Once you get a prawn the game is shit, all the late game areas are too bright and the enemies can't hurt your mech for shit
Best area in the game is the crash sight because of the sound design and the actual threat there
It tries to ride on the baseis of its premise too much instead of the developers actually trying to make a competant horror game. The exploration is very well done though.

Really liked it. Incredible atmosphere, grinding is minimal cause when you need new stuff you get to see new areas. Quick upgrades to movement in early game are a definite plus.

I enjoyed it but it got to repetitive. Coulda done with a small co-op feature to make it feel a bit less grindy after a few hours. Once you wipe out the leviathans there's hardly any threat and it becomes a farming sim with no real goal. It got 63 hours out of me but I got no intention of playing the second part. I don't care for the change from silent protag to voiced. Talks to much.
