Has anyone played Troubleshooter? Is it good?

Due to a few refunds, I've got 48 dollars to spend, what should I get? Genre doesn't matter if it's fun.

Between the reviews being good and refunds existing, give it a whirl for yourself.

Meh, and I've already played Sleeping Dogs years ago...

Attached: x1.png (616x456, 65K)

Besides the Deus Ex and Shadowrun games, are there any cyberpunk rpgs currently out?

So if you play a game on steam for 30 minutes non stop in a day you should be able to earn points for the discount coupons? I'm not quite sure how that works.

mainly a mountain of crap and indie. you are gonna have to dig to find anything

Do yourself favor and forget that haydee exists. Its level design is pure cancer. You play for one hour and then you have seen it all. DO NOT BUY IT. Its terrible game.

Wanna good janky super cheap game? Van helsin final cut: 3 games in one remaster for 5 bucks.

Step one: check how much capacity you have. If you dont have 15 000 capacity, its irrelevant unless you plan to spend X money on games to raise the cap.

Attached: van-helsing-final-cut-gameplay-screenshot.jpg (1920x1080, 1.87M)

gotta wait for slav cyberpunk desu

Will you buy me a game?

Any good Roguelites (you keep some of the progress when you die) you guys can recommend?

Maybe. If it's coop

>DO NOT BUY IT. Its terrible game.
b-but the price...and we both know the reason why I'm really buying it.

What are some games with good character customization?

I've got some spare money in my steam wallet. Thoughts on Kingdom Come: Deliverance?

Any recommendations for games that have beatoff material?

vagante, it's spelunky with actual roguelite stuff

Nier:Automata?

What kind of coop, campaign Dying light style or big multiplayer only like mordhau?

>Heat Signature
Holy fucking shit what is this game
>Release Date: 2017
Fucking game came out 2 years ago?? Why is it not more known? This game is fucking amazing.

How hard is Deus Ex to get running on W10? I wanna buy the series and play them, but the first game is ancient and I'm new to PC gaming so I have zero idea if it's a pain.

I really liked Pathfinder Kingmaker, what are some more games like it?

kenshi or divinity 2?

Heat Signature (sorta). Dead Cells. Risk of Rain 1 & 2.

You literally throw shit at houses of germans. Its kino: the game.

Vermintide

Koikatsu

Sims

Divinity for sure

Everspace

Can you recommend any porn games with a male protag? The only one I've play was Evanicle

How does Everspace work as a roguelike? Been checking it but cant understand the mechanics. You are in a ship and do missions?

Fucking right?

Wasn't hard when I played it years ago. You gotta install a mod and that's it.

>Everspace
is that good? it looks like some evee game shit
what makes it diferent?
there is much customization?

Gonna drop the maked ones, they're shit according to the last few threads I've been in.

Thinking about grabbing a rogue-like next, between Gungeon or Dead cells. Which ones more fun?

You should probably bookmark this website:
pcgamingwiki.com
You can usually find info on there to help with some game issues and whatnot.
Steam Community Guides for related games can also have troubleshooting guides but search function there is pure cancer.

Not really into weeb shit anymore
I did play the eroge version Eiyu Senki for obvious reasons a few years ago though, but enjoyed the gameplay. Any other similar games? The others look like of lackluster judging by the screenshots

You've been trolled cause like this user said you'd be missing out.

FUCK CLOUDFLARE

Noted, thanks user.

i've played and completed about 5 casual matches during this sale and i didn't even get a single point
wtf is this shit? why is it broken?

Attached: Steam_2019-07-02_17-10-19.png (960x131, 12K)

>hasn't reset the points I can redeem for days
Meh.

I've done CSGO and TF2 quests to no avail. My TF2 quests worked the first day, but nothing has since.

Felt like playing a puzzle game for once so bought Baba is You. Thinking about refunding it though, I'm way too retarded for that shit lol.

Got these 10 games for about £30ish

Attached: bretty gud.png (415x313, 128K)

what are some other puzzle games you have played. i can try to reccomend some to help you get your fix

Just refunded High Hell. It is not a very fun game.

Steam wasnt penetrated with good male protag hgames yet, sorry. But hey, dlsite now started translating its titles to english, so try your luck there.

You are a dude who lost memory in shit ship which is basically target practice for bandits and enemies while alien army is hunting you down. You can collect credits during run and with it upgrade yourself and the ship so next run you will have actual chance at survival. Its very good game.

Its all about the capacity. Points are given basically for free with or without any glitches.

Dead cells

Dont confuse weebshit with perverted hgames where your heroine fails mission and then gets raped by dog as punishment.

Play any game for 30 minutes where you have achievements. You get insane amount of points this way.

Talos principle

Your dick will fall off from exhaustion user, you have been warned :-)

>"hey this looks fun and I really like the atmosphere. Let's play for a few hours and then never touch it again because it's slow and requires thought"

ive waited like two days for the boost points or whatever to reset, which the fucking page says it will but it hasnt and im fucking pissed. i feel like if i buy a game the next fucking second the timer resets and ill have to refund and buy again, or it will never reset.

>Play any game for 30 minutes where you have achievements. You get insane amount of points this way.
what's the point if i can't redeem these anyway

What does Yea Forums think of this?

Attached: longdark.jpg (225x225, 8K)

What are some games that have writing and options like Planescape or Baldurs Gate?

i think it looks neat but i don't like survival games all that much so i'm hesitant to play it

gimme some hihg speed gameplay games that'll work on 2010 laptop

Only bought GTA V to play online with my little brother.
For some dumb reasons they link your steam account to a rockstar social account but you can't change it and mine is linked to a deactivated e-mail while not responding to any of my old passwords so I can't play.

Fallout 4

Strangely comfy

I really like it and have spent hours upon hours in survival mode because I love exploring and finding new places I haven't been to. There is a story mode but I honestly barely played that.

refund

if you like old school games i advise atom rpg and underrail

Swords of ditto
Guacamelee 2 dlc

I buy a lot more on keysites 2bh

How are these? Also any good horror recs? I already got Darkwood btw

Attached: sales.png (578x305, 65K)

Anyone actually played Tales of Zestiria?
Is it really THAT bad?
I only played Berseria and started Vesperia a few days ago so I'm not a huge Tales connoisseur.

I contacted rockstar support, if they can't sort it out I'll refund.

Need to get rid of the last 4 bucks in my wallet, which one should I get:
Rogue Legacy, Steamworld Dig or Magicka 2?

It's not a good XCOM clone if that's what you're looking for. It's also Engrish as fuck.

thoughts on berseria and vesperia?

>Vanquish
>Dead Space 2
>Catherine
>Shenmue 1&2

>Onimusha

Not bad at all. Realistically I could by my wishlist for $60

What else ya got on your wishlist?

I bought Rain World, Pathologic and Monster Hunter World (already own on PS4, wanted to replay it in preparation for Iceborne).

Replace Vietnam with Kingdom Come

this isnt the only way to increase your max point is to buy stuff? I've done it and then it goes back to going back to a 100 max points I dont understand

Rising Storm is fun for a few minutes. If you're having fun after an hour, then you'll probably like it. Otherwise straight refund it, man.

I've got ten bucks left, what should I get?

Can't run it

My fucking points haven't reset in 2 days. I hate this shit so much

to the user in that other thread who recommended ubermosh, thank you, this is game is awesome

This is an indie free thread. Fuck off, shill.

>bought hell let loose before the sale started but played it every day
>bought shadow warrior 2 and refunded within an hour
>got star control origins, pretty comfy so far
Had hoped for risk of rain 2 discount but nope.

Attached: konosuba.gif (541x304, 1.13M)

Put it on low. You can run it with a 1050ti.

I haven’t bought anything. I won’t have money for a few months

Berseria was enjoyable I guess, but I made a mistake of dragging it out by grinding shit and by the end I kinda got burned out. Cheesy story and some cheesy sidequests but I didn't play for the deep story. Gameplay was fine and I liked the characters.
Can't say much about Vesperia since I'm only like 6 hours in, but it's quite hard to get used to the lack of quality of life after playing Berseria. Also not a fan of the combat, definitely prefer Berseria so far in this aspect. Maybe it'll change once I get more artes/skills I prefer Berseria's combat for now.
All in all, if I had a chance, I probably would've started with Vesperia and then played Berseria because of quality-of-life.

>Dark Souls Remastered since it's 4 bucks
>Scholar of the First sin I wanted to see if it was as bad as I remember, and it definitely is.
>Bloodstained

Can someone sell me on Lobotomy Corporation? I've seen the threads on here and am kinda interested.

I just started Tamashii. It's a creepy little platformer and super cheap. I'm also looking for more horror titles.

Obra dinn is a game everyone needs to experience at least once. Sadly, the game has shit replayability.

Only Borderlands Handsome Collection.
Thinking about prepurchasing DOOM eternal, but it’s not really related to sale

Should I get MHW for $30 or wait and get the combo pack with base game and expansion for $60 ($40 alone)?

Why do people keep saying ds remaster is under $10? Only got a 40% discount and still over $20

It's -90% if you own original version.

That price is only for those who have the original Prepare to Die Edition in their library.

For $4 it's almost not really worth it, but I was thinking of doing some invasions against newbies, so eh.

>Only Borderlands Handsome Collection.
why

Nothing too exciting. RE stuff, FF7/8/9, Max Payne. I was at one time a console guy, but I've been slowly shifting over to PC since it does a better job of keeping everything I have/play in one place.

I have everything I wanted and new stuff is not on sale anyway.
Even with Borderlands I had 90% of Handsome Collection already, was only missing Headhunter DLCs and the stupid cosmetics.

Very underwhelming. I picked up more on GoG than on this Steam sale.

Attached: sdfhjstdo.jpg (473x333, 14K)

>Heat Signature
I got it for free some time ago, sadly it has apparently problems on machines with too much ram

Same.

What do you mean by reset? The 100 points cap extension each day? You have to participate every 24 hours for that extension, so you need to space out boosts.

How's X3 for someone without autism?

Gets boring extremely quick.

That's funny, Luigi - you know, I've always thought you were a funny guy. I mighta got the brains, the fame and the looks, but I don't make people laugh like you do, little bro. Just one look at that emaciated face of yours and everyone's laughing. Just looking at you now, I'm laughing, too.

You know, I haven't laughed this hard since I came inside Daisy, and she made this weird face... What, you didn't know about that? Yeah, after I saved her from that alien, I took her for a ride on my 'rocket', if you get what I'm saying. God, she was so keen, Luigi - I've never fucked a broad that was so eager. I barely had my overalls off when she threw her legs over me and started pumpin' her hoochy-coochy on my little paisan. I tell ya, Luigi, it was like fucking a spring, how she was just hopping up and down on my cock, panting with her tongue out like a dumb mutt. And - and this is the funny part - when I came inside her, Luigi. When I came, she made this face... It was this stupid fucking smile, Luigi. Like her mind went blank or somethin', and she was just moaning with her mouth hanging open like an idiot. She even drooled, Luigi. Like a dumb fucking dog, or some kinda retard or somethin' - I had her drool in my chest hair, Luigi. Fucking saliva, y'know? It was the funniest thing I'd ever seen, Luigi. I'd never seen that before, a woman just losing her mind like that. It was the most pathetic thing I'd ever seen - what a whore, am I right? I just started to laugh at her, you know? I was just laughing and laughing. And even thinking about it now, I'm still laughing.

Hey, what's with the tears, little bro? Hey, that's all in the past, y'know? I got no respect her, so you don't gotta worry about me going in for seconds. ...Huh? She told you she was waiting for marriage or something? ...You know, that's pretty funny, too. You just never quit, do ya??

>Max Payne
you gotta play it

absolutely fantastic taste

Attached: 0107200017.jpg (1280x1005, 1.24M)

so whats a good way to cheese some tokens?
I dont have starbound.

launch a game you have a bunch of achievements in and wait 30 minutes
i hope you'll enjoy claiming 100 points from that massive point pool every day if you didn't buy anything this sale

>people unironically drinking soda in Starbound when you can pick a game you've played a lot in the past, play it for 30 minutes, and get like 20k points for the achievements
Of course you can't use those points until you blow some money on increasing your maximum, but still.

no way to cheese anything, you have to spend money if you want more tokens. The starbound thing is bullshit made to make you fall for it and buy it, you can get more points just by idling any game you have with achievements for 30 minutes.

Attached: starbound scam.png (535x211, 108K)

I gues for 4.49, I can't not, right?

really makes you think how retarded zoomers are

Attached: y6qgvf3fin731.jpg (945x639, 56K)

I wouldnt want to buy starbound anyways that game looks like shit.

but thats just a daily thing, right. 30 minutes->cash in->wait until next day, right?

There are max tokens you can redeem and it is tied to how much money you spent. The max is increased by 100 every day.

>Have 800+ games on Steam
>Be level 155
>Every week I get 3-5 booster pack (Usually 14-18 month
>Save most of them up for every half year sale (Winter and Summer)
>Have around 18-23 euro each sale for free

Anyone got some recommendations for games to play with some friends? Couch and online co-op are both appreciated. Horde mode or zombies type stuff would be cool. Ones we already have:
>Borderlands 2
>Gang Beasts
>Lethal League
>MH:W
>Mordhau
>Risk of Rain
>Overcooked
>Tekken 7 and other fighters
>E.Y.E.
>Divinity 2
>Earth Defense Force but my buddies hated it :(
>Killing Floors
>Vermintides

Attached: 1538945626276.jpg (900x600, 88K)

I actually started playing Starbound again recently, but it's because I hate myself, not because of the soda.

>for free
>after first buying 800 games

To cash in you will have to increase your point claiming limit so you can claim more than 100 points on that day.
To increase limit you have to spend real money to buy games.
You basically won't have enough tokens without spending any money because you can only claim 100 points per day that way even if you have like 10k points to claim from achievements.

Rogue Legacy

what are the better traits of this game. i am interested but would like to hear how it is

Wasn't going to buy anything, but decided to play Trails in the Sky SC.

Downloaded pirated version, found out there was no turbo.

Ended up buying it just for the turbo function lol

Xcom 2 collection, is this game any worth?
Tried the first one but, it never clicked with me.
Is the sequal better?

Synthetik

It's more of the same.
If you didn't like the core gameplay of XCOM, you probably shouldn't bother with XCOM 2.

Any good Tower Defense game. I like over the top 2D, however I take anything fun.

Attached: jqw.png (243x224, 52K)

Your buddies sound like massive, no-fun allowed faggots.

Deep Rock Galactic

Defender's Quest

Good controls, skill based and challenging gameplay but RPG/inheritence system makes it progressively easier the more you die, so you'll natually get to a sweet spot where you can finish it. Different classes add some variety to each playthrough. Bosses are fun. Good music.

I am not big on plarformers normally but this one hooked me until I beat it.

I enjoyed Sanctum 2 a lot, but it's not exactly what you're looking for.

>friend buys games
>he's poor but didnt do due deligence because he's a compulsive buyer
>asks me if the games he bought are good
>tell him that he should have checked more reviews and seen if the game was dead before buying it, but tell him that he made good choices all around to avoid giving him remorse
>mfw he buys me a copy of a crappy game I dont like

These fucking compulsive buyers. This is how steam is making money, and I feel bad for all these idiots.
Also I guess am gonna have to let the game run in the background and pretend that am enjoying it when he asks.

Attached: 13727145754.jpg (604x569, 35K)

The best is Orcs must die 2.

Other of note are Sanctum, defense grid, creeper world. if you want something weird try "dungeon of the endless"

Attached: helpful local.jpg (617x500, 49K)

shit nigga should i play sleeping dogs ?

thanks bro. it always seemed good solid fun for a weekend

I went corgi without knowing it was reddit trash, but all my friends were there already.
Not that it matters, I have received no free games despite the many 1st place finishes, despite heavy participation.

In fact, I have never received a free game in any steam event. Makes me think it doesn't actually happen.

Attached: horse rape.jpg (1119x1500, 247K)

Got £55 to spend. had more but got indie game witch it which is fun.
Now in my cart i currently got shadow of war for my next solo play game(after i finish prey) but im looking for an fps game to get into, looking at rainbow six siege but i dunno if its worth getting in now or if im gonna be blown to bits. Steam is kinda shit for looking through the games catalog. Tried using the tag system for fps but im getting a lot of porn games...

I need recommendations!

when do my points reset?

God Eater 3 and Westerado. Those were the only things I wanted and those are the only things I'll get.
Both are great and I can't recommend them enough.

They only add 100 boost points per day to your capacity, to get more you have to buy games.

don't worry about it bro, only whales get the prizes so they keep spending.
if you want a free game you have to spend thousands of dollars to get into the VIP club.
at least you can laugh at those retards buying starbound to farm points

Attached: hurrdurr.jpg (1280x720, 574K)

I bought injustice 2 and the sound is desyncced, so i refunded
Also xcom 2 wotc

Is there a difference in features in licensed and pirated copies of Batman Arkham games? It's on sale and I can get them for like $4.5. Is it worth it?

Attached: o3yxTu1HKSA.jpg (538x519, 64K)

one of the games stops you from gliding if you get a bad pirated copy

Origins had MP which is most certainly dead by now. Otherwise I don't think so, they're single player games. And yes it's worth it, they're very fun games.

They don't. You get 100 capacity per day and you can increase it by 100 for each dollar you spend.

Before pulling the trigger on your cart, check my pastebin. I have keys for games I've seen a lot of people looking to buy; I've traded with several anons in the past few days, and even though it won't due any good to have any of them vouch on Yea Forums, they've all left comments showing that I'm not a scammer. So if there's something here you want to trade for, let me know.

Someone in the previous thread asked me about RE:Revelations, but I didn't get back to the thread until it 404'd, so if you're interested, or if anyone is, add me and we'll work it out.

>friend is a medically disabled neet bux boi
>buys hundreds of dollars of games every sale
>never plays anything but FFXIV
>keeps trying to gift me FFXIV DLC
These people keep the memeconomy afloat.
Don't play games you don't enjoy. Sell it or run for cards and sell them.

Have a question about Asscreed. Haven't played in Asscreed 1-2-BH for years, are they worth replaying? Are they even playable on steam or should i get one of the new ones? If so which one: Origins or Odyssey

what exactly do you trade for? interested in black ops 4 cos ive limited myself to only buying online stuff with vouchers and no one sells blizzard vouchers around here.

So my point max is sitting at 5k. It is impossible to get enough coins for the discount without spending like 100 bucks, right?

cant get capacity via grey market trades bruh. better luck next sale.

I've been trading for gift copies of games. If you're interested in CoD, add me.

I'd say I made out pretty well thus far.

Attached: Untitled.png (1854x445, 818K)

The only games I actually want from the sale are Touhou Luna Nights and Steep but I have no money

You just have to wait till the next day and save up. So if you have 5k it will take about 3 days to get one.

I can't believe zaboomafoo is fucking dead

Attached: unnamed.jpg (900x900, 75K)

>Alien Isolation isn't on sale
???

well that's fucking stupid, especially considering the sales are literal garbage compared to earlier sales. ive been wanting a few games but i know they have been cheaper so i really dont feel like buying much.

Bought Dark Souls remastered despite owning PTD and not played it yet. Google said remastered runs 60 FPS with less bugs then PTD with DSFix.

But it doesn't reset?

Some developers just forgot to put sales on their games or declined to do so.

they made a game from the movie?

Attached: hs.jpg (861x488, 61K)

Chances are that publishers thought there was renewed interest in game due to the new switch port and they don't want to sell it cheap on PC hoping people pick up the port for switch full price instead

Heat Siggy is good, but it's also very repetitive in its nature, which can be off-putting to some people.

computer died day one of sale, so w-what's good lads?

Get the fuck out of this thread, this isn't a blog you useless piece of shit

I know it is early access, but how is Between the Stars? Everyone has been shitting on Elite. I am just looking for a bad ass space sim. I already have rebel galaxy and everspace doesnt interest me

ED is eternal grind and the gameplay itself is repetitive once you've seen everything once
In some of the recent updates they made some core mechanics better but instead of following up on it there won't be major updates until the end of 2020
If you want to try it you have to get Horizons as well because some important stuff is locked behind it

Baba is You is melting my brain.

If you want a single-player space game that's genuinely good, get Starsector. It's 2D but has actual fun gameplay. Sadly it's not sold on Steam (yet) and never on special.

Not so much what games you should buy, but the ones you should be extra cautious about.

For starters, fucking UNO, really? That's a casual card game you play with your friends or family at the table. It makes little sense for it to even be a video game.

Chicken Horse seems like a shovelware party game.

Games like Soma require a very specific mindset, especially if you're more into action games. It's not just something you can pick up and play in short bursts along with the rest of your multiple purchases. Even in a general sense, I'd recommend checking out a Let's Play first, and only buy it if you absolutely feel immersed in that world and want to dive into it and explore the rest of the story on your own.

>If you have friends who own it
Ultimate Chicken Horse, Katana Zero, Hollow Knight.
Otherwise, swap Unlimited Cock Pony with Metal Gear.

What the fuck's wrong with Subnautica, Darkwood and Obra Dinn? I saw one guy got recommended to not buy those, but I have them in my cart now

What are some good historical games? RTS, turn based, or anything else.

are you expecting SCP the game? then don't
if you want a fun management game based on things LIKE scp and made by koreans then go for it

>my points didnt reset today either
The fuck is up with this?

I bought Assetto Corsa, BeamNG, American Truck Simulator, and DiRT Rally.
It’s great and all but my wheel just broke.

i guess i haven't been hit too badly, but 60% of my next check is going to be going towards knocking out my CC balance, dang.

well at least you shared the wealth with friends

Exanima, Dungeon Hack, Slay the Spire

What are some god tier 5$ (or less) games?

risk of rain, terraria

i guess so
>tfw you buy a game for a friend and watch them never play it

If you mean you didn't get your 100 points, it looks like a bug?
I'm maxed out and didn't get them either.

what is that anime game where you have a female "droid"

Saubnautica is basically a fetch quest with building.

pffft fair enough. but hey thought that counts yadayada

Does anyone know if I keep the 5% discount after the event is over or will it disappear from my inventory?

has anyone tried amid evil is it good

i want to play some shootan

Let's say that my max point is 3k. And I boosted my retarded team 3 times yesterday.
I dont get to claim 3.1k points today?

Forgive me for being a massive brainlet, but anyone know how to just view all discounted games right now? Other than just googling the steam specials, because I can't seem to go to steam specials otherwise.

Is this any good?

Attached: USA2020.jpg (460x215, 77K)

No.
If it says something like
>5,291 POINTS BOOSTED / 5,291 MAX POINTS
It means you maxed out your point limit, and to increase it and claim more tokens, you have to spend money and buy games.
Without spending anything you only get 100 points for free each day.

Any games with good exploration like Terraria or even Minecraft? Character customization is a plus. Also, is Delver good?

You dont want KF2

How's Rogue Legacy?
And is Steamworld Dig still worth my time or should I get sequel instead?

So what's the best story focused game on sale apart from Witcher 3 ? (Currently playing through that). Anything released in the last few years that has a great story ?

hey user

dont miss this, is pretty good

Attached: file.png (666x215, 22K)

is grim dawn any good?

Haven't bought anything.

what, like Rain World? Or Darkest Dungeon? Probably need more info, but I can already tell you now that whatever you do, please don't buy Starbound or support that incompetent ikey fuck aka chucklefuck/chucklefaggot/chuckledicks/etc. in any way.

I liked Rogue Legacy. It is a little simplistic compared to other games in the genre, but it has its nice quirks. If you already have similar games and just want something new, pick it up.

Shiiiiet I see.
So I guess its impossibiru for me to get to the 15k threshhold for the free 5$ games.
Haha it's not like I wanted life is feudal or anything.

Path of Exile is better and it's free

shit

Rogue Legacy is only good for a couple hours, in my opinion.

it's ok

I bought a bunch of small $2-4 games and they're all decent, but I usually buy one big purchase every sale except this time nothing really stands out. I thought about Bloodstained but I don't want it badly enough to get it right now.

RECOMMEND ME SOME HIDDEN GEMS YOU SHITS

Attached: 1559750764507.jpg (1180x872, 263K)

Yes much better than PoE. It's not 120 hours of mindlessly deleting screens with whatever build you want because nothing ever hits you anyway.
GD also has great fucking music and an actual feeling of being somewhat of an RPG.

What genre do you like?

I bought Starbound couple of days ago. I prefer games where I get to make my own character and explore.

Steamworld Dig is alright but pretty damn short, even the original price of 10$ seems a bit steep, if you ever played that Motherload flash game you'll probably enjoy it. Can't speak on the sequel cause I haven't played it.

Have any of you played this? Thoughts? I'm thinking on getting it

Attached: header.jpg (460x215, 42K)

none I hate games
just tell me what you like

Sorry, I don't like your attitude

I guess it's possible if you bought a crapton of games during previous sales and had a lot of unspent tokens from Lunar Sale since Valve gave everyone free points based on that.
But for the most people yeah, you need to spend money first to get that coupon. How much is depends on your region, it says below the race how many points you get for each "dollar" converted to regional currency.
Basically if you start with 0 points and got no points from Valve, you'll have to spend 150$ to up your point limit to 15k to buy a coupon.

Bought Evil Within and it runs like shit. My pc maybe trash but it shouldn't be trash enough that it can't run a fucking 5 year old game at 1080p.

I'm sure that was a game well known for running like shit

What's the best exploit for leveling up? Heard Stardew doesn't work anymore but I haven't tried it.

Attached: retard.png (1858x1057, 497K)

It doesn't even have any proper graphics settings that I could change. Even with everything at low/off at 1080p I get frame stuttering. EVen with the second one it wasn't that awful.

try protolife

Dunno if it's niche enough but Tiny and Big is really good

You realize you still need to spend money to increase your claim limit no matter what?

Very cute with a good sense of humor, but also super easy and not very long.

I got that on release its pretty good if a bit short

>Killer7
>The Hex
>Rage 2, no bully
>Baba is you

I think I did ok

I'm thinking my final death toll will be
>Quake
>Quake 2
>Resident Evil 7
>Katana Zero
>Age of Decadence
>Men of War

I do. I picked up a few games I was waiting on.

Don't listen to the other anons. Rising Storm 2 is a fucking blast and one of the few shooters I still play anymore. If you want a good horror survival game, check out maybe the Evil Within or Cold Fear if you've already checked out the Resident Evil games.

How the fuck does the boost point system work? Just few days ago I got thousands of points every day by simply playing my games normally and getting achievements as I proceeded, but now it's suddenly limiting my boosts to 100 points even though the fucking meter clearly says 100/2347 points. Why is it limiting it to 100? It wasn't like this before. Fucking bullshit. I understand it's to make it more difficult to obtain points, but that sudden change of rules came out of nowhere.

Then just run and afk any game you have a lot of achievements unlocked for 30 minutes and grab your points.
It's from the very bottom quest.

How shitty is the survival meme shit in outward? game looks fun but food meters need to fuck off

Man I love those kinds of games, too bad they are always too short. Thanks.

Attached: 1547468460562.jpg (849x590, 63K)

I don't know why people haven't recommended it but Creeper World 3 and Dungeon Warfare games are great

it's not a change, you just can't read

I have not bought a single game from this sale and I literally got 7000 points simply by playing games like I always do.

>I literally got 7000 points simply by playing games like I always do
No, you didn't.
Now go and read the event rules.

Based taste there. BUT WHERE IS KOIKATSU AND EVENICLE?

Is D:OS 2 worth it?

Well where the hell did they come from then? I didn't participate in any lunar new year sales either in any way or form.

Attached: boost.jpg (413x174, 30K)

KF2, Katana ZERO, Hollow Knight.

Why did I start with more than 100 max points?

Your point maximum is determined by Steam purchases you’ve made on your account prior to and during the Steam Grand Prix Summer Sale. We’ve also increased your max points based on unspent 2019 Lunar New Year tokens.

>turn based
>very open approach to everything
>many builds to make
>lots of dialogue and choice
>100 hours long

if that sounds good to you, then go for it

Risk of Rain 1, Terraria, Deadbolt, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Deus Ex, Jedi Knight games, Hotline Miami, Bayonetta, Spelunky, Max Payne, System Shock games, Gunpoint, E.Y.E, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, Quake, S.T.A.L.K.E.R

yes, get it on gog though if you want a drm-free copy. game is fantastic and has heavy dark atmosphere unlike diablo 3, dlc is fantastic, etc. personally prefer it over path of exile because it's not online

Just use steamdb

it's a fun game there's just better games out there for it's price though

I enjoyed the original version very much. If you like GTA type games and Max Payne type action, it's a sure bet.

If you want a super solid and coherent story - no.
Otherwise - yes.

I bought Plague Inc.
It's shit.

What a fucking waste

I've spent way over $100 and the funny thing is I probably wont play half of them

Are there any fun single player games that are like RE's mercenaries mode?

Attached: 1541831641190.jpg (216x234, 8K)

Anomaly 2

Anyone here played this? It's pretty cheap and I have a craving for mercenary games. Worth it?

Ok, honestly I'm just going to kill myself, I've been going through so much and seeing that just really tipped everything over for me.

Good taste to include Mary Skelter. I have it on GOG already but still.

I'm looking a suggestion for RPG that is niche/has cult following, and is good. Preferably something sandbox-ish like Space Rangers where I can just do whatever I want. Old, new, fancy graphics, shitty graphics, text-based, I don't mind as long as it's good to play and spend hours on. These games are usually not very popular among larger crows and are difficult to find unless someone recommends them.

Valdis story: abyssal city

Use this one next time user.

Attached: 1552258241708.png (640x640, 543K)

Darkwood and Bloodstained are good games

Did you tried Underrail yet?

Sundered isn't very good

Curse of the Moon was nice, if you like classicvanias you're most likely going to like it too.
Necrodancer is great as long as you like the base concept of it.

So your max points don't reset everyday nor do you get more qualifier tasks? How tf do people have multiple tokens? I mean unless your literally spending $100's.

DBZF is dead, don't bother. Pirate bloodstained and the megaman collection. Rainworld is excellent, Beseria is slow as fuck with a boring cast.

Valve didn't do anything. A popular reddit sub found out that Yea Forums picked cockatiels as their official team and they're slamming it with attacks as a result.

It's actually on my wishlist. Is it anything like the classic Fallouts like the graphics and gameplay suggests? It's too expensive for me, but I will buy it if I don't find anything else by the end of the sale

what
which sub?

>tfw I was so dumb I thought they would reset and I could just milk $10 discounts daily

Sometimes I wonder if I have rocks in my head.

Attached: 516662_v1.gif (300x297, 300K)

Don't listen to this guy DBFZ is still kicking on PC and will be alive for at least another year thanks to the new world tour announcement and DLC. But for the love of god don't get it if you just like DBZ and don't like fighting games. It's not a fanservicey masher, you need to know and/or be willing to learn how to play.

BIRD UP

Attached: BIRDUP.png (500x2000, 888K)

whats the name of that one game where you have to build like a base/city and defend yourself from a shit ton of zombies? it came out about a year or two ago i think. streamers were playing it too

Why do we keep losing birdbros?

It was legit glitched like that for the first few days.

They Are Billions. It's pretty good, but it doesn't have a huge discount.

thanks for the advice user. not the person you were responding to but i was thinking about getting dragon ball z because the animations are nice. i don't like fighting games though because it's autistic to me and boring to practice a video game so i can have fun and be reasonably decent at the game

Banished any good?

They Are Billions?

yeah that was it, thanks bros

what does it look like at 2000?

Attached: asdfasdf.jpg (369x265, 21K)

It's very similar to first Fallout but at the same time you never get party, difficulty is very punishing (so dont mind playing on easy, dev is one of those guys who think that "old games were good because they were hard") and you have to spec or suffer (no splits, skills are worthy only when maxed).

It's good and solid but I kinda dropped at some point.

I know of an awesome creative Autismcraft server if you want it.

Shut up, picking bird at the beginning blindly was yet another failure of my life. No chance for games, always losing aside from crazy first two days.

>Heat-Sig
My nigger. That game is flew criminally under the radar. It's pure fun. The fact that it never got noticed here despite being the most old Yea Forums game I've played in a long time killed me.

>Pick the game where you can play as terrorist samurai

Good choice user

Attached: Sam.jpg (1280x720, 230K)

>any fighting game
>active on pc
Just like skullgirls, tekken and soul calibur, right?

Yeah, i've been playing it since this weekend and loving it. It's simple fun, great level and enemy design, great music and it's beautiful to look at. The platforming can be pretty fun too. Best impulse buy in a long time.

Yeah then don't get it. The only time I'd advise someone like you to get the game is if you have another complete noob friend to play it with IRL. DBFZ, like nearly any fighting game except for the really obtuse ones, can be really fun even as a total noob as long as you have another noob to play against. But you're just not going to have fun at all against the online playerbase. Even in the lower mid ranks there are people that can demolish you with one hand.

when do points reset?

They don't anymore. Instead your "max point" limit is raised by a mere 100 each day unless you spend more money which increases the limit too

>was a corgifag
>used the swap team button just to get an extra 1000 points capacity
>ended up on the bird team, one of the worst
>would probably be better off sticking with the winning team and have a 0.0000001% chance of winning a free game than being on a team that is utterly useless that has little chance of even reaching the podium
a-at least I'm not a redditor anymore!

Attached: 6785764543.jpg (500x382, 36K)

We've literally had Skullgirl lobby threads on Yea Forums just a few weeks ago and that game is like 7 years old. You don't need a gigantic playerbase for a 1 on 1 game to be active, usually a few hundred is fine. Now if you said Fighting EX Layer or Kohime Enbu or something you'd be right. I don't think even discords can save those games.

>Borderlands Handsome Collection
>Dragon's Dogma: dark arisen
>Operation Flashpoint: Dragon rising
>Ori and the blind forest
>Terraria (which i'm enjoying so far)
>Every Splinter cell game except for Blacklist

well fuck, I have a shit ton of achievements I could cash in

Everyone does, did people really expect Valve to give away hundreds of thousands of dollars just like that?

I might buy Mega Man Legacy 2. So far I've only bought Half Life for .99 out of my wallet.

Can anyone say if One Way Heroics 2 is any good? It has mixed reviews but it's only .81 cents since I own One Way Heroics Plus.

for the badge even? at least I feel less burned from realizing it this late

But why? Deep down you know it's not worth the time for some shiny new walls

Do you faggots even read the rules?

There's a OWH2?

Is gta online worth it?

They made the rules overly retarded desu

The update with the flying bikes ruined it
Now at any time people can appear and fuck you with it and there's not much you can do about it, takes a big grind to get one

no they didn't, you're just dumb

I might actually do that to get a functional 60fps DaS, but yes, I know it's pathetic to pay for a patch.

Is Borderlands 2 fun? The BADASS Handsome Collection is up for $6, and I might actually be interested in a RPG shooter if there are fun MMO-like raids/instances, something like Destiny's raids.

Attached: QuickConcernedCurassow.webm (640x360, 692K)

there's a game like Crazy Machines 3 but with some weirdass title involving death or something, and it looked really good, but i can't remember what it's called
can anyone help a poor user out?

Has anyone played atom rpg? How is it?

Join Cockatiel you said, it's Yea Forums's team you said, we'll always be at least 3rd or 2nd place.
We're just fucking losing every single race now and hare already got equal numbers with us.

Rain World or Baba Is You?

Why?

baba

>flying bikes
Haha what the fuck? Did Rockstar finally jump the shark (heh) and turned GTA into Saints Row? I remember the online mode being cool at the time or least having potential for some sort of grounded roleplay. Seems like every time I hear about a new update I imagine the game becoming more and more over-the-top.

Best game under £3.50?

Could be worse. Antichamber is a trip.
Baba

Yeah, theres loads of crazy shit now. My friends and I we're trying to run cargo or whatever it is and we just kept getting fucked by these 3 guys with flying bikes

I bought Rain World and it's neat so far, not sure what I'm doing though.

KF2 was so incredibly worse than the first game. Their worst mistake was allowing me to test it for free a while back.

No, it isn't. It's nothing like VP's system.

I bought the season pass for Dark Souls III, but it's going to take me like a year to get around to playing it at my current rate of completing games

which version? Arena or the other one

I second this.

God fucking damnit. A week into the event, detailed explanations for this shit everywhere, at least three people pointing out how points work every single thread, and we still get these kinds of posts.
How do you even manage to tie your own shoes you mongrel?

Arena is a sorta horde mode/objective defense thing with a couple of maps and limited selection of items that you can play to see if you like the mechanics
If yes you want Legion Rising, that's the actual game

Why do you guys buy anything before Humble Monthly drops. Unless you are going for some very niche, AAA or weeb games there is a chance that your game will be in bundle.

Yay or nay?

On 1 of my alts I can't earn boost at all I have capacity for 1600 but I click on the claim button and it won't convert it to boost. 5 days now

How is Resonance of Fate in terms of port quality

Attached: castle.jpg (1024x768, 303K)

it's good

I got it when it was on sale for like 3 bucks not too long ago and, disregarding the characters and politics and whatever one might feel about that, it's just pure ubisoft open world where the map is big for the sake of being big and you spend most of your time going from a to b without actually having anything to do
It also annoyed me how juvenile it is. Like there's a mission where you use your 1337 h4xxor powers to hack into the cameras of a gym le evil big data man goes to so you can film him falling of a treadmill to embarrass him on youtube.

You ever play the first one? How does it compare? First one also kinda feels like that, but it's fun overall.

>still expecting anything good from monthly

House in Fata Morgana is the best VN you can get on Steam

Attached: fata morgana phenakis.png (750x563, 559K)

I did play the first one and I enjoyed it back then, 2 has just been very 'meh' for me.

Guess I'll be waiting for an even greater discount, then. Cheers.

If you're planning to get World of FF, just get the paid update, it's some content but not that much to justify a second playthrough

I bought Hollow Knight and I'm not really sold on it. It feels like Metroidvania, and I was always a Castlevania man. It looks quite nice, but there's a bit too much back and forth for me. Not sure I can be bothered. Should have just spent the extra few quid and got Cuphead.

Is it just me or are the prices not as low this year?

Don't stop. Just keep buying. Consume.

>Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 Enhanced Editions
>Planescape Torment
>No Man's Sky

Always wanted to play the 90's D&D CRPGs and them being 5 bucks each was enough to make me pull the trigger. I'm about 6 hours in to Baldur's Gate right now and am really enjoying it.

I only picked up NMS because a friend wanted to play together and I'm having a surprising amount of fun with it so far.

>Parrots at the end again

Yeah, let it hurt even more. Why would I get a chance to win that Labirynth of Refrain or Valkyria Chronicles 4?

I can only pick two

Attached: file.png (650x686, 129K)

it's really amazing
way back when whenever I saw an AAA game on and sale I'd most likely want to purchase it
now almost none of the games on the frontpage interest me outside of a couple of major upcoming titles like cyberpunk

Is They are billions good??

has anybody played NioH?
can you progress through the story with a coop partner? do both get the same story progress together or do you have to redo the story on both player sides?

You're missing the point of PoE.

I was thinking about getting some rhythm game. I was looking at Muse Dash but it seems to be oriented towards hardcore players. Is there anything like that but easier?

Muse Dash and Prison Architect

And what is the point of PoE? Please don't say anything multiplayer related

Anyone have any thoughts about Assault Android Cactus? It looks like a decent twin stick

Attached: dasdas.jpg (670x152, 21K)

it broke

Attached: jj.jpg (472x168, 11K)

its fun, there's also Bugs Must Die which is good but not easy

Yeah, I got bored in the moss swamp. Maybe it gets better later, but I'm not going to find out for a while. Also, the platforming feels like shit to me. The game was definitely overhyped on here.

Planning a build, getting all the parts needed for it then seeing if it works or not. The satisfaction is immense when something you've planned yourself ends up being really strong.

That's actually fucking great news. Thanks
Sorry but you meant "just don't get the paid update" or to actually get the Complete edition?
english is not my native language

>Bugs Must Die
Whoa this actually looks way better, thanks user!
>"Spiritual sucessor to Jackal"
Jackal was one of my absolute favorite NES games, how much of this is true? It looks very little like Jackal. Or maybe it is just way more intense?

Any way to pirate Muse Dash DLC?

>tfw suddenly level 50 after all those years at 10-20
Maybe I will get more than one booster pack a year now.
And no I haven't had 15k for the 5bux discount.

How much did you gain anons?

Attached: 45376345.jpg (225x225, 7K)

Anybody? Pretty please?

Im tired of same shit over and over.

Attached: 1547226320048m.jpg (1024x768, 121K)

I would help you but you don't like 2D games and I don't help zoomers.

Any fun early 2000s games going for cheap? Already got the legacy of kain series and deus ex.

Never played jackal, so i can't comment on it. Game has rpg elements for leveling up weapons, health, etc.

If you're really gonna play it, get the Complete edition
See reviews of the Maxima update

I did the 5 buck discount. I have already been level 46 and the packs don't really drop that often and it's almost always from the cheap low tier games

You're doing great user, don't worry.

Are there saves in it or do you have to go from level one to the end each time you play?

Unreal
Sacrifice

don't buy baba unless you're 1 of 2 things. either a passionate puzzle game lover or a genius. that game is fucking retardedly hard.

>Another sale with no 2d beat em ups to buy other than the old arcade collections, Fight'nRage and River City Ransom Underground.

Someone just make a new one, I'm dying here.

Attached: badnewsdog.jpg (768x1024, 65K)

yeah there's no saves, whenever you die you have to retry the whole level.

Fable anniversary or lost chapters? Anniversary is much more expensive it seems.

I've never played the game so I don't have nostalgia for it or anything.

Lichdom any good?

Euro Truck Sim 2 ?

No I mean is it like an arcade game where if you quit you start all the way at the beginning of the entire game? Or can you start from level 2 if you beat level 1 kind of thing?

Is neither an option? The game really isn't great.

no thankfully, even then the game is difficult

should i go for it

Attached: Steam_vAlujlZUBE.png (619x253, 46K)

Lemme know how axiom verge is

yeah but the discount is fucking nothing. Still, not that expensive and bretty gud.

Yeah you said it was difficult so I at least wanted level saves, I'm not some insane speedrunner autist. Thanks for the rec, I'm probably gonna pick it up.

I liked it. It's not flawless but it was interesting. The story was pretty weird.

Lads, what's the easiest way to get $20 on Steam without ERPing?

you're welcome user

Road Redemption. Its basically Road Rash in roguelite form.

I've got about 7k points but I don't give a shit about badges. All I care about is the discount. I'm not going to spend them and hope that rolling over points to the next sale event becomes a regular thing.

Having a job

Credit card or gift card

Doesn't apply to third-world, user

Selling rare TF2/CSGO drops to autists

Is this good?

Attached: Unavowed-frei-pc[1].jpg (800x555, 134K)

Is there a reason doing the qualifier tasks isn't doing dick for me? This sale gimmick is pissing me off enough I'm about to take the $85 I was gonna use to sketchy key sites.

But getting rare drops it's pretty rare

Sounds cool. I personally won't get it this sale but it's on my radar, would like to play it soon.

Is it worth getting into conan exile lads? and if so what pack should i get? Complete edition?

Fun metroidvania, with all the backtracking/exploration stuff you'd expect. Don't go into it expecting deep combat, but lots of the guns are pretty cool. Best part about the game is the atmosphere and designs. Not super long. I personally probably won't play it again except maybe years from now when I'm totally out of shit to play. Also optimized for speedruns with a speedrun mode if you're into that.

>koikatsu
wasn't even worth pirating it, and i usually like hentai games

Thinking of pulling the trigger on this. It's either this or MM2

Attached: m0ab1pU[1].png (817x574, 150K)

Which should I start with first?

Attached: ss+(2019-07-02+at+09.11.55).jpg (606x500, 65K)

Okami is a classic

I mean, can't you just install MAME and play the countless games made in the past? They made like a billion of those games back then and so many good ones too.

if you play 999 pirate the ds version. pc port is botched. the plot was made with the ds in mind

Do you know how the pc port handles the upside-down sudoku bit at the end of the game?

But I've already done that user. I did it back in the 90's on actual arcades and I did it in the 00-10's on my computer. I want to play new ones.

the zero escape trilgy is more enjoyable played portable

Cheaters run rampant and will ruin your fun over and over again. I wouldn't bother.

>Unless you are going for some very niche, AAA or weeb games
i can tell you're a weeb by your stupidity

Opinions on heavy metal furies? It's kind of like a twin stick/brawler hybrid. Looks fun and it's been on my radar for a while but never bothered getting it. It's got a 60% discount now. Anyone played it?

Attached: iu[1].jpg (600x338, 64K)

any good VNs? I already have a bunch of the most well known stuff but I want to find something new and high quality. I love stuff like Zero Escape and the Infinity series.
