Impossible for a fully featured mod experience. Shit gets outdated fast and needs manual intervention for the slightest change/update to one core library or whatever. Papyrus is not flexible at all or the mod authors are javascript kiddies.
In a fully modded skyrim you need to run 3-4 tools after any mod update/addition just to get the game running for fecks sake. Also, that shit isn't portable due to some mods needing special skse save files to get the initial configuration going. It's absolute incompetency on the modders part.

I sometimes wake up from nightmares seeing 20 minutes of various sexlab popups that scream configuration instructions for a few seconds at me. Fuck the skyrim modding community, they don't know how to do shit.

no, honey select is far easier. for skyrim you need to install your body mod of choice first which I suggest Better bodies as it has arguably the most compatible armor and clothing mods next if you want bouncing tits and ass you should just get the HDT pack off lovers labs as it contains almost everything you need skeletons included. you should really try to mod in your base body mods and sexmods of choice as early on as you can before dumping any other mods or time into that char as trying to find out which shit broke the other shit can be pretty damn hard once you get hundreds of mods in. and also ALWAYS use modmanager never just drop in mods into folders

Skyrim is really hard to mod, because half of the mods are for special edition, some are outdated for old versions, a lot of times mods for special edition require a framework that's only available on original version, so you have to use weird workarounds , because original mod author was last online 5 years ago and messing with his mods is not allowed.

The better the system, the better the performance, the better the stability but no not necessarily. I have a upper middle system and it runs a 700+ mods skyrim fine and dandy. But it really is a work intensive process. My current modded skyrim took me almost 2 weeks to finish and another 2 weeks to fine tune.
