When Japanese people come to the US and see download times up to 10 mbps, they assume something is wrong
When Korean friends play their games here and get 30 ms latency, they think the network was having issues

They said around 30 is needed for 4k.

Still, you need closer to 100 for 4k to actually look like a native 4k image. Youll have compression artifacts and it will look like 1080p at best.

Actually I take that back. ~60mbps is fine. Maybe 50 will look OK if its stable!
