I forces all my units up the Ninja rape hallway on the right first, using my most tanky unit witha defensive pair up to avoid dying. Also rally defense. I then use my ranged units to wipe the hallway ninjas before proceeding. Once I completely clear the right side, I loop back and have all my units siege the left side. It should take only about 20-25 turns.
