In my experience trusts respect the content as hard as possible. Single target rotations, won’t attack bosses while it’s doing a telegraphed attack even if they’re safe and in range. Using trusts(as a healer at least) makes dugekns take like 45 minutes

SAM 78 is a simple straight damage and speed boost, 80 is a flashy niche 500 potency move that's basically only useful after phase transition in a boss fight.
