Thoughts on Yakuza 6?

A weird ending, but exploring the port town was great. Charming environment with nice minigames. The engine performance is rough though.

Will pc players be disappointed with yakuza 6 when it comes to PC since it is literally kiwami 2 with less content?

Takeshis character was just straight up Kazama and nobody on the writing team noticed this.

Just beat it last night actually. I feel the ending is a total cop out. The final boss fucking sucks. Ahead of time they kept saying this is Kiryu's last game but they didn't have the balls to actually kill him. I saw the after credits swerve coming a mile away. They try to give you happy ending by not actually killing Kiyo or whatever that bar chicks name is. When the dude turned the tv off and they didnt show her get shot I knew she was going to be alive. But the shit with Kiryu faking his own death and walking off into the sunset does nothing except set him up to show up maybe half way through the next game. I really hope Kazuga Ichiban stays in the mobile game and they dont make him the new series protag.

Number 1 thing wrong with Yakuza 6: After 5 titles, Haruka has been reduced to a easy whore.

I haven't played Yakuza 5. 6 is the worst out of the last 4 Yakuza games (last 6, including the fist of the north star game and Judgement) but I still liked it OK.

Is it worth finishing then?

I have yakuza kiwami 2 on pc but haven’t started it because I wanted to finish 6 first but if it’s as disappointing as people say then I’ll skip to kiwami 2.

nah his early movies are absolute kino. A Scene at the Sea, Sonatine, Kids Return, all great
