does anyone know any good games to play while watching TV/youtube?
preferably easy to run and strategy / management games - stuff you don't have to pay too much attention to or can take at your own pace.
examples of games that fit this purpose for me: civ 5, stardew valley and eurotruck sim
please help me if i dont find games im really gonna do it this time....

I watched trough Star Trek Voyager, GitS SAC and Ergo Proxy (with dub) while playing Dark Souls (1/2/3), because I couldn't sit through them (shows) otherwise. As DS series has few dialogs and cutscenes, it was actually pretty comfy.
