Because you've have upgraded your max capacity with purchases on the steam store before the event and during the event. To get a badge at level 100 you need to have spent $50. Points are irrelevant to this, because you can't convert points into tokens that are exceeding your max cap. You literal retard.

This was Mass Effect 1 and 2 for me in high school, except not so much about space exploration. But I remember being extremely immersed, feeling like I was this planet hopping galactic hero, and everywhere had something new and interesting to find and different aliens to meet.
