A while ago Ubisoft was going to change a lot of how the game looks because they wanted chinks to play on the global servers. Chinks are afraid of violence, blood, skeletons, gambling, and independent thoughts among other things. So Ubisoft said they were going to remove all slot machines, remove blood spray on wall, remove any skulls, remove the neon stripper sign, changed some icons and a few other things. There was enough back lash do things didn't go through. However, there are some cucks, like the one in OP's image, that say gamers are entitled because aesthetic changes don't matter and don't effect anyone.
