Who else here Stadia Chad who will play 4k 60fps at just $10 per month?
>Inb4 paying subscription
All you fags pay for XBL and PSN.
>Inb4 paying for separate games
Buy them during sale and $10 4k subscription comes with few games.
Accept it streaming is future.
Who else here Stadia Chad who will play 4k 60fps at just $10 per month?
imagine being this much of a bitch
Just imagine playing Persona 5 royal on your tablet/phone when commuting to work/school etc.
Imagine playing Civilization 6 on your cheap computer or on your sleek notebook in your comfy bed.
You will never have to pay $400 for consoles which are too weak or $1500 for PC which cannot even play 4k 60fps.
More like Stadia Brainlet.
>4k 60fps at just $10 per month?
Enjoy 15 minutes of gameplay per month with a capped internet plan. Less than 15 minutes if you use Youtube or Twitch.
Fuck off amerimutt every first world country has unlimited data.
>Accept it streaming is future.
not as long as half the world is not a viable market due to a lack of proper internet infrastructure. I live in germany and there's maybe 3 cities where you could properly use a Stadia
I cant really think of any games that support 4k that I would bother playing
>every first world country has unlimited data.
"Unlimited" is not real, your ISP will freeze your service and ask you what's happening if you go over 1 TB a month.
>renting games
hahaha poorfaggot
>Unlimited is not real
Maybe if you live in muttland because I have used over 4TB many times and nothing happened.
>buying subscription
>buying games as service
>no modding
>no cheating in items that can only be bought for irl money
>games will be gone when service is gone
>it is a google service
>80% of google projects die within a couple of years
>you will be left with no games, no hardware, unable to play
>paid the same amount as you would have for a hardware and cd games
>also huge input lag
>oh wait you bought a controller that cannot be used with anything other than their dead service
>freeze your service for using it
lmao @ ur life
>ISP will freeze your service and ask you what's happening if you go over 1 TB a month
where the fuck do you even live?
I've reach way above 1TB at times
I feel like I have just witnessed someone being gas-lit
I upload (seed) 6-8TB a month on a 1Gbps/1Gbps residental optical internet that costs $8 a month.
And this is eastern europe...
meant for
>All that implication just because you think it is going to fail
>meanwhile sony and microsoft too are bringing streaming
>Nintendo already has streaming on switch in japan
>gamesindustry.biz
This shit will flop so hard.
>inb4 yuropoor
It's the second biggest market for video games after the US.
streaming and especially stadia is a scam and it will fail even worse then ouja, enjoy your 2 seconds input lag
Actually China is the biggest market.
are you really going to fall for this meme again
Enjoy not owning games after spending hundreds of dollars.
$10 a month is not enough money to support a service where each user has quality, stable, dedicated access to features promised by stadia.
thats just how the math works out.
Enjoy breaking googles ToS by speaking in a game chat and being banned from all their services.
The service will last 2 years at most. Can't wait for all the Stadiacucks to cry when they lose access to all their games.
>no modding
'no'
Netflix was 8.99 when i started it back before "cutting the cable" was a thing, my last monthly charge was twice that.
Don't think for a second that if you get what you want and Stadia "wins" that you will continue to get MUH VALUE
Fucking zoomers haven't even been alive long enough to see the life cycle of a product or service, and you take pride in your ignorance. Pig disgusting
Enjoy your trashy game play experience.
No fornite, no sale.
Just how VR was the future
>who else here killing video games?
FTFY
>All you fags pay for XBL and PSN.
Lol no
It would realistically eventually become paying $600 for access to your stadia game machine. Like buying a console except you don't actually own it.
Oh, look, the st*dia implements the worst feature of some modern games (always online) in ALL games! That way you can get shafted from many directions at once. Amazing!
Can't wait for them to announce you'll be seeing ads during gameplay.
Wait so the sub doesnt come with the games?
Why even bother?
This is just a cloudgaming service right?
It's been tried before. Not even the fiberest of fiber connections will give you an acceptable experience.
Not sure if this is an ironic shitpost or your attempt to stave off incoming buyers remorse.
But I already have a computer to do work on. It's not like I'm going to start editing videos on a chromebook.
>Oh is this thread again.
>All you fags pay for XBL and PSN.
only retards do
>streaming is future.
how do shillbots get away w/ such blatant spam?
This thing is only good for RPGs and dating sims, and I can play either on my phone natively.
why is this even a comic
>paying for XBL/PSN
hahaha jesus Christ, are there actually people that do that?
>$10 per month
>and full price for games
>with terrible input lag
>can't even access the files so modding is impossible
You'd have to be a fucking retard to buy into that.
Enjoy being throttled by your ISP after a few hours of gameplay.
How exactly is Google planning on selling this in America with our data caps?
Yea Forums is 90% retards
What about latency?
Not to mention digital preservation will be impossible if this shit catches on and there are streaming exclusive games.
For shitty mobile games. Although right now. Might change thanks to this I suppose. Also google is banned in China and I wonder If they can enter with this product.
I only play games I can mod.
>Buffering
The difference here is, if MS or Sony or Nintendo fail at their streaming services, their hardware will still work to play regular digital and physical games. If you bought Stadia hardware, it will cease to function in any way.
>pay for the controller
>pay for the sub fee
>pay full price for the games
>paying for the privilege to not own anything you payed for
ok
Because Japan has actually good network infrastructure with low latency
When Japanese people come to the US and see download times up to 10 mbps, they assume something is wrong
When Korean friends play their games here and get 30 ms latency, they think the network was having issues
It’s an issue for America and Europe because their network infrastructure is fucking outdated with too many in-betweens resulting in latency being higher
>ads
It's Google, that's probably their longterm plan anyway.
good goy
Enjoy your abrupt and sudden cost increases as Adobe just did with their cloud shop, that you can't do shit about because you are not a chad in control of your product but a cuckazoid who delivered his balls and content to be held ransom.
Also enjoy not being able to play offline now that the system is centralized for hackers and affects everyone in an entire region when shit hits the fan either with Chinese hackers or the service fucking up or the ISP fucking up or natural disasters hitting the underwater cables like happened with Google Cable a few weeks back.
Also enjoy not being able to mod anything, or having to pay additionally for mods, and having to pay for backwards compatibility, and your game library suddenly disappearing due to Google fucking up on licenses or having litigation problems or licenses expiring just like what happened with the Microsoft e-book scandal.
That's right, comrade. I'm gonna be playing my Stadia while wearing my Google Glass and flexing on poors.
But really, who the fuck are they marketing this to? American internet can't run this, eastern europeans might but none of them would ever buy this shit. Also always online is universally hated.
>Imagine being so fucking retarded you pay 60$ for a streamed copy of a game
>B-b-b-but it's totally going to be the future s-s-so it's ok if i do it and everyone should do it too!!!
I go over 4TB/month easily on my gigabit connection at home, which I have since 2012. Nobody ever complained.
Imagine unironically being a mutt
>you'll be seeing ads during gameplay.
Holy shit this! Its gonna be those annoying adds like on TV back in the day that played in the bottom corner of the screen during your actual program
Fuck off. Unless we get 5G working, input lag will haunt game streaming.
>OUYA 2.0
can't wait for crowb's video user, enjoy getting scammed
i'm calling out this future non-argument:
>b-but it's like donating on stream and you get to play it, instead of just watching it
3tb a month in an ass end of the world, baby. always on max of the bandwidth they promised.
Just play at 1080p and it will be free.
Buy games for $5 during sale.
$10 subscription comes with few game that they will announce when it will release.
Only confirmed game for now is Destiny 2.
>muh mods
>muh always online
Highest grossing games are all online and don't have modding< league of legends, fortnite, dota2, csgo etc
Like I said, you'd have to be a fucking retard to buy into it. Most people are fucking retards.
Also all of those games you mentioned are free to play trash and csgo at least has modding support.
I don't have to imagine.
Fuck you and your 20/20 foresight. You better start playing the lottery with precognition that good.
Even modern always-online games can at least be theoretically made work on cracked servers since you at least have the game files localy. That will be literally impossible with streaming.
I can see her p..pantsu
yes but they're the kind of "women bad blacks evil" retards, not the "wow I can't wait to check out this new tech that's totally not going to crash and burn" retards
Have you ever hear of "Too good to be true?"
You are getting lied to OP.
Yeah man, Stadiachads 4 life!
At 15mbps your "4k" is going to functionally be 720p
Huh that's weird. I posted this an hour and a half ago, but it's just now showing up. I guess that's just a part of the Stadiachad lag!
They said around 30 is needed for 4k.
Still, you need closer to 100 for 4k to actually look like a native 4k image. Youll have compression artifacts and it will look like 1080p at best.
Actually I take that back. ~60mbps is fine. Maybe 50 will look OK if its stable!
imagine paying for walking simulators and input lag
>you think
We all know it does
Remember this post you will be playing on stadia within 3 years.
>streaming
>paying full price to stream
>paying for a subscription on top of your full games just for the privilege of streaming them
>also, Google
DOA
