Just finished P4 last night. Chie is hot as shit, but is bland as fuck. The most vanilla tomboy possible, and she shares half her personality traits with Yukiko. They're both stupid as hell, can't be forward with men (despite being a tomboy), and secretly hope for the MC dick without ever admitting they love him first. And if they do date him, they just day "w-wow I can't believe I'm in your room, I've never smelt a guys room before b-baka" and don't make a damn move. Fuck, at least Rise knows what she wants. What's the point of being a tomboy if you have no initiative. Chie herself admitted she's a two faced coward during the final boss.
Chie has the best design out of the investigation crew, easily, but she's boring as hell. But that's not just her, she's still one of the better members. Overall, SEES > Phantom Thieves > Investigation Team.
