Pic unrelated
What are some amazing AAA games with phenomenal stories?

No, pic related you fat fucking waste of oxygen.
Sky is blue.
Water is wet.
OP is a faggot.
if pic is unrelated then you are asking for something that doesn't exist
Despite the ending you consider this a good story game?
even if you consider the ending bad the rest of the game is still better than anything else you are going to find in AAA video game stories, if that's not good enough for you then you will have to just stick to books for good stories
>What are some amazing AAA games
You are asking for something that doesn't exist in the current decade.
Prey was great until the abrupt trash ending
Witcher 3, dark souls
is moon crash worth the outrageous $20 price or is it a shitter?
I was pretty into the story when i used to goo gun to glitch my way to the escape pod early on.
I wouldn't call it a glitch, it was a totally legitimate mechanic
I feel like the only person who liked it. It doesn't take anything away from the ending before that
Bioshock had a far better story despite lackluster combat
Not worth it.
It's a pretty fun game mode, however.
What's sad about PREY is that the System Shock remake AND System Shock 3 won't be able to hold a fucking candle to PREY: A game that is only a "spiritual successor" to the System Shock games.
SO, SO FAST THE SAILING SHIPS
THE OUTER RIM THE INNOCENCE
THE LOVELY AIR
THE WIND IT BREATHS
IT CALLS
Pic is absolutely related, you degenerate
The ending is great, what issue do y'all have with it?
GOTY 2017 right there. If you think pic is genuinely unrelated then please find the nearest dildo and shove it up your ass you enormous faggot.

I actually use this as my alarm. Its great.
I don't really know what strictly qualifies as AAA these days. If you're including Arkane as a AAA studio then I'd say Dishonored 1 for sure.
The first BioShock's story was great, as is Deus Ex's.
Would you count Prey up there with Bioshock in terms of story?
>is moon crash worth the outrageous $20 price or is it a shitter?
uhm it's on sale right now. definitely worth it
One of the only games in the last few years that has really captivated me. I basically played it 2 days straight to finish it.
Not really. Aside from the fact that BioShock explored a controversial philosophy without straw manning it, which is awesome, it had much better characters overall. Prey's only great character in my opinion was Alex. The cook was a good temporary villain. But BioShock wins with Ryan, Cohen, Steinman, Suchong, Tenenbaum, and Fontaine.
And each game had two twists that were equally great, I'll give it that. Especially how in both some things are finally clear that were odd before.
Like how in Sixth Sense you realize no one talks to or looks at Bruce Willis in the whole movie when you watch it again.
Witcher 3 has the worst story in the trilogy by a long shot
>Souls games
>treble A
Titanfall 2.
>up there with Bioshock in terms of story
Worse than the utter cringe translated dialogue in 1? Nah don’t think so.
The story and writing in 3 was fantastic
This. Prey’s narrative is utter dogshit, predicable with boring characters. Nobody in Prey is as memorable as Andrew Ryan or Fontaine.
