Worth a buy?
Idk what to get Yea Forumsros. I need something comfy with maybe some cool communities online. Trying to get over my dead cat henry.
Is dusk really worth $15?
And how is Distance in VR? I want a super cool racing game for VR but I have a feeling its only just head movement with VR, and not the Vr controllers to turn, ect.
Reposting
Is this worth the buy, I enjoy lego games in general but im afraid if its dead/ buggy/uninteresting.
If you're looking for an inexpensive mecha fix that plays similarly to Virtual On or Custom Robo, I highly recommend checking out Garrison Archangel on steam. There's also a free demo you can try, although it is a little outdated now.
Dusk is pure kino
if you can also or want to buy amid evil theres a bundle for both games
valhalla cyberpunk bartender action or night in the woods areslow pace comfy stuff with a decent size community if you are interested
Every steam sales makes me dread getting older. I realized I'm not a stupid teen anymore that can blow his money on vidya anymore. I have to pay bills, I still have some money to buy games but god dammit I hate getting older.
it'll be like that sometimes
why is the pupper in pain
Can anyone recommend a 5 dollar game thats turn based and I can play online, hopefully in a league kind of environment with weekly matches every month? It would be lovely if it was also a sport.
tripfag get a 20$ game from wishlist
because the racing event is so bad people have forgotten it even while it's running
It's lonely at the top.
Is squad worth the 19 euros?
>Tfw bought Brigador
Space terrorism is fun
Fallout 4?
I swear to God if I see Blood Bowl mentioned one more time...
Summer Sales have been complete shit ever since they axed Daily Deals and Flash Sales. Now the best discount you'll see on a AAA game is 40% off of something that came out two years ago and the indies are infested with RPG Maker porn games.
rome 2 or atila?
suffering from success
valve gives free games. Quick , get the free gamos before valve fixes the exploit.
You can get several $5 coupons each day.
Stack 20 coupons and you can buy $100 of games for free!
well you just mentioned it retard
so thats why corgi is so far ahead
everybody else gave up
man they sure fucked it up, why give the option to choose teams?
Yea Forums got it right in their april fools event
hi
Rate my haul.
Fuck it. I got $40. The other $60 from my recent paycheck is probably gonna go for Crash Team Racing Nitro or Fire Emblem when that comes out.
Name me some games under that budget.
idk what's more annoying this sale.
The stupid race, the bloodbowl retard or the alchemist moron trying to exchange games with everybody
Absolutely not.
Is Elite really that bad? Should I just stick to the X series?
If you don't own the original Witcher, it's like $1.50 and a diamond in the rough.
Is Hypnospace Outlaw worth it?
Don't think with your penis.
>most of the games on my wishlist dont have options to buy since they dont even have release dates
Sell me on the game? Brigador has a nice look to it and lots of people have been recommending it lately, but I'm not sure I could get into it if it's just drive around blow stuff up all day.
gimme
not for that price, saw the goty version for 15$ on legit reseller sites for countless times
that sounds expensive
Can anyone tell me if Edge of Eternity is even worth it right now?
Does this have a single player? It seems like it's just random fights over and over
good games for people with short attention span?
Good casual games?
I'm drunk. What do I buy?
Sudeki was meh on the Xbox. I can't see it being much better on the PC.
If I buy the Dusk + Amid Evil bundle I'll have enough for the $5 discount and can buy Baldur's Gate EE with it.
Should I do it or spend all my extra points on pit stop stuff?
stop copying my trip
Find something better than Baldur's Gate EE
yes
Downwell, Devil Daggers
Any games for this feel?
Space future times, government sucks and you're a mercenary of your choosing working for a terrorist group. You mix and match guns on 3 different mech bodies that have all types of different gun classes. It's also a rogue lite, finish the mission for a big payout to unlock more shit or get out early for a smaller payout. 3 different mech types are the standard mech, a tank, or a hovercraft. Each merc has different payouts and difficulties behind them. I think that pretty much sums it up, if you think it would be up your ally, go for it.
Any good shootan games? First or third person, RPG elements or otherwise. Just want to get some Clapistan pride going.
Is Darksiders Warmastered and Darksiders 2:Deathnitiive Edition worth playing?
I've never played a Darksiders game, but I heard that they're exceptional western-made hack and slash games. I don't want to play Darksiders 3 because I don't like Souls-like games.
why I can only play 100 points today when I reached 9000 points yesterday?
halp
I'm thinking about Terraria and Mordhau (despite it not being on sale). Are they any good?
I just finished Valhalla Cyberpunk Bartending which that other user suggested to you
it's a comfy visual novel that deals with elements of loss, might help you find some inner peace maybe? it's not that long, you can 100% it in under 20 hours
What are some games about demonic possession?
I think the DEATHfinitive edition still has a bug that they never fixed which was apparently a progress-stopper. but buying them grants you access to the original versions as well? so i'd probably say install the original instead of the cashgrab remaster
don't remember reading anything terrible about the WARmastered one
No. They are time sinks.
buy me video gmae :D
this dude is nippling quite hard
BUY ME GOTHIC 2
steamcommunity.com
ANONS
WHAT DO I BUY?
every game is about demonuc possession
Damn, well, I guess I'll check out the first game and research the second one to see if the bug is still there.
filename related
Felt and played like a ps2 game
Both are good.
Darksiders 1 is a solid hack & slash
Darksiders 2 focuses too much on climbing and puzzles.
I wouldn't call Darksiders 3 a souls like game. Sure it features some elements from the Souls franchise but it doesn't try to be one like games such as The Surge had tried in the past.
It's still very much a Hack & Slash game and it has a Classic Combat mode
mad max
I have hitman goty, and was wondering about getting hitman 2, but for some reason, it's more expensive than the console version. Which option is the best? Where should i get it? Should i wait until it gets cheaper?
Synthetik
Maximum Action
Brigador
Overload
None of those
You get what you pay for.
1 is pretty good. warmastered added some sharper textures and chromatic trash but you can thankfully turn it off.
deathinitive is pretty good but it was abandoned very quickly after release. i didn't hit any major issues with it but others have, so its a bit of a gamble.
cap points wont reset, gotta spend more money
Possibly the worst taste I've ever seen
what's wrong with it?
I'm drunk
Saints row
Is this any good or nah
but I have 9000 points!
fat fuck gaben is stealing my sheleks
post your dick
user in other thread said it's like berserk meets silent hill
Yeah, that settles it. I'll get the first game. The second one seems to be a buggy port. Thanks fellas.
Garry's Mod, there's a lot of fun to be had with other anons, I regularly visit a Yea Forums cinema server to hang out.
There's a campaign mode in development right now as per community feedback. The most recent patch they released last week contains a work in progress beta campaign of sorts so they can get community feedback on mission types and other elements while they work on developing bosses, unique faction missions, maps, lore and that sort of thing.
At its heart though it shines best currently in 1v1 arcade type fights and build customization which is what it was originally designed around.
Looks too edgy for me
Just bought CK2 and all the DLC. What’s the most fun nation to play?
Is Endless Legend better than Civ 6? I didn’t like Endless Space.
just adjust your expectations. i got 4 games from my wishlist for under $20. which is still something to be excited about if you actually sit down and play through them all. it's not AAA shit but no big loss there.
or just pirate everything
I bought rain world and so far I've been eaten by three alligators and caught in the rain twice
tibet
Make the jews rise again.
Steam is cool cause if you dig you can do so much better than AAA shit on the cheap anyways
Ireland is tutorial island
Any good horror games for VR?
this, I started playing indie and old games and now I have no time to be bored
Is there a way to get more than 100 points a day? Im trying to boost my badge and have already dumped like 20k points via achievements but can only unlock 100 a day it seems. Anyone care to explain?
My max spend is $60.
BUY MORE GAMES GOY
Didn't play Trails in the Sky, is it worth it at this price
Here user, get this instead
same price as those other games
I guarantee it's much better than those games
Thoughts?
is kingdom come actually good or a meme game?
The gameplay looked horrible from what i seen from it. Some of the mechanics are cool though, like having to learn how to read.
Im thinking about buying either House Flipper or PC building Sim as a casual chill game. Are either worth it? Im leaning in House Flipper direction it seems to have more content.
Is Dishonored 2 worth it ? I loved the first one when I played it on the PS3 back when it came out and seeing Dishonored 2 for 20 dollars is slightly tempting .
why can't I play in the race anymore?
On the first day I unlocked a 6k points reserve to play but now I can't do it anymore. Only got 100 points today. Zero yesterday. what gives?
Is that a bug? Or do I have to install the soda game?
is Farcry 5 worth it for 20 bucks? it seems to have a fair amount of neg reviews.
I got 20 bucks to burn, recc me some good multiplayer shit or something
I have 800$ left over from selling knives and I would spend all 800 of it on a single game if it wasn't complete dog shit
Obra Dinn was probably the best game of last year
Just start with the vikings. You get the most playtime out of it too.
you will get the poins back tomorrow user
its dead as fuck and boring as fuck
As someone who has only played Assassins Creed Odyssey is Origins a step back or even worth it for 60% off?
If you want something with the same price, get this strategy game
If you end up liking it, get the other 2 sequels, it's a trilogy
It's the same shit they've been pumping out since 3. Boring casual game for kids with ADD.
my mom gave me 8$ to buy an intellegent game.
What buy?
$20.91 in my wallet. What should I get?
kerbal space program
Ide say a handfull of decent 5 buck games
Is Tooth and Tail fun? Redwall was one of my favorite book series as a wee lad btw
>A
>FUCKING
>LEAF
Ill give a second rec for night in the woods. Rest in peace henry.
alright anons, I have $5 in store credit and I need help deciding what to purchase
There's a couple of obvious jokes in there just in case you're not aware.
I wouldn't get any of those
also Age of Decadence is on gog
use your money on something else
Mongolian rapefest especially when you shatter the Islamic blobs, sack constantinople and finally get to the cucks in the hre
Kingdom come or AC: Odyssey
honestly Mad Max was a lot of fun and for 5 dollars its worth.
>I wouldn't get any of those
Make a suggestion then.
Undertale is good
get sleeping dogs and there's still room after that to buy another cheapo
War of the Human Tanks trilogy
store.steampowered.com
Any recommendations for a RPG? Preferably fantasy, non turn based. I REALLY enjoyed Neverwinter Nights/2. I also like the Elder Scrolls Series and I liked New Vegas. I was looking at getting Fallout 4 as I've played TES to death, but I've only heard negative things about it.
because only faggots chose team corgie because they're funny looking dogs. congrats on siding with the majority of the population.
I already got sleeping dogs.
>What is God?
Oh great, another of them Jay Arr Pee Geeze.
get this you can buy them separately if you don't want the OSTs
also you can try a demo with the link here
Quake 2 RTX is pretty weird. It was a nice excuse to play Q2 and it certainly looks quite nice, but I really wonder if the game could've been remastered without needing most of the Ray Tracing features. I'd still like to see more old shooters get this kind of treatment though, won't lie.
I found it to be a step backwards from Far Cry 3 and 4 in terms of story, characters, with some nice tweaks to gameplay here and there. I'd say $20 is worth it, but what you'll walk away with really depends on how much you enjoy Ubisoft games.
Avoid the DLC though since I hear its awful.
Before pulling the trigger on your cart, check my pastebin. I have keys for games I've seen a lot of people looking to buy; I've traded with several anons in the past few days, and even though it won't due any good to have any of them vouch on Yea Forums, they've all left comments showing that I'm not a scammer. So if there's something here you want to trade for, let me know.
steamid: steamcommunity.com
Looks like dog shit.
Is lobotomy corporation good?
pls respond or I'll keep posting cute Sephiroths
a words of advice user, the first few tries you might find it too complex and confusing, but after a few days of playing it you will waste entire weeks building your empire from the ground up.
it's better than it looks
I guarantee it
also you can try out the demo to judge for yourself
they wouldn't have been able to make 2 sequels if it was shit
>buy Kingdom Come Deliverance
>buy regular version in case I don't like it much
>actually really enjoy it
>realize I should probably return it and buy the complete edition, since there's no additional discount
>accidentally played for 7 hours straight without realizing
>get Haydee
>install sexy naked vidya game character mod
>can't play because of constant, throbbing erection
That's how this sale went for me.
Only get fallout 4 if you are willing to mods the absolute fuck out of it, also a lot of the most recommended mods require all the docs to function and everytime Bethesda release an update all your mods and script extender will break if you don't stop auto update. I needed about 180 mods to fix all the things I needed to change to make it playable
If you are a weeb
I bought Hardcore Mecha, Senran Kagura Shinvo Versus, Dead or Alive 6, and Jump Force.
Hardcore Mecha is probably the best out of them all.
the original developers wouldn't have been able to make 2 sequels nor would the publisher have bothered to translate the other two games if it was shit*
>use "noob" in actual dialogue
immersion ruined
Can someone buy me Fallout New Vegas complete edition with the DLCs etc? I have the base version, but if I want to buy the full version it will now be Fallout NV : RU even though I live in central europe.. I can't do that because of mods, etc.
I'll trade something of equivalent price, etc. Please help.
That character and her bros talk like that. Not everyone. The translation is bad in some parts though. They need to get someone to clean it up a bit.
what's the gameplay like? I'm considering picking
that, KO Mech and up
If I were to get a Senran Kagura game which one should I get? They all look the fucking same to me
Plays like a mix of Front Mission Gun Hazard and Assault Suits Leynos.
Thank you, anons.
sort by: date added
what you got thats been lurking forever in the wishlist Yea Forums
That's what I was thinking desu.
Got any reccs?
Which time period appeals more to you? Answer that question and you've made your choice
Estival Versus is the best overall. Shinovi is 2nd best. Estival is the sequel to Shinovi BTW.
Burst Renewal is a Versus style remake of the original DS Senran Kagura game. It is the newest but probably the worse of the three. I refunded it actually. It really is the same as the DS one story wise but it would have been better off with its original combat.
I haven't played the spin offs.
>WotHT
based
Yay or nay?
I can trade you both Ziggurat and Immortal Redneck for something cheaper.
steamid: steamcommunity.com
Thanks for the warning; I only wanted to get it if I didn't need to do any modding as I'm saving that energy for when I want to play Skyrim again.
thanks
Its an incest simulator. The conquering nations part is just secondary.
thanks
saints row 2 with extended sliders
it's definitely worth the $20 if you loved the first one
buy the online game and make a copy of the rest off a free game site
Anyone else got Phantom Doctrine? I asked about it a few days ago and ended up getting it. It's really fun.
I have money to spend but don't want anything.
>hardcore mecha
>best
Rate my haul.
This is an update on I remembered the Amid Evil + Dusk bundle and it was enough for the discount, also that a friend gifted me sleeping dogs.
Hey that seems cool, and around ~9 dollaridoos without discound, lemme try it first, I was quite disappointed with M.A.S.S since it feels like you just play an action hunting game with a customizable mecha skin, thanks for the rec user
is this any good
How are the fatal bullet DLC?
maybe in 4 years when all the content has come out and is cheaper
If you're interested in life as a random peasant. Yes
Is there any multiplayer games worth buying that are on sale? I pirate all my singleplayer games so there's nothing I want in that regard.
R6 Siege?
this game is so fucking great, stop whatever you're doing and buy this
It's basically Oblivion - Magic + New Vegas' Survival Mode.
Is it fun?
This, it might look ugly as fuck, but it's a solid deckbuilding roguelite
>have like 40,000 points from achievements
>only have 8,000 coins because of 100 point limit
Fuck you too, gay ben.
Just go with Undertale.
My pleasure, hope you enjoy your test!
There's also a single player mode currently in development and recently the dev team released a rough beta of it for feedback while they flesh more of it out and add features, bosses, etc.
Rising Storm 2 is very fun if you enjoyed the other Red Orchestra's. Gameplay wise, its the most refined and the customization is fun. Most of the cosmetic is also level locked, so don't feel like you're getting jewed.
So much love for Mecha on Steam but Bandai decides to only release the worst Gundam Breaker.
Buy something, user.
You don't get something for nothing, I bought five games I wanted, got the sixth for free.
Ok, I've tried it and it's a good arena fighter thingy, though the only problem I had is that every animation would stop you while moving and it's very jarring when you did something mid air and slowly descending
I'll see it again after it got out of early access or maybe next year
Everything I was going to get this sale I got through trading, with the exception of Kingdom Come Deliverance, which I bought; it's the only reason I keep posting the pastebin in every Summer Sale thread. The only other thing I sort of wanted was Saints Row IV Complete, which ideally I would have just gotten with the Steam Sale Funbucks.
Dragon Age: Origins maybe, if you don't have that yet.
There's also Kenshi, but it only has a 20% discount, and you probably need to be at least a bit autistic to enjoy it.
It's really unfortunate, but luckily a lot of indie devs who have a passion for the genre have started picking up the slack over the years which I'm thankful for. It's not quite custom robo, or AC, or breaker, but it's a close enough blend for me to keep me coming back and building stuff.
Kingdom Come Deliverance is basically low-budget Oblivion.
Wait, you can earn games?
Is this worth getting into?
If you connect with your melee attacks there's not any sudden stop recovery and you can use boosting and dodging to keep pressure up. In any case thanks for giving it a try. I've got more than 300 hours in it so I may be slightly biased since I'm used to how it plays.
sweet sweet mercy yes.
at 15,000 points, you get a $5 discount
Fuck yes it is.
it's ok.
t. 4300 hours
>short attention span
without a doubt Nuclear Throne
>casual
Stardew Valley
>Saints Row IV Complete
A word of advice if you buy that, never do the QTEs that require your mouse, just fail the QTE and try again.
I broke two mice doing those.
Thanks for the tips and being understanding user, I feel like it does need some getting used to before it clicks, right now I'm looking for something like mechwarrior 4 or armored core V verdict days, though seeing how not many things interest me in each sale of steam, I might get it at the christmas/new year sale since I already blow my load on bloodstained this sale, for the time being it'll be on my wish list
>tfw got only Grim Dawn: Forgotten Gods
I don't know what else to buy, I am burned out on Steam sales.
Can only speak for dungeon of the endless but I found it a nice mix of all the genres it plays with. Pretty goofy tone to the game, nearly every description is a parody of some sort.
Yakuza 0 Yay or nay?
How do you fix the multiplayer being a laggy as fuck? I can host another game alright but not grim dawn, some friends would get 9999 ping, do they need to port forward too?
What this user said, warbrem carried my ass because of its achievement and I got observer for free, using 2 coupons and selling some shitty cards, though I spent some money on bloodstained and rain world before buying observer for free
Worth it if I never played a Tekken game before but enjoy other (mostly 2d) fighters?
Yes.
Very yay. Gameplay is meh but story is fantastic.
Kiwami 1 is shorter and the story isn't as good, but its still enjoyable and has a nice climactic ending.
Kiwami 2 has a newer engine; the story is as good as 0, and the gameplay is more enjoyable. Even street fights are more entertaining.
Is there any such thing as a good multiplayer horror game?
If you like that genre, yes its one of the best, and its balanced around single player so doing cool endgame shit is actually possible without turning it into a full time job like PoE
>bought vementide II thinking it will be hella fricken epic like left4dead2
>it's literally shit and you just spam your melee non spot
rust any good?
No
Friday the 13th
No more room in Hell
Dying Light
Dead Island
L4D 1/2
y not
I miss Friday the 13th
Got friends?
Got friends who are going to want to log into this every day?
Do you even want to log into this every day to make sure your shit's not stolen?
Reminder that you have to spend around 120 bucks in order to get 15k points.
This sale is a scam.
definitely Undertale, friend. my rpg loving friend really likes Age of Decadence too
no i hate playing with other people
no
no idea how the game works, isnt there a way to build a base somewhere hidden or whatever? isnt it like pubg but with base-building and resource collecting?
I miss Zombie Panic Source.
Too bad it never caught on
All good man, the devs are pretty plugged in to the community and roll out bug fixes, patches, and even content with some decent regularity so I'm sure by next sale it'll be an even stronger buy for the cash.
As for games that are close to mechwarrior or AC on steam that's a niche that hasn't really been filled yet. I've heard Project Nimbus is ok if you want things to be a bit more anime, but I haven't played it myself.
If you're looking for a fun cheap little mech flavored game to slate your thirst, check out KO Mech. It's just 50 cents right now and was even made by a Yea Forumsirgin.
I make 120 dollars a day.
Maybe you should get a job.
you're wrong
Is the complete version of Kingdom Come Deliverance worth buying over the regular, or should I just wait on a discount for the DLC?
I make 3k a month, but it doesn't mean I should spend it all on video games.
Total War: Three Kingdoms?
Hell yeah, go for it. You can pick up Geese Howard, Akuma, or Eliza then move on to any other character that tickles your fancy.
SUPERIOR LIMB BASED COMBAT
T7 is great, go for it
If you like sorta-realistic military "sim" shooters then yeah. I love it.
No. Servers cycle on a fixed period of time. It's like pubg if pubg lasted a month and clans hoarded all the good shit then laughed as they domed you from 500ft away while you're naked and mining a rock because you lost everything the last time someone killed you
Yes, they couldn't and didn't fuck it up like they did Total: Warhammer
Best diplomacy the game has ever seen. It's good
Picked up Rome II, and holy shit this is a disappointment. The diplomacy system is alright, but everything surrounding the battle map is garbage.
F
was actually thinking of grabbing this
you ever play one of the other tw games? how does it compare, if so
My Friend Pedro
How is the combat compared to Sleeping Dawgz?
care to elaborate?
mediocre garbage with complex fighting mechanics
If you're past the point of refund, give it a try with Divide Et Impera. Some of the shitty things about Rome 2 are inescapable, but with DEI there is some fun to be had if you like slower placed battles and more micromanagement on the campaign map.
Huh ... I work and don't have this issue, but I tend to do this thing where I try to hold off on buying a game untill I finish the last one i bought, and try to make sure I don't waste money on something I won't be playing. But then again maybe you have a kid to take care of, or a wife that never got a job.
So how bad is X4?
Highly recommend Crypt of the Necrodancer if you don't already have it. I generally don't like pixelshit, rythm games or roguelikes but this game just speaks to me. Played it for 3 hours straight the other day and I rarely ever do that with vidya these days.
It's an absolute fucking mountain of a learning curve and there's certain stuff that will make you miss 2D fighters, but in general it's a very good game with a shitton of playability.
how is two point hospital and is the DLC worth it?
I haven't played Sleeping Dogs. The Boss fights are fun in all games. Street fights in 0 and Kiwami 1 are usually boring. They've become more interesting in Kiwami 2.
I always end up wanting to do exactly this until the time I don't impulse buy and then later can't buy it for some fuck all reason. So now I'd rather have it in a queue than not at all. I'm like this with books too.
Because it knows that the only reason people did it's event was to exploit the soda in Starbound, then Valve fucked the competition so that everyone stopped getting points.
i played the free weekend a while back, game is fun and relaxing but really simplistic and repetitive. it feels like a mobile game. i dont think its worth its current price too.
Is this any good?
Heard it was like Hotline Miami
Could try this, it feels a bit janky, and characters might deliver their lines over the top, but the magic system feels awesome, been playing with necromancy, makes challange shrines for more upgrade spells really easy since you can just spawn an army of dead that last untill the fight is over. I recomend playing on the hardest difficulty.
I've got 47 bucks left to spend, what should I get?
Then prolly not as satisfying/visceral as Sleeping Dwagz
Oh well
Are current prices for Yakuza 0 the lowest this sale?
ye pretty fun if u like the music in it
Pretty boring shit
Fallout 4 is a looter-shooter with Minecraft elements.
It's an awful RPG and even worse Fallout game.
Eyeing these games. Lemme know if you've played them, and if you found them fun.
Watch Dogs 2
Dishonored 2
Shadow of Mordor & Shadow of War
Total War: Rome 2
>Lichdom
>Regions of ruin
>Distrust
> Sorcery 1-4
>Watch Dogs 2
First one was better.
>Dishonored 2
Good, if you liked the first game.
>Shadow of Mordor
Batman Arkham games with LOTR skin.
>Total War: Rome 2
Supposedly alright after all the patches.
>WD
Yeah, I just bought the first one, really liking the game thus far. The multiplayer is pretty neat too.
>D2
First one is one of my favorite games of all time, but I'm a bit hesitant since it seems to be more of the same.
>SoM
I guess I'll download the demo.
As for Rome, holy shit, all that DLC. I see CA are as jewy as ever.
its pretty dead
I enjoyed mad max, can be repetitive at times but really fun game
what server would that be
store.steampowered.com
should I buy it?
spent about $85 on pic related
then another $7.50 earlier today on kotor2 and jedi academy
i hope i play more vidya this year.
link your steam profile, if you're not a faggot I'll tell you
>one (1) friend
You could have just paid 12 bucks for the next humble monthly bundle and gotten hellblade and moonlighter and 6 other (probably crappy) games
>Its an incest and cuckolding simulator
FTFY
Why are there so many Canadians in this thread?
Not as jewy as Civilisation
0/10 not enough "NO, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE, HOW CAN YOU BE SO STRONG!" and enemies panicking at the fact that you're flying around the screen one shotting everything. Seriously, who doesn't have a panick attack when they see a guy instant transmission from one guy to another dropping them left right front and center. Meanwhile the generic enemies are all like "You're dead, never should'a come here, generic insult."
sent you a temporary FR
I'm not one for modding base games, but I use the saving mod (you have to use potions to save, this gives you infinite saves), a couple of lockpicking mods (holy shit, lockpicking is annoying), and the picking herbs mod (if you pick an herb you have to watch a 15 second video every time, this gets rid of it). It's good after that. Get used to never feeling OP.
whats resident evil revelations worth to ya?
I only buy games from at least 5 years ago.
Picked up:
Wittgenstein: The New Order
Wittgenstein: The Old Blood
Dishonored
I ignored them when they came out because they were too expensive and my computer wasn't good at the time.
nigger what
get katana zero instead
I find I care less about steam sales because saving $20-$50 is pretty insignificant compared to when I was younger.
paid an extra 3 to stay far the fuck away from moonlighter
guys i think
Should I buy Civ6, Civ Beyond Earth, or Stellaris Megacorps? Also im looking for a game that I can play with friends, something fun, please respond.
>buy
>steam
You can't buy games on Steam, giving them a donation for a download is not buying a game
Or you can pirate
He's saying there's a disconnect between you dunking on random mooks and them trash talking you after you nothing personnel their buddies
Civ 6 isn't worth it unless you also buy expansions.
Tales of Zestiria, yay or nay. I already have Berseria and Symphonia
Well shit, it's around 30 cents in my region and I got that much after selling cards, monolith proved to be a fun game made by Yea Forumsirgin so I have no doubt, thanks for the recommendation user
Nay. Symphonia is already the best in the series and Berseria has the cutest girl.
Unless you REALLY enjoy Tales series = don't.
Get Vesperia instead.
No unless you're a dad
Not enough muny
Alright then
what did this user mean by that
Civ 6 requires both expansions + DLC to be full potential
Beyond Earth is just subpar, you're really better off getting Alpha Centauri
Stellaris Megacorps is neat but not worth the price, and it'll end up being just one more DLC to the pile
stop watching anime
>Nay. Symphonia is already the best in the series
WHAT THE FUCK
it was the first Tales of game i played, i just ruined whole series for myself FUCK
What are some ggames that have jiggle physics.
I need a good list please, I’ve already got soul caliber and DOA
KOF
I mean, if you really don't have anything else to play and you like Tales then maybe it's okay to buy Zestiria.
Zestiria is just Berseria but with much worse everything: characters, story, gameplay. Soundtrack is the only good thing about Zestiria.
Sorry for the delayed reply, but yeah I've played Medieval 2, Rome, Warhammer, and Empire. So far I think Rome II is the worst of the ones I've played.
Maybe, I'll keep an open mind on it.
Someone recommended Skautfold in a previous thread so I ended up getting the trilogy for under ÂŁ3, and they're really fun. The first is a twin stick shooter with a soulslike story and setting, the second is a more direct bloodborne-like with isometric 2D, and the third is a fully 2D metroidvania. They have a great style and are made by a single guy. Worth checking out.
I probably need to watch more, seriously the number of games that has enemies not act as if they have no chance what so ever to win is too small, I need that power trip game for once, I want the bosses to get really mad in devil may cry when I keep taunting them, like in godhand, I want them to get scared and run away when you massacre them like in the darkness. this stuff is too rare. Need more enemies freaking out and panicking in games. Inmates having a panickattack as you snuck around koing people in bat man, trying to track you only to find out you're right behind them and punching them out as they turn around was an amazing feel.
I really like Norman Sicily, move the start date to like 1067 or 1068, until it pops up in Sicily, they're loads of fun to play; good start, Norman culture and plenty of room to expand.
I bought Rain World, it's been pretty fun so far, just got to the industrial area
Pretty much this, it's like skyrim bandits walking up to your level 100 daedric armor titan of a character, with his little dagger and fur armor, trying to rob him, seriously, on what planet, it doesn't even bother spawning more to sort of expalin it away, nope one guy, in what's almost rags, with a iron knife, trying to rob you, when you look like you could snap him in half without effort.
I only add people to make trades, then delete them after; so when this sale is over it'll probably be more like zero (0) friend.
Do I pull the trigger Yea Forums?
Or am I just getting jebaited by the 98 % savings
Spain is a pretty good start. You got muslims to crusade against. Nearby kingdoms you're related to, some assmad nobles in your court trying to start a coup. Gives you a little bit of everything.
was well worth to me
>buying paradox DLC
what in the name of fuck
Have you ever played BL2? If no, then go for it.
>jebaited
What.
Any good /pol/-tier games? Ones where I can deal with minorities. Preferably no RTS stuff like EUIV and similar.
F.E.A.R. also does this to a lesser extent, enemies running away while shooting and screaming "NO WAY/HE'S TOO FAST/OH SH-" provides some amazing moments. That and them giving frustrated panicked lines as they lose men/are left all alone vs you.
Twitch talk zoomers use
>(holy shit, lockpicking is annoying)
How? It's easier than Oblivion/Skyrim/Fallout's system.
i lost interest when i only get 100 points per day
its already asking a lot having to compete with team reddit sucking up any enjoyment this event couldve given
Should i bother with Spyro reignited? I loved spyro as a kid, but couldn't bother getting the third game
How's lichdom, anything like dark messiah?
Also looking at god eater 3, i think the most similar game to it i ever played was toukiden 2 which was fun. Can i play it without playing other god eater games and is the story any good?
Play Ace Combat games
It's neither out nor on sale
What's your take on these, Yea Forums? Which ones should I remove?
I'm not that big into 4X games, I really enjoy Civ V but that's about it really. the game's simple enough for me and it doesn't require that much reading for me to understand a whole lotta shit.
any other 4x like it yall can recommend?
It was the first Tales game most people played. That's literally the only reason people say it's the best one.
Darkwood is trash.
Subnautica has a sequel in early access or something you may be interested in instead?
I say it's the best one because it had the most enjoyable battle system before they went full 3D and fucked everything.
Obra, no mouth (just watch a long play)
>Undertale
>good
Paying for singleplayer games EVER
Playing multiplayer games EVER
what did user mean by this?
should I buy HUNT DOWN THE FREEMAN? it's 61 cents in argieland money
Should I get BallisticNG or play the original Wipeouts?
Hmm. the plane game, why? Does it have something like that?
its not like hotline miami. HM has levels with actual thought and care put into them to make you think about different approaches and ways to handle situations. Ruiner just locks you in an open arena OVER AND OVER AND OVER again until the predictable story ends. the levels are actually so bad its makes you angry. also the main hub is completely pointless.
its ass
>calls darkwood trash
>recommends subnautica and EA game
kill yourself nigger
In the later stages you get radio chatter of enemy pilots freaking out because YOU the big bad motherfucker that you are, are in the air and they know they're 10/10 fucked.
it's good but short.
Don't trust people who says it's trash because they clearly got buttfucked and never progressed past first stages like this deadbrain nigger
>One user makes a statement, a statement so firm, so confidant and yet so loose at the same time, another user who has a vast opening, a chance to finally spout objective wisdom, denies himself of that offer completely for memetext. Instead of completely and absolutely destroying another anons claim, a very simple and clean claim, "Undertale is good".
Just beat wandersong and cried like a bitch. Recommend for damn sure if you liked the charm undertale had
No, it's terrible.
is it so bad it's good ass or is it just ass?
i beat all 5 hours of it, its why i can say with confidence it doesnt get better.
yes
>Huniepop
It's not even worth it for the porn, some of the interactions can be fun but in general it's pretty meh, this is from someone who sexed most of the girls
Get Huniecam instead, it's actually a pretty fun micromanagement game with tonnes more girls than HP
What's wrong with Darkwood and Obra?
Endless Legend.
completely unplayable, but if you want give it a go
Which one should i get?
>Space Engineer
>Kerbal space program
>Deep rock galactic
>Undertale
>good
>recommends another unfinished game instead of unfinished game
idiot
Is Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu good? It looks pretty insane
Should I get Monster Hunter world ? I havent played a MH game before but it looks fun and I like how active the PC community seems to be

Deep rock galactic retard
I already own all these games.
I have no idea what to buy. Any exploring game with a pet?
Then you're based
>early access
the south park games have a 90% sale going on
Waiting for the DLCs to come down in price before I'm touching this again. I'm streaky w ARPGs; I'll either play them for 6 weeks straight n nothing else or not play them at all for 6 months.
Overall, a good modern ARPG but it is an ARPG and a touch on the overly complex side.
>ARPG
>Complex
Pick one and only one, brainlet.
No ARPG is complex unless you're a chink
Yes it's the best in the series
>Any tips
Hunting Horn is for Chads
They are when compared with 99% of the other games and genres.
Should I stay on level 69 or go further?
I have 3000 tokens left
Literally no
Even pre new weapons and items TF2 is much more complex than ARPGs because you have to think in 3D dimensional space. Not to mention how complex fighting games are with input methods that ARPGs are laughably simple in comparison to
Same. It sucks.
I agree. It really shouldn't be that rare. Having enemies respond to the player's actions, instead of just running forward, makes the world feel so much more alive.
what should I buy
stay
Terraria is good. I don't know about mordhau though never played it.
>TF2
Literally point and click
>Fighting game
Rock paper scissors button mashing
I can do it too, we're just argueing the definition of complex here.
However, I don't consider "thinking in 3d dimensional space" to be anything complex.
>Fighting game
>Button mashing
Why is Yea Forums so retarded
is celeste good? how about katana zero? if you had to pick between the two which would you pick?
Yakuza is equivalent to old brawlers and stuff.
Melee combat is considerably fleshed out compared to SD; actual defensive options, enemies that makes good use of the mechanics, stronger focus in general.
SD tends to be more snappy and fluid but you reach the peak of your capabilities pretty quickly and there nothing to go to town with it either.
Ultimately SD plays like "press X for awesome" and you play pretty much the same from beginning to end; no notable mastery achieved. Yakuza rewards you for sticking with it and trying to master it.
Both are fine.
>203,20 zł

>Level up to 70 from race shekels
>Get a card pack 3 minutes later
I can feel the pennies entering my pockets already.
Terraria is fun.
It's a very long game and pretty difficult before you learn all the mechanics. You'll get your money's worth.
Can anyone give me a quick guide on what to do in this race thing?
>giving them a donation for a download is not buying a game
Is The Witcher 3 good?
I heard that the battle system isn't great but I like games with monsters like Monster Hunter and Dragon Dogma.
Do game quests. Boost. Then pit stop. Then spend tokens on badge (which will raise your steam level) or on Steam discount coupon.
HARDCORE MECHA is giving me random crashes on the pirated version currently.
I wanna buy to support it but not like this. Anyone who bought and had issues can confirm and possibly share a workaround?
If I delete people from my friends list they'll still get to keep any games i've recently gifted them, correct?
It's good a good RPG but overrated.
Very good if you read books prior or played previous games since a lot of the main story kindda depends on you knowing the source material. Not that it's necessary to enjoy the game but highly recommended.
Combat is generic. Not bad but nothing spectacular either.
Buying GOTY edition is recommended since expansions add a lot of content including new monsters.
Quick: Gato Roboto or Baba Is You?
kurwa pierogi
No. They will lose it and it will be invalid for a refund you fucking idiot.
Is rise of tomb raider decent?
nowhere near close to MH or DD. It has great world and great quests both main and sub, but combat is just there for a checkmark.
>pierogi
Overrated. Naleśniki are the shit.
didn't have any crashes on pirated GOG version. Game is pretty shiet tho
I wanna fuck dekinaichan's throat vagine.
what happened to Yea Forums giftan threads? We used to have them all the time
don't reply to the nigger
>what happened to Yea Forums
Fixed that for you.
Any games with lots of character creation and customization? In the mood for something like that.
>tfw level 120
>Get Booster packs 1-3 times week
>Usually never open them until next sale
>Before the sale start selling them
>Pic related, 58 sold so far, got 8-9 euro from them
>Brainlets spending shitload of money to get 5 euro off .
>This happens before every sale.
try Monster hunter world
I know it's bait, but I don't understand what he's trying to say.
Which is the point, I guess.
are you pulling my chain? stupid if true
I bought it on Winter Sale and I still haven't finished it. Somehow they made it 10 times more boring than previous Tomb Raider.
The story is just SOOO boring, and that's saying something considering I enjoyed previous Tomb Raider despite its non-existent story.
You know like Uncharted has a lot of insane moments and they treat it with humor? Well, Rise has a lot of crazy moments and they treat it with SUPER serious face. Very annoying and uninteresting.
Thank user, I'm a MonHun vet so I already played it.
>GOG version
I got skidrow, maybe that's why.
>Game is pretty shiet tho
Controls feel way too clunky if that's where you're going with this. Everything else is campy shounen mecha shit and I like those so it appeals to me, translation seems pretty bad too but comprehensible at least.
I'll try finding the GOG version. And wait for a cracked dual sticks patch to see how to improves combat.
yes
I meant this
Thanks, the world looked gorgeous but I thought there were great battle against legendary beast, if most of it is just generic slashing against humansI am gonna pass I guess. Story wise I know nothing of the books, the only thing I know is that event in Monster Hunter World against a Leshen.
>
Black Desert?
But it's an MMO.
No, game has very little human fights.
There are plenty of monsters from the books and most of the quests are about hunting monsters. It's just not that deep or exciting, even on higher difficulties. I'd say go for it, it is a great game no matter what.
i dont get it
This event is too much fucking work. Why do I have to play these games too, I have other shit to do. Why do they keep doing this gimmicky shit, might as well go to work irl and make more money faster.
Yup, most of the combat consists of just slashing.
You can use some magic and elixirs but it doesn't really change anything and monster AI is not that good, unfortunately.
It's still a solid RPG that definitely worth its price (expansions in particular, since they're better than the main game) but if your main interest is to have epic fights with monsters or just have a good combat then you should probably skip it.
they are chibi
>Why do I have to play these games too
He doesn't know.
as are all srw games, which is the audience this game appeals to
I don't care about srw, chibi mecha is trash
Need more info. What are you looking for?
ok
Attila
Kingdom Come is so fucking good
IIRC you don't own any games you buy on steam, you just have a license to play them
If your account would get banned or something like that you will not be able to play those games anymore, hence you don't own shit
The world is great and so are the characters and all the little stories happening.
It's a heavily story driven game so expect a lot of talking and roleplaying before you actually get to hunt down a monster.
Fighting humans is also something you do a lot as the whole theme of the Witcher series is that monster slayers like Geralt aren't really needed anymore due to the massive culling of monsters by soldiers and such, so witchers tend to be forced to solve just as many very human problems than monster ones.
>If your account would get banned or something like that you will not be able to play those games anymore, hence you don't own shit
You'll still be able to play your games, you just lose access to Steam features as if you're running it in offline mode.
How do you even get more boosts?
see
Spend money to buy games.
Good low res/pixel games on sale?
I do like games with a well crafted world too like Dragon age, Kotor etc..
I have a question, is there a lot of stuff you can miss forever (like quest, characters, items, achievements...) ?
Dragon Dogma is very annoying when it comes to main quest progression that kills sub quests. I like to 100% and i hate when the game almost expect me to read a wiki or something to do it.
What about shadow then?
You can play the participating games too to get boosts
store.steampowered.com
Beamdog screwed up a few things and made some SJW changes, so get it from GOG or just pirate it otherwise.
I thought this game was excellent. Great immersion, realism and a pretty good story. Some imperfections should be expected though.
DD is designed for replays. Each cycle will make you more powerful and knowledgeable about world. Also you will know what you missed. With good warp stone positions you can blast through the game in couple hours.
Can someone confirm this for me? Did Beamdog changed ANY of the original BG and BG2 dialogues in EE? I am getting mixed messages from the internet. I really want to replay it, so I am hanging between hour of modding it ot BG Trilogy, or just downloading EE. Also QoF improvements look good, but I don't want there to be any changes to the script,
Yeah It's similar to the Souls series in a way, It's annoying when you have to go in the forest before going to Gran Soren every time but maybe thats just me.
Is the Elder Scrolls Online worth getting?
I saw it going to $20
Well, it's a sequel to Rise so I didn't play that since I haven't finished Rise yet.
All in all, if you liked the gameplay of Tomb Raider (2013), you'll probably like Rise and Shadow too.
But I couldn't bear the ridiculous story Rise has, and from what I've read, Shadow is even worse than Rise in this regard. It seems worse to me, at least.
If you read comments, people are actually praising the story of Rise and Shadow and I don't get why.
i spent like 70usd and i got like 29 boosts, did i miss anything or what?
Well that's just obligatory tutorial but yeah it is annoying.
Not him, I wanted to play this but I heard they made changes some time ago that made the game significantly unenjoyable. What's the deal with that?
>exploited
getting points is easy with achievements but then gaben blocks your path with his 100 daily max capacity
Not counting branching quest choices (there aren't that many anyway), you'll see majority of what the game has to offer on your first playthrough. Obviously you'll skip some achievements but I don't think you'll miss some out on a lot of other meaningful stuff. What comes to mind is some equipment from Hearts of Stone that's easy to miss. While running around the world you may miss some random sidequests you stumble upon but those aren't a big deal. Basically if you're a player who likes to explore and doesn't rush things, you'll see pretty much everything on your first run.
There's only one sidequest that comes to mind that you can fail because it's mutually exclusive, and the game will warn you about the point of no return after which some quests will become unavailable to complete or fail.
>got the 5€ Good Goy discount
>realize I spent over 50€ in the sale
>might end up spending even more depending on what I buy with the 5€
>less than 10% actual discount
Good platformers or metroidvanias?
Already played guacamelee
Hollow Knight
Maybe Rain World, depending on what you're looking for
I haven't played Shovel Knight, but everyone who has says it's great
Same with Bloodstained, though that one's still pretty expensive
yes, beamdog did some SJW changes to every "enhanced" edition they touched.
Bought it a couple of days ago. Combat system can be frustrating but majority of mechanics seem well done and the story seems decent so far. Doesn’t run very well in the cities though. Overall seems worth the 15 quid I paid for it.
Baldur's Gate Trilogy it is then. Thanks user.
Momodora, Rabi-Ribi, Ori and blind forest.
Hollow knight is trash with horrible controls, animation and artstyle.
Dunno, I don't play it. All I know is that it has good character creator.
I see, similar to DD, thanks user.
any good management games like Frostpunk/This War of Mine? preferably no pixelshit
Surviving Mars maybe.
Didn't Klei recently make one?
You can't miss much, and I'd even recommend to miss as many of those useless caches spread all over the maps, disable their markers even, they're only good when you stumble upon them by actually exploring yourself, this is such a huge deal.
You mean Oxygen Not Included?
How's black desert? I have no friends.
Are steins gate 0 and Chaos;child good? I liked the first steins gate.
How difficult is Ikaruga for someone new to shmups?
Hunt Showdown
Katana Zero
cheer up my dude
Bought the first Evil Within because I liked the second but I can't even run it on 1080p 60. Any particular reason why and are there any fps tips?
I don't think so. I tried to google it, and couldn't find a single example of a thing that was changed. They added some gay shit, sure, but I don't think they changed the original script.
Yeah that's what I meant by mixed messages. It's unclear and it bothers my OCD.
Celeste yay or nay
How is gay shit is not an example of changes?
You can skip new gay shit companions entirely. Unless we are talking about existing characters getting gay shitted.
nay
>Heard it was like Hotline Miami

What are the best LEWD games?

I bought Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and Amid Evil.
Not sure if I'll get anything else.
Any games like Hollow Knight?
>Inb4 Bloodstained
>can be skipped
it's still in the fucking game you moron
Bloo-
Axiom Verge, Cave Story, Shovel Nig, Silksong
A "change" in the sense that they would have REMOVED something in the course of the additions. Which I don't think they did, unless Beamdog moderation both
a) has ties to the Google Shadow Council and
b) knows and acknowledges that their own changes were bad, and wants to conceal them from the public.
I think some existing characters did get a little bit of gay shit added, actually. There's mentions of Jaheira having a new quest, and Minsc making a Gamergate joke.
You should probably just play BGT. The time spent setting it up is part of the experience.
...
Any recommendations for non fightan/metal slug titles that are fun to play on a fightstick?
I dunno, the new neptunia game?
Ikaruga, Zero Ranger and other shmups
>ANY of the original BG and BG2 dialogues in EE?
>but I don't want there to be any changes to the script
I don't want any alteration to existing script, dialogues, characters. Don't care about new "additions". You moron.
Yeah ok no. BGT it is. Fuck all they had to do is up the scale and make it more modern. Great so now we will never have a real enhanced edition because it already exists. Fuck. Well thank you for helping me user.
Remember to buy the best game on steam
changes means changes, why the fuck are you so dumb nigger.
>ANY of the original BG and BG2 dialogues in EE?
who are you even quoting, your imaginary friend?
lol the trailer is gold

wait nep games are lewd? I bought some kind of bundle a while back with a few included but haven't played it yet
