Underrated

Shit

Okay

The overrated one is Dark Souls 1. Plays like dogshit compared to even Demon's.

it's actually rated juuuuust right

This, but demons souls is still overatred

Demon's Souls is such a fucking gem. There's literally not been a game as original as this since.

Desfags be like
MUH atmosphere
MUH alignment system
MUH grinding for healing items
MUH shitty Mario Galaxy sequel level select room

This OP is just outing himself as a fag with shit taste. He probably couldn't even finish the game.

Friendly reminder
2 > 1 > DeS > shit > 3 > bb

The Dark Souls games are incredibly derivative. It's a wonder they didn't get sued for just using all their DeS assets and just changing the names.

absolutely seething

You forgot your Wojak buddy.

friendly reminder you have horrible taste

I shit on demons souls too retard
The old gam was s all sick dick.

Let me guess, Dark Souls 2 fag

I played Dark Souls but none of the sequels. To me they all looked like continued steps backwards from Demon's Souls. Am I wrong in thinking that?

Cope

It's the worst souls game and nobody talks about it anymore. It's "rated" exactly as it should be.

All Souls games are doodoo.

>whenever from finally makes a new armored core its going to be littered with shitty mechanics from memesouls

feels shit man

They kind of were. The interconnected levels were neat but made the games easier.

no, you did sweetie :)

you wish bud

What irked me about the interconnected levels is that they somehow made the game feel LESS open. And the spaces themselves, because there's this extra requirement to link up with other areas and have shortcuts, etc., felt a lot less like real places and kinda hurt the immersion.

Agreed and glad someone else shares this sentiment.

I think trying it out in Dark Souls was a fine idea, if only to experiment with new ideas, but I think they at least should have refined it or pushed it further in some way if they had to stick with it. Granted the only game since Dark Souls I played was Sekiro, so maybe they did mess around with the system in the other games.

No you're right, they got more action-oriented with every game.

>hrrrrr how dare you not think like me?!?!?! Mommy told me in was special boy and always right!

interconnected worlds are such shit. it always amounts to a fucking man-sized cave just linking two seperate ecosystems

I waa sort of enjoying it and then i started glitching through the floor everywhere and gave up on it.

Nah, it's barely known

That's another thing! Say what you want about Demon's Souls' bosses but most of them it seemed like tried to offer some unique gimmick or experience. Like chopping the tower knight's heels, or maiden whatsername killing herself, or one boss literally being a summoned player. Maybe some of them are shitty, like the dragon, but I think those kinds of fights suit the gameplay much more than straightforward action sequences. The combat is certainly not bad but it doesn't amount to more than timing your rolls a lot of the time, so increasingly relying on action I think is a bad idea. I hate to keep harping on Dark Souls, cause I do think it's a good and fun game still, but I really wanna stress how leagues ahead Demon's Souls was

>t. double digit IQ

Best game in the soulseries

it's actually
1 = DeS > BB
anything not mentioned doesn't deserve to be played
