Compared to 5 it's a direct downgrade in terms of graphics AND mechanics

I was going to post Time Stop earlier, but I held off because I figured someone would remark it's not an "attack" and I'd then have to explain it's what it allows you to do that makes it so revered.
Simply throwing knives, large objects and punching your opponent becomes increasingly more intimidating when physics are frozen, actions can stack atop each other and the opponent is paralyzed.

There's also the impressive scenario of someone inputting time stop an instant after their opponent and entering stopped time to retaliate. I can't remember what HFTF video it was shown in but that comeback by a Jotaro was a great reminisce of the original fight.
