Shantae just spawned an autistic fanbase and a lot of porn but the fanbase is mostly weebs and waifufags, so if the next game gives us more porn then I'm fine with that.

I had no interest in the games themselves though.

Well they could, Risky is one of those villians who wins a lot when she is offscreen, its just this forsaken port town who has one the few things that can stop her in her setting

I like the premise, but beat-em-ups need to be tight as fuck. I don't think Wayforward would ever put one out on par with Streets of Rage. And if they can't, they shouldn't even bother.

Wasn't half-genie hero some external project anyway? They make a Kickstarter for the game

Also it's sad how Mighty No.9 got all the attention because we could get animated shantae if this project got some of the attention of that shit

I was kind of disappointed by the Jamie's mode outfit, I wanted more serious sleepware instead of sex appeal stuff, they had the entire rest of the game for that

It wasn't external. They just did a crowdfunded game because typically Shantae is funded by WF's licensed games and they didn't want to wait for the slow accumulation of funds to try it. It was also the first console focused title for Shantae, when they normally do portable games for her.

The only reason people talk about this shitty mediocre series if because of the porn.

HGH added a new mode for free and WF actually tries to optimize their games for the Switch, Game freak even though is a second party company does not

I get you but remember that Pirate's Curse was being worked on at the same time as the HGH kickstarter was going. I though PC was going to be the bad one. Cross your fingers?

They've shown off a few seconds of gameplay footage using her HGH sprites and I'm not optimistic.

Even if it is good, Shantae will never hold me and tell me it’s all gonna be okay, so what’s the point?

I am more pissed that Arc System Works has only made fucking rom hacks of the NES games instead of giving it the actual treatment it deserves. But knowing FGCucks will eat anything those clowns shit out.
