A remake for this game isn't necessary. I don't hate the new style, but I also don't like 2D games being remake into 3D with an isometric perspective. Zelda needs a new true 2D game, not constant 3D remakes or sequels to past 2D games.

Overall, I'm not hyped for it.

The same reason Mario and Metroid need new 2D games. They started out that way and their 2D versions play entirely different than the 3D ones. The 3D ones also take far longer to make, going 3-5 years between sequels. They should be supplementing those long breaks with 2D games. Finally, some people just prefer the 2D games.
