The game never becomes good. There is no depth to the game play mechanics to allow the player to improve. Most of the "best players" are dog shit and simply play hundreds of games every week to reach high rankings. Their statistics are never above the average smuck playing with his friends over discord. Anyone boasting an exceptionally high kill count and win ratio is almost always cheating.
PUBG is an awful game that only saw high success because of chinks.

Who knows. Market trends in China/Korea are exceptionally difficult for us Westerners to understand. The Mermaid is one of the highest grossing movies in China despite being some weird, horribly made comedy that borderlines on being a fetish film. Chinks have a very different mindset and perception of the world that gives them an interest in shit media.

PUBG is dead.
I used to love it, but the shitloads of unfixed bugs, cheaters and extremely laggy (desync) servers made me hate it.
I have +700h in this game, but was glad when ROE was released on steam.
It's very similar, but waaaay less cheaters, bugs and lags.
The combat is also way more interesting (grappling hook, BMX, Glider)
