta is actually in a decent spot right now

I think the main reason to play PAD over other gachas is for either the gameplay or the multiplayer aspect. Fucking around with randoms in 3p is one of the most fun times I've had with any mobage

It's powerful but it's limited outside of farming stuff that isn't difficult. Your damage dealing is tethered to your shield, so there's no way to stall without taking big hits, and 2.25xHP and 2.25xRCV aren't going to stop more than 1 hit on dungeons that you might actually need this leader to clear. There's no throttle so you will need VDPs and fujin actives no matter what, further limiting your sub pool and potential actives. Your activation also relies on 6 light orbs which are not always available, and +8 seconds of move time isn't necessary at all to make 2 light combos.

This leader will look good to a new player, but very few players will end up using this as a leader for long. It's a much better sub. Unbindable FUA with triple7s with a +2 combo lock remover bicolor board changer has a place on just about any light team you can imagine.

I think the biggest problem is how fucking hard it is for combo and rainbow leaders to vdp now that you basically need it for every other dungeon

I tried getting into it a year or two ago but it just feels so dated in this day and age. So I stick with crash fever...

I've never crowned and I never will. I find the system offensive. They should simply set certain point goals at certain amounts and give rewards to people who surpass those amounts rather than force people to compete with one another. It should be score attack, not asynchronous PVP.

remdra was technically that way, though I find crowning really fun. The teambuilding is really intuitive, I almost always make a few tiny changes to my team from the beginning to the end of the ranking period.

I quit like 2 years ago. And there’s no way to get an old account back so if I were to play I’d start from square 1. Is it even worth it.

>And there’s no way to get an old account back

Yes there is, you just need a receipt for any purchase you made on the game and gungho can hook you up

I've done this after like 2 broken phones

The trade in mechanic is honestly so fucking insane, I quit around when yogg first came out but came back for this because of how player friendly it was, giving you the option to trade for top tier cards

I was non-AIP, will I still be able to?

Yes, like OP says, you get huge starter stone bonuses these days, and you should pull something that blows anything you had away.

Is bastet (The boy fusion one) still good? its been years since ive played and the eu version is gone right?

if you literally havent made a purchase, I'm pretty sure you can just list a bunch of info about your account but you definitely need your id at the very least

gunghoonline.com/data-recovery/

>Don't forget the obligatory one shot before you even start
:^)

they provide a TON of options to get it back, its worth a shot

Bastet recently got a new evolution that put her on the tier list for like 2 weeks, though that's much more than can be said about the other super reincarnations. She's back to being one of the best pantheon leaders, but still outclassed by the top tiers.

Attached: 5203.png (640x388, 161K)

VDP damage thresholds are slowly rising though, so you can get by chipping the boss down and interacting with it. It's not the end of the world if you don't have VDP as opposed to not having a fujin for Damage Absorb mechanics
Damage Absorb spawns suck major ass and I'm glad they're doing away with it in favor of VDP spawns

Trading is really too good for us, feels great not chasing after 1.5% rate monsters anymore

Attached: Skuld.png (657x464, 466K)

Anyone want to add me?
ID: 384,153,415

Super reincarnation is stupid
and getting them is retarded
and they aren't strong enough
Fuck I hate it

I super'd a Haku and sat around wondering why I fucking bothered.

Attached: 1403814163329.png (200x163, 11K)

I don't care about tier lists I just want to know if the boy bastet is still good enough to clear through a decent amount of the game

Love.

>Waifu has Shinrabansho, Valentines, Academy, coloring book, and Christmas alts
>They all fucking suck dick
>Gets a super reincarnation
>really good awakenings, 20% resists, 2 7c and unbindable
>active is given 1.5x orb move time instead of awoken bind clear

FUCK FUCK FUCK WHY GUNGHO YOU NIGGERS
WE WERE SO CLOSE

still a shame the 3ds game didn't do well

how to ruin your meta 101

that'd be a no

I honestly quit back when multiplayer was introduced because instead of making new interesting bosses or unit, they just dialed up the OSOBOS bullshit up to eleven

I guess it got even worse, huh?

Fuck Waifus, how many Husbandos does this game have?

A lot.
Including the current Wedding event.

is all this shit going on the JP version aswell?

Yes. I wasn't picking random bullshit out of the ether. I literally listed the pre-emptives and early gimmicks for new Dorothy dungeon's boss. There's also some gravities, kill threshold conditions, awoken skill binds, and player buff removals.

Attached: 1359505649800.jpg (800x800, 22K)

the amount of collabs are actually fucking insane
Japan is rerunning Final Fantasy right now, NA just got done with Hello Kitty, and DMC was announced a while back
We got AOT, Bleach, FMA, F/SN, Monster Hunter, SF, Evangelion, Magic the Gathering, Dragonball, Gintama, Kamen Rider, Yokai Watch and the list goes on

I can't believe this is still alive and doing so well at least in Japan. I stopped playing when they introduced co-op. I have to admit I still miss it sometimes.

My god, that font is awful

>dabs

If this aint the most shill response, i dont know what is. Go back to the app store reviews

What's the best leader/team I can use?

Attached: Sc.png (1440x1581, 3.82M)

Madoo will pull you through 95% of shit without trouble.

Bad. I quit right when super dark metatron or whoever came out and became top tier

give me my Persona rerun so I can have a cute new orb skin you faggots

Attached: persona.png (578x418, 417K)

evolve zeta, the water fire nigga, into the dark variant, and you will cream almost all content put before you

NY Artemis/CRomia/Ney/Vishnu/an awoken bind clear
is right and Zeta is technically one of the best leads but you dont have the team to run an hp threshold leader like him comfortably

DMC collab fuckin when, it was announced months ago

Attached: 65003706_1277616285740719_3348776010597269504_o.png (612x464, 439K)

zeta (dark color) as the leader, 2 Karins, 1 Ney evolved into blue form and Ryune evolved form that has "Follow up attack" in its awakenings as your team

Thanks everyone, I'll make a few team comps and see where it goes from there.

Not just right now either, seems like they hand out a block of 100 stones once every few months lately.
Still hard for new players to keep up, with new content needing to challenge old grognards like me (1500 days) who probably have over 5000 stones spent.
At least new premium gachas come fully evolved & awoken so less need to grind up old stuff.

if they add nico lady or trish from 5 i'll fucking scream in anger

It's been radio silence since then
I think DMC collab actually got canned

>That ratio of trade-ins to pantheons

you lucky dog

don't forget dragon's dogma which is one of the weirder ones oh and crows

YO! you have that bitch who can talk, what does she say??

>dragons
>they're actually anime thots

it took persona a good half year to happen, just give it time

Heard you talkin' shit about my waifu like I wouldn't find out.

who?

>Be a light player all my life, take great pride in my beefed up light box
>save up all my stones for gungho collab so I can roll Karin Shindou
>accidentally roll 3 Zelas
>a month later here I am

Life is weird

Attached: Screenshot_20190703-140814_PAD.jpg (1080x345, 246K)

guys i regret whaling pad. the waifus aren't "alive", it's not getting a fighting game, there aren't 100s of doujinshi flooding every comiket, there's hardly any merch, and you'd be lucky to get one piece of good fanart a month on pixiv. at least it's actually fun to play

I don't even do the ranked dungeons anymore lost all motivation to do the same dungeon over and over hoping for good boards

ay who the buff nigga green and dark i want him

I can't because the EU version shut down and I lost everything....

gameplay is all it has, as long as pad exists, monster strike is gonna get gatekeeped for the rest of time

Thanks user. I played it years ago and had over a year login streak but then destroyed my phone. Shitty login system and I didn't have any Google account tied.

I'm gonna get back into it

That's Raizer. He has a fujin active now.

I'm still playing.
Also so shit I couldn't get bestcat's super reincarnation because FUCK Schezerade.

use qooapp if you're android or just make a jp itunes account on apple

Raizer, a gungho collab unit who's main purpose is just being a 17 turn fujin

Attached: Screenshot_20190703-141221_PAD.jpg (1080x1863, 986K)

i haven't played since the release of pad what's a fujin? and can i pull him right now if i keep rerolling?

>playing shitty candy crush clone with a gacha with shit drop rates
Atleast play something that's more of a game like Monster Strike

No

I miss /padg/

Attached: 1521856527805.jpg (766x1024, 294K)

i would if NA monster strike didn't shut down years ago user
i lost a shit ton of stuff and don;t want to restart

unfortunately not in the current event, a Fujin is an active named after the first unit to have an ability of that type, which nullifies the "damage over X amount is absorbed" effect on enemies

any other cool looking dudes i could get right now?

Attached: 1541662605227.jpg (1151x1069, 66K)

It's at the point you pretty much 100 percent NEED cards with the FUA awakening, preferably multiple cards with the 3x3 awakening, and both leaders need damage reduction shields.

Creep has gotten so bad that almost all pantheon cards are considered garbage or assist fodder. Especially leaders. Even the ones that got Super Reincarnations recently are still worse than the top tier DFEs or collab cards.

Fujin active is just another term for an active skill that allows you to bypass Damage Absorption Shields which are very difficult to deal with unless you're using a team with exceptional damage control. It's essential for a lot of dungeons; especially the Arenas.

>muh candy crush is a real game

>started for bastet
>never rolled bastet
>draw pools became over-saturated and coop was added
Yeah I don't think I'm going back

fuck how do we revive it bros

I don't.
Genuinely wished everyone that frequented there died.

You can roll right now for bride bestcat.
Horribly horribly powercrept bestcat..
hate you gungho

Final Fantasy is coming back for round 3(?) soon.

I don't keep up with the game enough to know 100%, but I'm pretty sure we're in some waifu event right now so not a lot of dudes.

i respect the waifufags for keeping the game afloat so i'll allow them this grace period but we need more cool dudes

We can't. There's not enough traffic to compete with the 150 other threads that are constantly posting. The number of possible threads on /vg/ needs to be increased to raise the amount of time that can pass without a bump to a reasonable level. There's no way you're going to be able to keep people talking about PAD every 7-8 minutes because that's how long it takes for shit to get pushed off on some days.

It's time to seek help for your life crippling gambling addiction.

why

pretty impressed by how good seven deadly sins is doing

Monster Strike is going to have a big month in July so people are probably saving for it this month

they got a rerun event that people weren't too happy with

is it truly an addiction if i enjoy it
i like playing them and i have the urge to summon way too often i'm probably going to drop most of them and just have 1 main gacha game

I'm sure plenty of people enjoy heroin. Whether you enjoy it or not is irrelevant to whether it's an addition or not.

Sell your phone and get one that can't play any of these games. It'll improve your life a LOT

>DB Legends - 2.243 bil (+247%)

two hundred fucking fourty seven percent? can anyone who plays that game tell me what the fuck happened?

i like gacha games though so i'd like to keep 1 of them

Source?

how many types of evolution do they have now? When i played i think reincarnation had just come out

vegito got released and a shit load of people got banned so they had to resummon a bunch of characters again

I still log in every now and again, but I don't really play much. The problem is that I'm completely lost. I don't know how to build teams anymore, what's good and what's bad. Most material I can find online is about the JP version, /padg/ is dead, so I feel like I can't get any help, either.

It doesn't help that the strongest teams are the most boring to play (or were, for a chunk of the time when I was more active), as I vastly prefer playing rainbow and combo leads over rows or anything of the sort. Pic related. I think she's fun as fuck, she was my starter and I love using her, but she's terrible and apparently still terrible.

Attached: MONS_4273.jpg (640x383, 150K)

>SINoALICE - 1.783 bil (+227%)
What happened here?

They're just different names for evolutions to signify the relative power. Aside from evolutions that turn the card into an equip there's no difference. A super reincarnation is just another evolution after reincarnation. Only like 12 cards have those so far.

this is exactly why I can't recommend this game to a lot of my online friends.
Ironically a ton of my irl friends play it so we're fine when we get other friends to play, but the learning curve is so fucking steep and there's an overwhelming amount of content. Unironically join the main pad discord for help, or check out Bakadata every once in a while just to have an idea of where the meta is

bakadata.com/category/puzzle-dragons/

If you're ever lost look at what some recent playing friends are using. Whenever you see a bunch of friends using the same monster take a look and try to see why it's so popular.

>no source
>google only finds /vg/ threads

>feh cucks think they're still relevant, try to beef with the fgo chads as if there was ever any competition

Attached: 1468385998296.jpg (220x255, 10K)

Probably because the original source is Japanese.

>tfw combo leads have the been only meta I've ever known

Attached: 3706[1].png (98x98, 16K)

Only dudes added to the FF collab this go around is Locke with Aerith being other new card.

All the 6+ star cards got major overhauls to the point a lot of them are totally different in how they worked. On those the old leader skills got shuffled off to the pre-evolution form basically making the ultimate form a branch instead of a final form. Yuna becomes even more of a monster and Cloud was tweaked to synchronize perfectly with Aerith and Tifa as subs.

1st year anniversary with more power creep cards.
I started just the other week on it and ended up with most of the banner cards and a shitload of other Sparking units so they may also have had Sparkings show up more often during the event too.

>most prominent NA pad youtuber has 10k subs
>Japanese pad youtuber has nearly 600k subs

what the fuck is going on over there

Combo leads were actually the meta there for about a year since the 7c/10c awakening shit all over everything else for damage, but as usual Gungho wanted you to move on to rolling for more cards so now the meta is making L shapes and 3x3s and combo leads can't do that that well without disrupting their combos.

Tried getting into it before but lost interest quickly. What should I look to reroll for on this godfest?
Will I like it coming from dragalia?

It makes almost triple of what fgo does after all.

PAD actually requires skill unlike the majority of popular gacha games. NA players would rather just tap things and watch the fireworks than have to actually pazzle.

>PAD actually requires skill

Attached: 1465002071941.gif (240x291, 568K)

The early game is a snoozefest that isn't really representative of the depth that later content requires. Just an idea of how much of a clusterfuck this game can get
youtube.com/watch?v=K3frKzxNn_Q

Let's see your Annihilation Dorothy clear, user.

Wait you can rearrange orbs now? When I played this years ago you had to clear orbs to get them out of the way to set up combos.

What should I reroll for?

you can clear so much of the content with so much different stuff at this point, and with the trade in mechanic giving value to all rare cards it's less of "what should I reroll for" and more "what should I definitely not keep" which would be pantheon cards

I don't play easy shit like candy crush

Unfortunately, leaders are only the tip of the iceberg. Creating a whole team is another challenge in and of itself, and it completely depends on which bosses you want to clear.

If you get the right sub it can carry you to the stars. I use Rex for farming A2 and I can blaze through it completely brainless just because I have Roche. It doesn't matter if I make 4 green or 4 dark, it one shots everything but Kali. 8 prongs will do that.

Just looking at the video here it looks simple as shit, just fiddle with your balls until they make lines and you win

Roll on the 10 stone godfest instead of the trap wedding one. DMeta is still.. meta and there are other good choices like new Valk, Reeche, Madoo, Zela and NY Artemis.
Final Fantasy collab is coming back again at some point in the future with a lot of easy to use good cards but the 100 free stones probably won't be claimable by that point.

I haven't played in years, is my favorite Pandy-chan still relevant? RowChads....

unfortunately pandora is not great but with super reincarnations on the horizon, and her being a more popular card coming back into the meta is borderline a coinflip for all pantheons

NOPE!
Rows fell out of favor a long time ago since they require too much commitment. Even worse now since L matches, FUAs, and 3x3s rule the game.
She may get a Super Reincarnation in the future though since they are giving them to the most popular old cards (Haku, Bastet, Sakuya and Memes have them so far) but who knows how good that will be in today's game since rows simply cannot be done if you have to do a FUA as well.

>have no fucking idea who the one on the far right is

All I do on JP now is log in for stones and roll garbage.

>Lugh inherit
Without a doubt the worst possible fujin active in the game. You literally cannot use it unless there's a damage absorb buff on that floor because it does nothing else. Meaning unless you get drained later you'll never be able to use the skill it replaced.

Attached: 1474155115276.jpg (600x456, 29K)

Just if you need to make rows, but SFUA is super rare compared to regular FUA.

I hate the Final Fantasy Collab because the best forms are the ugly fucking pixel evolutions for EVERY CARD

sfua also gives 2x damage so for Zela boards you just nuke the universe with vdp/sfua 6 blanket combo

No. There's currently no gimmick in the game that requires you to do exactly 2 damage in a single hit as a follow-up since one-shotting through resolve leaves them at 1HP, and enemies that reduce all damage to 1 with extremely high DEF are not going to die taking 2 FUA damage instead of 1.

Any PAD players play Sdorica too? Puzzle gacha games are my jam.

Reincarnated Trailokyavijaya

Tell me roughly how similar this game is to Crash Fever.
Yes I know PaD came first and CF is a ripoff but CF has Miku and I've played it a considerable bit already despite getting bored of it.

Attached: Crash_Fever_Hime_Miku.png (850x523, 513K)

Assuming you get at least a 15/15 bi, or 13/17-14/16 split for 5 combos.

crash fever is definitely the prettier game if you're in it for the waifus, but pad has better gameplay and teambuilding

I play Sdorica but not PAD, Sdorica is hardly what you would call "puzzle"
I'm bored as hell of CF as well, i just waited for the Shield Hero event to end and i uninstalled it

I love PAD but its become such a dense game that requires far too much knowledge. A new player will have zero clue what's good what to use how to build a team or have any fucking clue how to get through anything that isn't the beginner dungeons. And pad makes no effort to explain

This has been true for 5 years and it's 10x worse today. I recently hit 1800 days and even I can't keep track of all the shit.

I'M GONNA DO IT NIGGERS

I'M GONNA DO IT

Attached: 113131452.png (1120x1937, 1.62M)

I'd like to play this game because it has a ton of hot guys but it doesn't seem like a "collect your favorites" game.

>pull BZela
>turn her into a hat because good light leads are a meme in the year 2019

Anything good to roll the 150 stones on the SSG part 1? Or should I save it for whatever is in part 2?

Aside from Madoo I don't see a problem sacrificing those cards. I'm assuming you have another Madoo.

Most of the newer garbage dungeons have high stamina requirements meaning newer players won't even see them for quite awhile (and if they blow their entire 50 stamina on a Mythical dungeon that's on them). Still plenty of old dungeons and most of the new weekly/collab dungeons don't have most of the bullshit. I think the Fate collab was the first one to have a boss with a Void Damage shield but you could wait it out easily.

The biggest problem is that since they changed how the REM works and raised the rarity of new cards it's harder to get the best cards unless you wait until a 10 stone godfest comes around, and you can STILL get fucked over as (mostly useless) pantheon cards are still the majority of the cards in the selection.

part 2 is objectively better but fodder is fodder
HCotton and NY Artemis are really good

Rhythm game soon.

I traded two bride Raijins, Zeus Verse, Hera Luna, and school Yog for Bride Zela and the only one I regret losing was Hera because she was adorable.

Is the gameplay super similar?
I got "Melty" and the blue katana guy, I don't know what shield hero is but they're great units

>Yea Forums now unironically shills mobile gacha garbage

This site is dead.

All I got out of it was Filo. Could have been worse but literally all I pulled was one (1) Filo.

do i need top tier super super super rares to do high end content?

Isn't she cost 58? Should be fine.

I was hoping to at least also get a shitter hero or two out of 4+1 steps. If only I hadn't wasted polys on whatever between collabs...

every dungeon requires certain things that you can put on your team, that's why the teambuilding is so flexible. they have a damage absorb? bring a fujin. They have a resolve? bring a fua. They awoken bind? Bring a bind clear, etc. Obviously the best team comps will be able to cover every weakness, but when you die you usually know exactly why and what you could have done. They only real powercreep is regarding how much damage they do, requiring you to have a tankier leader, or how much damage you do, requiring a higher multiplier

Green remains the worst color, and is the color of shit
Light and dark mechanically remain the best colors since nothing natively resists them on attribute alone, flip a coin as to whether light or dark is #1
Red is a mess but not Green Tier bad
Blue is okay
There I summed up the PAD meta forever because that hadn’t changed outside of light and dark switching places in years

Is that a lot of words for "no"?

Attached: think.png (411x411, 116K)

Fuck it looks great, i hope they do collabs too like the puzzle game. Imagine music from:
>KOF
>Re:Zero
>Shield Hero
>Vocaloid
How the fuck can you not know tate no yuusha no nariagari? I got Melty and Filo, also of course the zombie dragon and Motoyasu but i haven't bothered to awaken them since i don't have them bugged enough to be good

you literally got it backwards, green is the single best color due to Zela and their hyper priveladged leaders. The worst colors are light due to lack of leaders and water due to lack of subs outside of dzeta who even runs himself.

huh, they didn't show this in game from what I remember
Good for them
I always end up feeling that way, especially with the Re:Zero one that I got nothing on.

If you're looking for simple answers this is not the game for you. There's not a single team that's going to have answers for everything you'll encounter, so you're going to have to get a lot of rare shit in order to give you more options. You don't need the best of the best, but you will need to work harder to build adequate teams without them.

How do I git gud at orb shuffling?

>Tfw logged in for a random roll and got Bride Bestcat

Attached: 1521832061066.jpg (500x618, 59K)

The CF banner on the song select implies to me that they'll have sections for other stuff. They already have like, 10 vocaliod songs... They certainly could have done better for gameplay showcasing though. Nobody ever plays these kinds of games with speed that low.

every team obviously has their limits but the deeper your box gets the more options you have, it's not like some other gachas where once you get your set team it's just better than 90% of your units for now and forever.

>green
>best
Ok hold up what the fuck
Green is supposed to be the color of waifus and being garbage
What the fuck did they get in terms of leaders and subs to fix this

I've legitimately never heard of it, the last manga I picked up was Ride-on King last week and I haven't watched an actual anime in a long while.

Roche, Zela, hello kitty Zela. Raizer, Yoh, Rex, shit like that.

>accidentely delete the app while swiping through my phone one day
>deletes my account which had shit like Kaede back when heart cross was still the best strat
>don’t bother redownloading and starting again
>apperentely the EU server was shut down a few months later
Rest in piss PAD

But there is a simple answer. Are you willing to say it?

This fucking monstrosity
>retarded high weighted stats
>triple 7c for retarded damage
>follow up attack with vdp super awakening
>bicolor wood heart board change active skill that ALSO unlocks all orbs and ALSO adds 2 combo because why not

Zela is love
Zela is life

Holy shit, a PAD thread in 2019. Been getting annoyed at the game because it feels like I have a lot of good cards but nothing that fits together super well.
Add me: 351,508,321 I run DKali, Meimei, and sometimes Kamimusubi.

Oh yeah I understand that completely. I've played FFBE and Azur Lane and would constantly change my teams in them to deal with stuff.

I wasn't the guy who originally replied to you. If you bothered to read you'd recognize that I'm not saying what he is.

I'll say it a different way, if you want simple answers you're not going to get an accurate one. If you still want a simple answer despite knowing it won't be useful why bother asking in the first place?

Not necessarily. Showing off your autistic waifu projects to your friends is a big appeal of this game to me

Attached: Screenshot_20190703-152519_PAD.jpg (1080x1854, 1M)

What's the total shield % of 4x 25% shields? Is it like 68-69%?

Why is Bastet so damn tall now.

Is the game f2p friendly at all?

68.36% damage reduction yeah

How did I do Yea Forums?

I guess you'll be able to make a team with all those yogs, but you're not going to have a lot of options until you fill your box out more.

Rolled her the other day after I've been aiming for her for years. She can box cheerlead at least.
Stupid now they give preferential treatment to certain cards as she should have had an ultimate by now being a 6 star.

the rates on SGF for a trade in unit is 1/3, your rate was 6/17 so actually not that bad. Not a lot of synergy outside of your fires but I say it's ok. Your units themselves arent that great but it could be worse. The nice part is that you have 5 seasonal trade in units, so you might be able to pick up something nice in the coming events if the trade in options are good.

I don't get why they do that. Kinda kill the point.

never played it but looks kinda fun
any characters I really should reroll for?

I like running 3P dungeons with strange teams loaded with utility rather than raw power. I imagine they're looking at me play going "why the fuck would this retard come in here with this garbage" and then later go "oh, that's why".

PAD Radar (and that Tamadra game) are still JP exclusive after all these years. The other game does jackshit but the Radar is almost half the game now in Japan due to all the damn shit you can get from it. +s and snowglobes fall like rain over there while the English version has to wait for table scraps still.

I played PaD for a while but I dropped it after I wasn't making any more progress. I thought I had enough good gods from lucky godfest pulls as well as having them awakened fully or mostly fully. I've partnered them with decent monsters but they still aren't good enough for some of the events and descended gods. I think I'm done with the gatcha game. Was fun for a while though.

Attached: 1444603452290.jpg (175x175, 28K)

Idk what's wrong with it

First and last gatcha I really got into. It's probably the pinnacle of its genre, but it's still shit and that's why I stopped playing any game with a gatcha mechanic and you should too.

While you have two good leaders in Madoo and Zeta you have NOTHING else. You can't even make a team with that box if that's all you have.

you have Zeta whos one of the single best leads in the game, in theory you should be fine so long as you get some nice subs but you just dont have that many units in general. Did you sell some?

I just haven't rolled everything yet. Still have like 75

Nice spamming when someone dies for a mistake I made is the reason I play this game

you only need a izanagi that has a 3 CD suicide active
best part is that it's a 2x damage spike that works on Jeanne so you can get absolutely insane damage every 3 turns

pic related with only 1 light combo, friend jeanne has a

Attached: 1c.png (1080x2096, 2.47M)

ok, slap all your fires onto a Madoo team and clear content until you can't anymore, then switch to Zeta

Madoo is a really easy really fast farm lead, and while Zeta has higher potential in the stuff he can clear, he's a very slow and harder lead to use and you won't even feel like he's better until much later.

shit taste

I don't like depending on Izanagi for that since he's bindable and the only assist evolution with unbindable aweknings I have is ironically Jeanne.
She's currently in assist form slapped on Yuna at the moment in anticipation of her new revamp whenever we get the FF collab back.

Why should I play this gachashit over other gachashit games?

gameplay

I meant making Bastet older.

izanagi can get unbindable+ with super awakening though, and you can take enemy hits to get below 50% since she's a 2x hp lead too
think of Jeanne as a reverse Zeus Giga where she's 11/10 for farming dungeons with ease

Dunno, she's always been steadily aging through her incarnations. Haku and Meimei too but they seem to have reached their limit (and Meimei has actually regressed with her SR form).

How to team build with her?

2 bride zelas lol

I hear people say not to evolve her why is that

two different playstyles

Stopped playing this game for a long time. Though this has rekindled my interest. What should I aim for while rerolling?

Yeh it's disappointing.

First reroll. Did I get anything good?

Attached: Screenshot_2019-07-03-18-27-23(1).png (1440x2167, 3.78M)

NYArtemis, Shelling Ford, Madoo, Reeche, and Dark Metatron are some of the big prizes in part 1

For example, this motherfucker broke the bank, you're good to go dude

>Artemis, Macha, Kanna, Gronia, Kamimusubi and DMeta packaged with Izanagi right off the bat

Lmao what the fuck

A good amount of cards now actually treat both the normal and ultimate form as separate playstyles. First form Madoo has rows and way more skill boosts than her ultimate form which has prongs and double VDP awakenings.

GSonia you fuck.

Looks boring

Back to fortnite, kiddo.

Seems like I got a good start but who do I put on a team? Should I make a team for every element like in GBF?

This game takes so much practice. I've been playing casually for months and the most combos I can consistently do without skyfall is 5 when most leader skills require 7+

I haven't touch the game in years. What even is the hat and why is it 8*'s. Is this roll even good?

Attached: PhotoPictureResizer_190703_184830619_crop_540x768.jpg (540x768, 204K)

Run NYArtemis with a mono green team for now, but keep Metatron in the back pocket as she'll most likely end up being your endgame lead if the meta hasn't passed her by then. You dont need a team for each color but you'll find other ways to fill out your team slots. Grinding through the normal dungeons can be a pain, but you'll get into the wacky stuff soon

You don't need to make a rainbow team unless your leader requires it to activate their full damage, or other less common reasons like guard break or skill charging. Ideally you'll want your subs to have as much synergy with your leader as possible and cover as many holes in your team's makeup as possible.

There's a lot of good strategies to approach straight up matching, but what really turned the page for me was counting the orbs before every match, finding 2 colors that have at least 6 orbs, and then making 4 horizontal 3-matches on the top 2 or bottom 2 rows. Then you can just make whatever other matches you can vertically and you'll never be left with any spaces or worry about connecting the same colors together.

Learning to carpet combo is super important, making sure your combos are close together so you have as few wasted orbs as possible and getting consistent at diagonals are the best tips I can give you. As you solve half the board you'll find that the other half will basically solve itself

The hat is a luxury equip, unevolve it to get Saline, the best exp farming leader
Also stop rolling on brides, you're lucky your godfest rolls were so good but all your bride rolls are basically useless outside of eschemali who even then is the worst of the 8*s

>overflowing with orb enhances when orb enhances have been useless for like 3 years
How they gonna do my girl Escha like that. Disrespectful.

Heartbreakers are just so detrimental in the current meta, and with 99 turn skyfalls coming around she doesnt even get that niche.

Orb Enhances got super buffed recently along with Rows, but they still aren't as good as just 7c'ing everything in the face.

>After 4+ years still no PAD support on my shitty country
>Gave up finding and downloading apks, sometimes losing progress, for a while now

feels bad

what are good braindead leaders with diverse team bulding pools nowadays?

or alternatively does anyone have the current tier list?

Stopped playing right after yog came out, what has changed since then? How is the power creep?

Not as many braindead choices now since they keep shoving stupid gimmicks on monsters, but DMeta is still pretty hurrdurr and still gets new subs to mess with on a regular basis. You have to be able to match 7c on a regular basis though.

is ilmina still a good leader? i remember her being top tier while being VERY easy to use

bakadata.com/category/puzzle-dragons/

For new players, time extend leads are best because they give you more time to learn how to combo. Roll base Madoo. FUA leads like vajr are good for clearing all of normal mode and lower technicals by simply swiping. As other anons pointed out, the game has way too much depth to convey in a single basket weaving post.

She's a sub now. Her damage output as a leader isn't enough these days.

>youngins won't remember back when 4x was considered good. Now anything below 256x is considered ultra low end

I'm considering spending on the FF collab. Are there any especially strong units in it?

Attached: yuna.jpg (1000x1414, 733K)

My friends and I got a new person to start and he trolled vaj

2 months later and hes complete shit at the game but honestly this might be our fault

Yuna's going to be a beast again. Cloud was reworked SPECIFICALLY so he and Aerith can go murdering together (Tifa not so much), Sephiroth and Lightning are pretty good again and Cecil gets some pretty insane assist evos. Noctis is kinda.. there. Aerith a decent combo leader with a 1 turn active (which is why she will work Cloud so well as his LS wants an active to go off). All the pixel evolutions got reworked to be viable and all the 6+ star cards got assist evolutions. All in all it's a great collab again but still full of average to junk 5 stars (and 4 stars that got knocked up to 5 stars in order to make it harder to roll the higher rarities because fuck you).

sephiroth bros WW@

The full a2 package:

2 fujins, 1 can be an assist.
1 FUA
Enough RCU to come back from a 99% gravity
Enough HP or a shield to survive Heras pre-empt
Enough damage to kill predras, tamas, metatrons, and pys.
5 poison resist awakenings.

I don’t want to see you in “two sides of divinity” without the above package.

Sorry, going to show up with my DMeta team and never pop actives.
I'll also pass my turn when my board has poison.

is bride zela that good? should i get her now in case i get a good light leader?

what are some MUST HAVE dmeta subs? also what should i pair dmeta with as leaders?

Not necessarily worth the trade in but she is the best mono light team sub in the game

Revo Izanagi for his suicide active and buff. Somebody with a FUA active (Revo Lucifer has it as a super awakening and his AS creates a FUA automatically, D/G Kamimubi has FUA and her active is short enough you can inherit something like Gremory on her with no problems). Then after that it's mostly utility like DKali or Akuma.

Eir is also extremely popular because DMeta doesnt come with an rcv multiplier. Match 4 hearts and you can get out of a lot of shitty situations. I've also seen the more expensive halloween Verdandi for similar reasons.

God, I miss when Super Ult Krishna was top tier.

Aerith's assist is super broken but I dont know if it's enough to make me roll the rem

Xiu Min is my husbando.

New to the game, Is this good?

Attached: Screenshot_2019-07-03-18-58-09-558_jp.gungho.padEN.png (1080x2280, 2.48M)

>DMeta, Lucifer and Izanagi

you just rolled the full package

Reeche and Dmeta are both exceptional, but you will have to learn how to match well in order to maximize your efforts. With both Luci and Izanagi like the other person mentioned you already have really good actives that pair well with Dmeta.

It was some dude that would frequently post pictures of Haku and Pandora with filenames like "Pandy" in /padg/.
Man I miss that place.

What's harder - learning how to combo above 4 with little to no time extends (as a nub) or learning how to consistently 7c? Those were my two PAD skill gates.

I have him too but I'm not too happy with my board changers and I'm too lazy to optimize it.

You're good, bro. Dark Metatron is a monster in the meta and you've got Lucifer and Izanagi as well which are active skills that work extremely well with Dark Metatron. You've just got to get really good at making matches and you'll be able to clear a ton of stuff. You're lacking utility but that's to be expected when you just start out.

Ok what the fuck am I even looking at here? Is this something ok? I got an Odin in the tutorial roll and thought I was lucky but I guess this game has higher than a 5 star tier.
Is this decent?
Also why is the eggplant with a hat animated but nothing else I have is? Card rarity? This is a lot more complicated already compared to Fate

>Pretty much the entire DMeta team
Keep/10
Reroll, animated usually means it's rare but it's a trash rare that you got

Really good
Pretty good

Just run Artemis for now, animated cards aren’t animated for any particular reason, it’s just a newer thing they’re doing for a lot of the rare units coming out
You can devolve the hat into Veroah, largely a farm lead for very specific dungeons

DMeta is powerful but soulless and unfun prove me wrong

New Year's Artemis is your best card, and it's a very essential card for endgame because it has a "fujun active" In addition to that it's unbindable with a follow-up attack, is easy to activate as a leader, and gives you a high HP, high recovery team as a leader.

The animated hat is an equip evolution of Veroah. It's one of the newer cards but it's not going to be extremely useful to you early game. Kamimusibi is also excellent, Anubis is also really good if you pair it with a friend's 7x6 lead like Diablos, The NY Kannas have a lot of prongs, but Artemis will definitely pull you through the game if you stick with this box.

I would reroll tbhaych

>outclassed by Fatalis
Massive doubt
Being not restricted to a shitty L playstyle is a major benefit already
There's newer stuff coming out that hits Fatalis hard too like VDP+Combo bosses and player buff removal for those kuroloop variants

You're not wrong
Go to "change order" on the upper right, click on it and sort by "monster pts". Anything 25k or more is rare. You got alot of 25k+ cards but none of the ones you got are that good

>never got chibi bastet

Only chibi cards I still have are Valk, Leilan, DMeta, and Lucifer. Never rolled on the sticker REM because I wasn't that insane.

I wish Illya was better, her voice is cute as hell.

>only a blue Athena away from a five color Athena team

I can't tell if you're serious or if you're doing a shit waifu meme team

>when you blow you fujin wad on Sopdet and Vishnu shows up

Attached: 1387575816549.jpg (394x379, 51K)

At least you can stall on Vishnu, you better just pray you dont get Hera Drag

Sopdet is just retarded at this point. They basically stopped taking her into consideration when making leader skills so now some leaders have no way to get below her shield and still do actual damage to her.

>changes all your hearts to jammers 4 turns in a row
Heh. It's not like you wanted to save those actives for anything, right?

Without a Fujin active I mean. It's bullshit when doing a boss rush and she pops up floor 1.

>match 1 combo to get under her shield
>skyfall 6 more and do 180 million damage

Attached: 1407798470499.jpg (828x799, 57K)

So I pulled this should I reroll or not?

Attached: torerollornot.png (556x632, 809K)

Aside from Artemis alone you don't have much else to build a great team. You'll definitely be able to get a better box if you keep trying.

>all these anons rolling NY Artemis

God damn

>all my rolls were ancient garbage

I just wanted chainsaw Cotton, NY Artemis and Romia, is that so wrong?

I really hope the summer 9* isn’t some ballbusting top tier unit I’m gonna want but I feel like that’s what’s gonna happen

Summer DMeta that compliments DZeta perfectly.

We gonna get beach blue Zela followed Halloween dark Zela and then to finish it off Xmas red Zela. Just like what they did with Yog

It's really a crime that we never got a seasonal dmeta

just tank it with 200k hp zela kitty

Her threshold is 358k and usually doubled to 716k. Better bring shield actives.

Attached: 1364350262521.png (452x363, 18K)

You can crown if you aren’t shit at the game. Even if your rem luck is abysmal, there’s still fixed team ranking dungeons every once in a while, hell, the next (NA) ranking dungeon is a fixed team.

I’d be fine with water Zela because outside of dZeta which she wouldn’t be paired with water has dick all for leads

I refuse. I've got more important shit to spend my stamina on, and I'm sure as hell not going to stone for it like many people are forced to do because the upper level is saturated with people who bash their head against it until RNG gives them ideal boards and skyfall.

I'm still pissed we never got an alternate Nephthys. They wasted a perfectly good character and character design on cards with shitty everything. I was so disappointed when they revealed her awoken form and it was just as bad as the other cards in her line.
Great card art ruined by the cards themselves.

Attached: 1560083266948.jpg (1024x672, 142K)

OK then any advice on what I should be aiming for?

There's a lot of good stuff it's just a matter of whether or not what you get can work with what else you get. Which is why people who got Dark Metatron with Lucifer and Izanagi are given the thumbs up because those three cards work very well on the same team. NY Artemis is a fantastic card but not very popular as a leader, she's mostly used as a sub and you didn't happen to roll any killer leaders. Don't get me wrong there are good leaders there, but you'll struggle to find friends who use them and you'll hit a wall because you lack the box variety to fill out those teams properly to make those medium-tier leaders use their full potential.

Unfortunately when it comes to rerolling your first account you don't have a choice but to ask a more experienced player or consult a guide to help you since there's an iceberg of interconnected knowledge you need to have about what cards work well with other cards that takes years to see the bottom of.

Have fun being a crownlet

Have fun wasting your time for pixels that don't actually help you.

Seething

Wrong. Ignoring ranking dungeons will make you happier because chasing the crown is much more frustrating than playing normally. You're wasting stones.

Ah ok then well how about this roll. Though if this roll turns out to also be subpar I will probably just reroll once more and stick with what I get.

Attached: torerollornot2.png (554x814, 808K)

Bad besides Cotton. Try again.

This box will probably help you much more than your previous one. Halloween Cotton would get you a lot of mileage, but you didn't happen to get some good subs for her except maybe Ney and Kamimusubi. You could work with this box, but if you're able to reroll like this you would ideally get a team that is either complete or almost complete. Those of us who can't blow 160+ stones over and over again don't get this opportunity so you're in a good position to get a fantastic starting box if you're patient and put some time in. Unfortunately for you the machine is only going to be up for another day so you're kind of pressed for time, and the event that's giving you all these stones won't be around forever iirc.

Spade babe

Drink bleach.

Part 2 begins afterwards so he's okay

I like it, maybe create a transfer code just in case

>doesn't like spade babe
Hold still.

Tight teen pussy

I haven't played in a few years, can someone fill me in on the current state of the game? Is rolling a +297 pre-evoed and leveled card a thing now? Also, how hard is it to get back into, last time I tried playing I saw that Gronia had a new evo, but it required a bunch of mats that I had no idea how to get.

What do you mean by part 2? Also I have been inspired to keep rerolling until I get something good so let see how this one turned out.

Attached: torerollornot3.png (554x815, 807K)

Did I do good? Should I keep or reroll?

I havent played in a long time.

Attached: photo_2019-07-03_20-49-57.jpg (720x1280, 241K)

Now you're cooking with gas. Madoo is a super easy lead that you don't need good subs to slay shit with. NY Artemis on top of that is icing on the cake. And then for the cherry on top you got DMeta. You've got early, mid, and end-game basically covered as you continue to play and fill out your box more. I'd say you're good to go.

You'll probably want to reroll that. You'll hit a wall pretty early on because there's no leaders that stand out or are used by basically anyone. Anubis is the exception but not viable for early/mid game.

Wow that is good to hear. I guess I will keep this one and farm stones to do more rolls to fill out my roster. Also question do dupes have any uses?

What should I aim for then?

I'm happy with the vrid drop as I always wanted to make a dragon team but this game won't let you make monster/dragon teams that are viable I hear. Waifus run the game they tell me.

Rule of thumb, keep everything you got out of a REM machine.

Even if you have 5 of a card duplicates can open doors you may not have considered before because you didn't see that content you needed the niche utility for. Duplicates are much more useful than they used to be for a variety of reasons. First of all you can inherit cards onto other cards to make use of their active skill, and secondly a lot of good cards have equippable evolutions (like Madoo) that transfer over awoken skills to the card it's placed on which is where a lot of team building is done.

So to reroll here, I just unistall and redownload or?

>oku
Yeah you have all you'll ever need.
Frankly as the other user said before, rerolling might be better, you have some okay stuff but nothing that stands out.

Attached: 1435048536288.png (356x424, 69K)

Ok then good to know.

So I heard that the current event has a part 2. Will the part 2 have different units to summon? Also how is Anubis just got him using the stones I got for linking to my facebook.

Just go to setting and clear app data.

this is a special 2 part rem event where everything comes out leveled up evolved. When part 2 begins it'll have the same benefits but different stuff you can roll. I attached a pic, left is part 1 and right is part 2. Anyways when part 1 ends part 2 will begin and part 2 will be 7 days long so you got plenty of time to reroll for what ever you want.

Attached: 2019-07-03_23.55.23.jpg (1440x1440, 289K)

>left pazudora years ago when Red Sonia was the ez broken tier lead & Anubis's x10 was for autistic savant
>come back now and every lead does x16 with the added effect of damage reduction while dungeons are filled with damage void/absorb, blind, orb+board lock, poison/bomb, and random orb swap spams

thx for robbing me of my money again with the illusion that this game takes skill fucking gungho

Attached: 1482060995853.gif (500x500, 800K)

Impossible to really aim for anything, but ideally you'll want some sort of box that you can either make a complete mid/late-game team with or get very close. That might manifest in a hundred different ways in this REM and you'll only be able to tell if it will work once you see all of the rolls.

There are plenty of good teams that don't feature a bunch of women but you're hamstringing yourself if you're avoiding them because they're basically the majority of the cards.

If you get a Dark Metatron you'll have one of the best leads in the game (according to many) but her alone isn't going to be enough to keep a box. You'll want some good subs for her as well, and also go in knowing that she's not the most forgiving leader to play when you're just starting out fresh and aren't able to hit 7 combos reliably; especially if your box is missing a lot of cards that can help improve your move time. It might just end up frustrating you and make you want to use a different leader so having a leader that's easy to activate and also popular enough to find friends using is also important for a starter box. Keep trying.

Anubis is strong when paired with a card like Diablos and you have someone on your team with a 1-turn cooldown active, but good cards with 1-turn actives are pretty rare. That's endgame stuff though, turns the board into 7x6, and requires you to get combos and colors so it's not beginner friendly.

>plays a game called Puzzle and Waifus and doesn't want the waifus

How did they get DC and WB to work with them?

Attached: 1524201330785.jpg (1500x2312, 1.28M)

Alright, guess I'll reroll again. Thanks for the tip and help.

Kind of miss my old account but my phone got fucked so lost it all. Had a bunch of good shit but since a lot has changed, they're probably shit now.

I'm gay user. And dragons/reptiles rock. Wouldn't want to fuck'em though but yes, I laughed at the Puzzles and Waifus comment because it's true.

Damn you.

Yes part 2 will have different monsters featured. One of witch is Zela who is one of the best cards in the entire game right now. There's also Fujin which has a very important active skill for end-game, and a handful of other really good cards. I personally use a Rex team for brainless content clearing but I'm only really able to get away with this because my green box is stacked and my alt account uses Rex as well.

When you become the 1st mobile game to make a billion dollars you get that kind of respect, just see below, literally the #1 grossing game in Japan last month add in that's it been going for 7+ years and bam you can work with anyone

Attached: Screenshot_20190704-001649.png (1369x2048, 2.21M)

roll bride, seasonal super, or wait for DMC?

Are you a new player?

They've worked together since back in 2013 or so. Started with a generic Batman collab then became a Justice League collab and culminated in Batman vs Superman. Last collab was last year and who knows if it will return again.

One of the only games you can legitimately have Superman and Goku team up.

Shit man I've been doing that since 2000 in Mugen.

Did they buff Fire Sonia yet? Almost everybody in my friend list used to have her as a leader.

Ronia hasn't been relevant for a very long time, bro. Aside from being used a bicolor inherit I haven't seen her on a team in ages.

No. But I've haven't played in so long so my teams are all over place. Had a decent DAthena team, tried switched to DMeta but didn't really have subs, and then threw together a hasty Ed team.

Ed's good. I'd say roll on part 2 of the 10 stone machine and hope for a Zela, one of the Cottons, A Fujin, maybe even a Yog if you've got some good yellow cards.

>Ronia

Attached: 1512538738469.png (521x453, 339K)

Fuck that sucks. What about her sisters? Are they still relevant?

Huh, well alright.

Attached: 192.jpg (1200x800, 364K)

they were dealt good hands but have recently fallen off

I still use Ed. He's easy and can take on a lot of bullshit still. The fact he's a pure combo leader means he can fit VDP and FUAs into his team with little hassle is a plus. His shield won't protect against a lot of end game bullshit though.

They're cool if you're trying to empty team S-rank some dungeons, but unless you've got a team stacked with L-unlocks for their damage there's not going to be a lot of uses for them directly on a team. The active skills are skill great though.

I have Zela, but that's it from that list. Aside from Halloween Cotton, but I don't know if she's the same.
Yeah I basically don't know what the meta is, if I should try and fill in subs for Ed or transition to a different team, etc. Might just look up some Japanese team tier lists and see if I have any subs there

There are still a billion different Sonias. Blonia specifically was ok, and Valentimes Sonia is still one of the best A5 farmers in the game.

Halloween Cotton is different from the other Cottons and more useful as a leader. Normal Cottons are more useful as subs. Ed is a solid leader with a lot of freedom, but with all the bullshit they're releasing you're going to want a huge HP pool or a big boy shield if you want to go into dungeons without looking it up first and planning around it.

went in blind to the new descend.

Was surprised with this new mechanic. Didn't think they would give me a temporary waifu. What would happen if you use the leader swap skill on her?

Attached: newdescend.jpg (750x1281, 1.49M)

Keep or reroll?

Attached: Screenshot_20190703-214312_PAD.jpg (720x1280, 897K)

Let us know how badly she kills you.

Nice to see a long thread on this game. I still play, but I suck. I'm seeing this FUA acronym thrown around; what does that mean?

>doing Dorothy with Astaroth
Zela is breaking her back carrying you. I assume you would switch the leaders and then after 3 turns the original swap would go back to normal.

what is with you fuckballs getting Artemis, Cotton and Romia with every screenshot?

Anyway you have a virtually full NY Artemis team right there you asshole. Might as well keep it.

follow up attack, the awakening that adds 1 point of damage to the end of your attack if you match a column of heart orbs. Used to negate enemy Resolve abilities and the great majority of bosses has that now (or damage void shields.. or both at once).

You can run with NYArtemis with those green subs but you might run into some trouble finding friends who use her. Early game you'll want a best friend with one that you can rely on and that can be unreliable.

Does this mean the revival of /padg/?

Hahahaha! So I got something solid here then?

Thanks and sorry user.

I fucking hope so. How do we restart a general?

You feed DAthena to Super Revo Haku and the blood sacrifice pact will be complete. /padg/ will be resurrected.

I doubt it will last if we restarted it. The spade fucker is in this thread still anyway.

What changed that they are giving 150 now? I tried to start less than a month ago because I got a little nostalgic for the game, but they gave me jack shit at the start so I dropped it immediatly
And which is better to roll in that case? The 10-stone godfest or 30-rolls wedding?

Thanks, so that's what it's called. I've just been calling it bonus attack based on the awakening name.

Hopefully never

BRING BACK PADG BOYS

THE WAIFUGANG IS BACK
KIRIN FEETSIES

Just let it rest user. All mobage threads these days are infested with shitposters.

And I mean the really bad ones, not the fun ones.

Attached: 49922264.png (600x823, 365K)

10-stone is better. Bride only has a chance of giving you bride Zela but that's only useful as a sub. You'd still be fucked without a good leader.

They've been generous with giant stone giveaways recently as they realized they are starting to fall behind in terms of being 'nice' to their playerbase compared to other games. They've given out about 2 100 stone bundles and a 50 stone one before this latest batch all within the last year.
Plus JP recently had it's 7th anniversary so they have been in a pretty generous mood lately.

So to make up for it they make rates on newer banners garbage. You win some you lose some.

>used 240 stones
>still have 400
It pays to be patient.

Attached: 1543605160291.jpg (480x480, 26K)

Pretty good if you want to run green
He can literally just use a hello Kitty friend instead which is everywhere, it'll probably be better also then him using a Artemis friend

Where can we move /padg/ to?
I haven't played in yearsand I need help catching up

True, but I personally never think about using off-match leads because it annoys my OCD habit of having my team encapsulated by two identical leaders.

Collab rems are 1/8, event rems are 1/13, SGF are 1/3. Compare that to other mobages even with the higher 10 stone cost for the rem and it's not even close (FGO 1/50, FEH, 1/17)

literally me
I don't remember anything about the game
just that I had to grind tamadras and skill fodders
on second thought I remember why I dropped this game

padg multiplayer rooms were so fun bros...

Let me ask, what's the best TPA team nowadays? I've been running a Kamimusubi team with a bunch of TPA subs for a while, but it feels like I hit a wall with all the new stuff.

And whats a good starting leader I should reroll for?

Scheat, which says a lot because she's not tiered anymore. TPAs are still memes

Tamadras, Pys, and evo mats and shit stack now. You can farm king tamadras that fully awaken shit, A1 and A2 are easier than ever with all of the power creeping, and most shit you pull is either already evolved, or evolved, awoken, and +297d already. There's very little farming you have to do anymore.

>too shit to co-op with people who actually know me so stuck to 3P with strangers
>strangers who will never know that I use puzzcombo on harder dungeons

Check a look in the thread. HCotton is good if you're good, NYArtemis is good, Madoo is super easy, Reeche is a glass cannon, DMeta tops the meta and probably will for a while.

>which is better to roll in that case? The 10-stone godfest or 30-rolls wedding?
Depends on how hardcore you want to reroll, the easy reroll is just doing the 10 stone godfest, the true waifu connoisseur reroll is rolling wedding till you get bride Zela(OP pic) and then switching over to 10 stone godfest

Attached: D9OE4aHUYAEylMk.jpg (900x1200, 264K)

That’s true. At least it’s nice to see that some people here are still playing this game.

yeah /padg/ had some turbo autists who were insufferable but the discord had people tolerate me for multiplayer

whateer happened to the padg discord? thats about the onlythigwe cando for padg

>TPAs are still memes
Not when you fucking octoprong.

Attached: MONS_4798.jpg (640x383, 109K)

It's trash, there's more talk about magic then there is about pad.

When was the last time you played? For me, kt was the ECO collab grind, there was a 2xexp event I think and the last ECO level had the best exp payout, I ran that so hard

we should take over or make a new one then

>ywn cum inside Karin's tight teen pussy

>Fatalis inherit
>panda lead
u wot m8

I play every day but mostly it's just to chew through A2 real quick for a decent amount of rank XP and some extra Pys.

7c/10c is still better with less investment. Prongs need buffs like Orb Enhance and Rows recently got. Problem is that the Xc awakenings were too fucking good out of the gate so Gungho did they only thing they could do and fucking triple downed on it and gave just about EVERYTHING multiple 7cs for a long period which pretty much invalidated all other playstyles until just recently.

Fuck, I found someone who did use artimis and Im doing x196 damage easy.

This game sure changed back when x40s was considered god tier.

I remember getting tired of the music but loving the combo noises

Damn its been 2 years since I dropped this one, what have I missed lads?

Last time I played they started to roll out monsters that were animated. I think I even rolled one which had dragons or something.

About an hour ago, need to skill up some old cards in the GFE skill-up dungeon before it leaves.

That reminds me, that was another addition to the game made last year or so, cards can now gain exp and skill-ups in the actual dungeons. Most collabs and godfests now have skill-up dungeons that you can just run through multiple times to level up cards without wasting piis or getting skill up fodder (and most fodder is actually hard to get now since most seasonal/collab dungeons have replaced them all with doodads to trade for items).

How do I replay my game? I really don't think I have the secret code Id thing anymore

I still have 7combos on my teams. Roche just allows me to sweep floors without having to match or set up the board for the next floor without needing to sacrifice 70% of my board. Realistically you don't need everyone on your team to be doing triple 7 levels of damage. One or two does the trick.

Yeah, power creep just rocketed around 2017 or so when they started raising the base star of pantheon cards to 6 like higher end GFEs and it just got worse from there. Nice if you can get one of the newer cards from the get-go, bad for older pantheon cards as most are treated as rubbish now.

Juggler aftermath x 10000

Godzilla collab when? I would love to roll for a godzilla team.

Juggler and heart crosses were a mistake. At least nowadays, personal damage multiplies so fast from 7c and killer awakenings, that the leader skill actually matters LESS so long as you can hit these.

Would honestly spend money on this

I made almost $10,000 off this game back in 2014 by designing solver apps and updating them as they got banned.

I don't know what it's like these days, but basically no whale type player actually plays the game, they just let a solver do it for them.

If you made puzzcombo then update the damn thing. please

I remember them being useful back when every lead was rainbow, but nowadays there's more flexibility in what your objectives are when solving a board due to different awakenings and leaders skills. Also timed ranking dungeons would be too slow with solvers and you cant exit the app without a run dying.

Attached: vdp boards.jpg (828x1000, 189K)

whoa teach me your ways
are you talking actual solvers on the phones?
How did you mmake that happen

ranking dungeons block screenshot taking now so most in-game solvers wouldn't work anyway.

Haters gonna hate

Attached: 49238357.jpg (667x667, 260K)

wtf
how do they block screenshots

Dunno, but they do. Started about a year or two ago. Can still do it in regular dungeons.

This was the beginning of the end.

what happens if you try

You get a message from the OS saying that the app does not allow screenshots to be taken or something. It's apparently a security flag app makers can use as some bank apps also use it.

Is there a emulator this game runs good on?

/padg/ will rise again. this is only the beginning.

playing this game with a mouse sounds like hell on Earth

When the thread reaches 500 replies you'll see just why /padg/ is nothing more than an animated corpse that you can make dance for a little while until it collapses again.

Attached: 1561433364573.jpg (720x650, 60K)

500 replies, what now bitch?

Attached: 1555227566895.jpg (850x761, 164K)

And now we wait.

Yeah, it's going to fall off quickly. I was one of the ones earlier who said reviving /padg/ just wasn't feasible. While I wish it did come back as I missed the shit little community we had it just isn't going to happen.

Attached: 1554771413693.jpg (2480x1753, 1.65M)

if Yea Forums can have a nice little pad thread like this every couple months then I don't mind.

Too many games on /vg/ and not enough slots for threads to co-exist. There's no room for a thread unless it's getting bumped every minute or two. Only way /padg/ can come back is if /vg/'s thread limit is doubled or tripled.

OP here. thanks for coming everyone, it feels good to hit bump limit again one last time.

Attached: image%3A44703.png (550x370, 371K)

The stupid thing is that back in 2014 or so you could go almost half a day with no posts and the thread would still be alive and on page 8 or 9. Now that's certain death as people have turned /vg/ into a damn social media place instead of actually discussing games. We never got that bad at least (outside of spamming pictures) until the dedicated shitposters showed up.
