It was just a case of "who's the better and more deserving woman" from the orc's cultural view, as her grounds for taking the captive king and throne by force, through marriage. The poor queen didn't stand a chance so it was basically the chieftess just taking her time to beat her up with a leadup to forced NTR. I guess the body to body contact and struggle could be seen as sexy but it was also kind of ruined by how mean spiritied it was.

Pretty fucked up by the player and potentially magical realm I could imagine, but to her credit that was totally something in that orc culture. It was her way of showing she was better through physical domination and humiliation. If I can remember what she said roughly, it was like

The king didn't go full mindbroken and turn into some orc-pussy ahegao addict, but in time he saw and realized that combining with the orcs actually wasn't half a bad idea and the small kingdom became a lot more powerful and prosperous for it. Maybe his heart was still with the former human queen, but his mind (and dick) were with his new orc queen. Pretty sure though eventually he would lose respect for the former queen since she'd basically been reduced to a whipping girl servant for the orc. As for the queen herself, she did try to sabotage things in revenge, particularly after the orc killed her children after taking over as to remove competition for her own children, but the player succeeded against the plotting and for it the former queen was basically broken and made a wretched slave.

She lost her husband entirely, at least in the sense of as partners and lovers. After that, only the orcs were having kids with her husband while her own kids got killed.

The queen helped and organized with various other human loyalists who wanted the orcs gone, and she was a valuable asset as a spy and also as a potential pretender. They had a few plots which were quite a thorn in the side of the orc player. In the end though when that part of the resistance was crushed, among other things the orc basically just brutalized the queen into a shell of her former self. Before she was more like a political prisoner kept around for humiliation but after she was reduced to basically just a ruined wretch of a person and treated like a literal slave. It was supposed to be a statement about not rebelling, but I wouldn't be surprised if the orc player got enjoyment out of that.
