Cod always seems very dishonest, every since No Russian, I remember MW3 and the whole babbling about the gas attack mission in London, I felt nothing, it does not feel sincere, not it carries any weight, is a series of scripted motions that happen regardless of your actions, a one time action concerning actors with whom you had no meaningful interaction.

Ask yourself, why you would not want to go to War IRL but why would you want to do something if it some nation was invading your country? Why you feel nothing "killing" enemies in a game like Battlefield.

You know what they should do? A game like Animal Crossing or Harvest Moon where at a certain point you are conscripted into the army or else your brother is taken in your place

yeah well the point is a choice in which you have very little room for choice, to do something you dont like and was not prepared to do, but that it must be done to protect those you have come to love.
