Moveset based on base goku as well, playing off Goku's habit of holding back against enemies. Maybe super sayain as a final smash. Spirit bomb could be an attack to charge up, but does more damage the higher % you're at.

SSJ, SSG and UI get to stay, delete blue from canon, never mention SS2 again and only Gotenks keeps SS3.
