It's not that he's into inflation that's so funny and insult worthy. It's that he posted his fetish art under the guise of a young, teenage girl, repeatedly denied claims he was pretending to be a young teenage girl, and only after years of prodding admitted that he was in fact pretending to be a young teenage girl.

If he had just owned it, sure, some people would definitely still make fun of him over it because God it was fucking stupid. The image pisses me off because we get a glimpse early in the film that Luke has always had a fascination with flying ships and joining the imperial academy, so it isn't too much to assume he at least knows the basics with flying. Combine that with guidance from Obi Wan who is now one with the force, you can hand wave that he could do it.

Rey on the other hand has only fought against raiders and only taken scrap from crashed star destroyers and ships. Not once do we find out if she actually knows how the ship works, only that she knows where parts would be located. Not only that, Kylo Ren is shown to be quite adept at the force and being injured actually helps dark side users because pain = power so having someone who had zero knowledge of the force suddenly doing a jedi mind trick, something that Luke was not shown to do until RoTJ, beat him is a fucking stretch and a half. Fucking dobson.
